I went to get my oil changed in December. the people changing my oil didn't say anything was wrong when I drove my car out. I just got my oil changed again at my dealership six months later, and they let me know that the two guys who changed my oil previously permanently dented my car by incorrectly mounting it on the lift. they even had the nerve to ask me to write them a positive review after the service. I will never be doing any business in this or any other jiffy lube location ever again, if this is how the company trains their employees. read more

The Oil Change service took almost 2 hours. The car before my must have had the engine rebuilt while i waited outside. At least 3 cars were serviced while i waited for completion. Wrong oil installed after wait. read more

This Jiffy Lube is the best!!!! Jack is my technician and Trevor is the manager. They are both textbook examples of professionalism. Jack is honest, friendly, and doesn't pull punches. I had my oil change done a couple of times at this Jiffy Lube. The workers are kind and professional. They communicate well and they are great to connect with. They have been honest to me and have been very insightful in the status of my car. If you get your oil change, go back in 2-3 months to top off everything. It's free. Also they degreased my car to the best of their abilities after I spent $300 at my dealership who said they did it. I really appreciate them for being helpful :) I felt safe. UPDATE: I've had a couple of very productive conversations with the store manager at Jiffy Lube, Trevor. He has been very professional in our discussions and even extended a partial credit because they did not meet my expectations. He explained how they value feedback and want to always do better. Also said that Jiffy Lube promotes its quality and speed of service. Rather than wait 1-4 hours for an oil change, Jiffy Lube will have you out in 30 minutes or less. I understand his point but don't agree that they should be charging $30-$50 more than the dealership for the same oil. That is just my opinion. Others may see value in spending this much more and it should be noted that not all independent shops and dealerships take 1-4 hours. It depends on how many people are waiting ahead of you. If none, then your wait is 30 minutes or less. I want to point out that Trevor's customer service handling of this situation was exceptional so I up'd the stars. I still think the $110 is way overpriced considering the dealership is $79.95 and the independent shop was $61 and includes a high-end car wash voucher. For me topping off fluids and getting in/out in under 30 minutes is not worth an extra $50. P.S. In comparing all service shop pricing, all use 100% synthetic oil. read more
