Came back for my second oil change, and just like last time they took care of me. Great staff!

As soon as I pulled into the auto shop one of the female staff members opened the door and began yelling at me because I pulled in without any of the staff assisting me. There was no one outside, there wasn't a sign saying stop and don't enter without a staff member guiding you. I am not stupid, I know how to navigate my car without guidance. I ended up driving off and not servicing my car there. She did not even have the respect to fully come out of the building to speak to me at my car. She just yelled at me from the door as if I know how their business operates. If you care so much about safety, put a gate up or a sign up when your team is not present. Don't assume that everyone knows. If I were the manager of this business I would be very disappointed of my staff member speaking in that tone to a customer and if she is the manager, well then I would gladly speak to upper management on this one. All she had to do was come up to my window and explain nicely how they operate and that I should not have pulled I'm without a staff member for my safety. I will never be going back to this location, which is unfortunate because there are many team members that are very kind and welcoming there. I LOVE this location! I would drive across town to make sure the team at this location worked on my car. They are always fast and efficient, there is rarely a line to wait because they are focused of getting folks in and out. They are also super friendly and attentive without being pushy or trying to up sell. It's as if they care about my car the way I do! Never missing a detail from fluid top off to cleaning the windshield with my oil change. Always my go to stop. read more

Clean business. For mechanics, I saw order and no greasy spots and thought maybe I was in a museum or something. Tools and parts were packed neatly and everyone was dressed in clean uniforms. The lobby was spotless. Most garages I have been to are either filthy or at least not very clean. Went there for first time, after not going back for three years, now I remember why! Basic oil change for my grandson, 24.99, told 34.99 would include general check, tire and fluids, agreed. then told me 3.99 charge for coolant, ask I thought the 34.99, included, fluids? It did , but not coolant, Ok! (kinda of in @ hurry) Then shown air cleaner, ask if I want to replace, 14.99, I said OK. upsold 3 times. left got home, checked invoice, charged 19.99 for air clearer. Upsold 3 times, then ripped for 5$, that one on me for not checking invoice, but shameless, none the less! I pulled up with 2 open bays and waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. I was emailed a $20 off coupon from Jiffy Lube, but they said it's only good at other locations, and would not take it. Then they had me sit in my car during the oil change which was about 110 degrees for 20 minutes. Miserable experience. Jiffy Lube can be hit or miss but this crew was great! Came in on a Sunday and they went to work quick. You stay in your car now due to Covid so they have AC they can pump in while you wait. I've also never had a jiffy lube clean my windshield and mirrors and check the air pressure in tires, would recommend. read more

I will not be returning both Ben and mark did not have a clue. Ben said hey had a 15$ off coupon and he would apply it. Mark then checks me out and asks where the coupon is. Needless to say was not told to find it or I would have. The. Ben said that they took checks and mark didn't know how to do this and said no they didn't and he would have to find out how to do it. Okay folks! Let's talk about Jiffy Lube! I have been to quite a few oil change establishments in the past. I always feel like most of them are trying to upsell you the whole time and not really doing a good job if you don't buy their other products. They always give you some type of cheap deal and then try to drop a hundred bucks on you. So I tried Jiffy Lube out. It's a name that's been around a long time and I have had success with them before. I've been going to this one specifically for a while now. But wanted to make sure that the service they gave wasn't just a one-time deal. I arrived first thing in the morning and was first in line. I called the day before to ask about appointments and it was first come first serve. I got there about 15 minutes before they opened and was the only one in line. They opened on time and right away took me in. So far so good. I didn't get a chance to speak with the actual mechanics that do the oil changes and what not. The gentleman I did speak to who I've actually spoken to the past few times I've been there is always great to me. He doesn't try to upsell you. Shows you your air filter and if you want to change it or not is up to you. Right I know that it's up to you anyways but sometimes the pressure they try to put on you about it makes you feel obligated to buy it. But this guy doesn't. They were done with my car within minutes. He showed me my air filter and was like hey this is how it looks and do you want to get a new one it cost this much. They also mention that they do have a hundred thousand mile service for your transmission but it wasn't a pressure sell it was just a hey we have this and if you want to do it cool but but if not no worries I'll see you whenever. He really is probably the best person to be at the front. Always a nice guy and never trying to pressure you. Just gives you the info and that's it. Not a long conversation or rebuttals or anything like that. That's one of the reasons I continue going to this place. I know the name and the service is always good and there's no pressure. Keep it up Jiffy Lube! Apologize that I can't remember the gentleman's name but if you happen to be able to deduce who it is please tell him he does a great job! read more

There was nothing "Jiffy" about my oil change today. Was given a 20-25 min. estimate (reasonable). 3 of the bays were occupied when I arrived and I was next up. Long story short my car was left unattended for 15-20 minutes (doubling my wait time). How hard is it to drain oil and refill it? The only thing that made this a 2 star instead of 1 was that Austin was awesome, but the tech took his sweet ass time (I saw him on the phone, walking in and out of the office). Austin even said that if he was the tech today he would have finished a long time ago. Anyway its hard to mess up an oil change, and the only thing I was looking for was the "Jiffy" part and they did not deliver today. read more

They should call themselves the $45.97 basic oil change spot. Why would anyone pay that for a basic oil change when most places in town will do it for 20 bucks and rotate your tires too. Guess that's why there were 3 people standing around doing nothing and no customers there. read more

After taking my NISSAN Murano for a complete check up of all fluids and after I had paid them $240 I came to find out that they put brakes fluid instead of transmission oil (usually red color). Left a bunch of stuff loose, the radiador has being leaking to the point of almost being useless and having formed built up all over, which I guess they didn't notice. Then talking to an ex employee he confirms this is the usual and don't mistake it was not an accident, it's done purposely to get you coming back and suck out more of your hard earned money. Then they send you home only to have the transmission 3 days after almost useless. Women specially beware!!!, do not be full for their "great coustume service" at the end of the day it's about the integrity of the work!!! read more

Always fast service. I've never felt like I've been upsold at this location which I love - they even bring out my air filters to look at together or show me what needs to be replaced so I feel comfortable with the services being completed. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went to them for a simple battery change and 24 hours later my car wouldn't start. Turns out they didn't secure the battery in my car and it was so loose that it had moved around and had no connection to complete the circuit. The person who actually fixed it said it looked like a 10-year-old had put it in. When I called I was not offered a refund for the fake service provided. Paul told me he would "pull aside" the person who attempted the job. I don't trust them and I will not be going back to this location for any service needs. read more

Our second winter spent here in Henderson - stopped in last year for our oil change because of the brand popularity I suppose - we have them in Canada too, although hadn't used them up there. So both experiences, last year and this, were great. Got the top of the line synthetic oil - they did a great, quick job changing the oil, touched up my coolant, wiped off my glass, checked cabin and air filters and gave me a nice report. In and out in 15 minutes, happy with this site, the staff's attentiveness and friendliness. We will be back. read more

Came in asked for the cheapest oil change. My boyfriend picked up my car and they charged him $70 and didn't explain why it was more then the original quote. I called to ask why and they associate hung up on me. When I called back and told him he was just talking to me on the phone and hung up he laughed. Still didn't explain why it was so much. I wrote a complaint on the jiffy lube website where I was sent an email that the manager was going to contact me in which I never heard anything again. They didn't even replace my previous sticker for my next oil change. read more

I always got to Jiffy Lube for oil changes because of the convenience and speed. This was by far the fastest service I have ever received! As I was getting out of my car I was greeted by name (that is great customer service; I assume they go off of the license plate number) and I told them I just needed an oil change. I was checked in, the service recommendations were listed but they were not pushy about getting anything; he (I wish I could remember his name) he recommended a new wiper blade so I went ahead and added that on. I wasn't even there for 8 minutes and they were done. Not only was it fast, the customer service was great, and I received a stellar discount as Jiffy Lube often has pretty good promotional coupons. I could not remember when I was due for an oil change (synthetic) and was driving by the Jiffy Lube I always go to. I pull in and told the attendant that I was not sure if I was due for a oil change because I lost the window sticker and could not remember when my last oil change was. He said "no problem I will take care of it for you". He took my key, went to the computer and started the oil change. I did a great review on the link that was sent to my email with my receipt. I wish I would have look at my receipt first. It say the miles of this oil change and my last oil change on the receipt. 58,054-56,199=1,855 Really!!!! According to their receipt 5,000 miles for synthetic oil. Why did he do an oil change at 1,855 miles???? He sure did take care of me. Wasted $84.82 because I trusted Jiffy Lube employees. I will admit it was all my fault, it was my responsible to know when I was due. Lesson learned not to trust Jiffy Lube, I wonder if those extras they try to sell are even needed. At this point I wonder if they even really change all the oil and the oil filter. So sad to lose trust in this company. read more

The staff is friendly. However when you don't put the oil cap back on a vehicle that was going to get an oil change be for making an 850 mile trip back to California is really bad. After a bit of fighting with them. And yeah they didn't make it easy even corporate stopped answering my calls. They eventually made it right. Check for yourself before you close your hood read more
