Samuel the assistant manager today and Little Anthony as he was called: just were amazing! They did a fantastic job serving my last minute needs and concerns due to going out of town on a whim. I came here to jiffy lube to get my inspection done with a lot of missing information. I tipped both the service technician and the service provider way more than what the inspection would have cost me like $40, both $20 for the service person and $20 for the technician, because they gave me a free inspection the first time I came here. Uber would not allow me to drive without a receipt, therefore, I am back here again on my own time that I done have. Jamie is helping fix all these errors and because of her is the only reason I will continue coming back here. She is giving me a receipt to go along with all the correct Uber and Lyft information forms for my inspection. read more

I have been coming to this location for a while and I always feel satisfied. I have had some horror storys from other businesses I've tried in the past but Jiffy Lube near Sunset Station is the spot! Never again I've never had such a bad experience at this jiffy lube like I did today asked for an oil change and mind you when I drove up had to get out of the vehicle even tho the technician saw me and body language showed me he wasn't trying to help asked if I could have an oil change and he said it would be a 20 min wait but another location was taking people. And was annoyed I was going to wait so I was going to pull up and tell him I would go to another location and thank you since the arrows to the place when you drive up don't say I could drive back but foward and he started yelling at me to stop and no with his hand out staring me down and I was confused at to what was going on and he just stood there staring me down annoyed and I just reversed out and will never bring my buisness here with this guy whom I got the name of grant really needs better customer service skills !! read more

Went and got my oil changed and tires rotated here. My car started to bog down while I drove and I just credited it to being a smaller car with little horsepower. A couple weeks later, I went to change my air filter and low and behold, the oil cap was so loose that there was oil that spilled out of the engine. I will never be coming back here . read more

Wow! Had an amazing first experience here! Pulled up into a bay for an oil change and they completed it in less than 10 min!! I asked the guy if they could change my air filter, but unfortunately he said they didn't carry it, so he said if I purchased it somewhere else that they would install it for free. And sure enough after I picked up an air filter, they changed it as I sat in my car! I will admit though, the oil change was a little pricey. It was about $115 after a coupon, but they said it was because the synthetic oil only covers up to 5L, then they charge anything after that. But their customer service is top notch, making sure I was covered anything I needed. They even filled the air in my tires. The most important part- the oil change was FAST!! Just an overall pleasant experience, especially with the customer service. read more

Second time coming in for an oil change. Although costs can add up and you may be able to go elsewhere for cheaper, I enjoy going here because they are so quick and efficient. I also like being able to stay in my car during the oil change. It took them less than 20 minutes to complete my oil change and all the other checks including checking my tire pressure. Everyone is also very nice here. Recommend this place to everyone! read more

Noble first-class experience! I know jiffy lube is first come first serve, but the speedy service they promote, they definitely live up to! Yeslyn & her team were considerably informative on everything my car needed updated & changed. recommending high mileage oil for an older car was the way to go cause she said they usually boast more detergents designed to clean out sludge inside the engine, & I'm over joyed to keep the life of my car long and lasting! The team Recommend a new air filter as well for better gas mileage etc. This locations staff is very prompt, friendly, &professional! Juan, Matthew, Eric, & Chase all provided exponential service! They helped out switch all the things I needed done, & I can't wait to come back to this location on Marks st. again! read more

My father went in with his Mercedes E Class and they told him that the oil plug was stripped and rhat he would need to go to a mechanic with "real tools". They obviously took advantage of my fathers weak knowledge of automotive mechanics. I fortunately am a mechanical engineer and quickly called to shame this Jiffy Lube on their actions and when an employee answered he, for some odd reason, could not tell me his position or his managers name, but did say "I was here when it happened, so we gave you a free oil filter". Finally he was able to tell me his position as "Lube Technician", which is laughable. May I also add that this conclusion was made within ten minutes of my father handing over the keys to the tech. Which is very suspect. I took my dads car to a certified mechanic, Newby's, and they assured me nothing was wrong and Jiffy Lube absolutely did not change the filter. Mind you that a mercedes oil filter does not come in cylindrical cartridge form like others so its very easy to tell. This Jiffy Lube either treated my father like garbage or they simply couldn't handle or didn't want to work on it. I sent a direct email to the Jiffy Lube website and have not heard anything in almost two weeks. After that small 10 minute incident, I would not recommend Jiffy Lube for even a simple oil change to anybody except my worst enemy Negligent and Disrespectful. read more

I needed a quick oil change and the staff and mechanics were extremely welcoming, professional, thorough and quick!

This place was so easy with having my two young kiddos with me. I didn't even step a foot outside of the car. Literally was a drive thru for service. Got my oil changed, they made sure my tires were aired up, and windshield wiper fluid was full. Joy (the assistant manager) was so nice and updated me throughout the entire time as to what was going on. I was there maybe 15 minutes total. Appreciate you guys! Poor customer service. Waiting in lobby at counter with a long line more than 20 mins. No one at counter. Manager was out in the service area yelling at the other workers, so loud that I could hear the confusion and disorganization that was going on. She also sent someone home that she was yelling at. Guys would come in saying a car was complete, someone would (finally) come in and ring them up, only to be told that their car wasn't ready.. this happened more than once. They tried to sell me a cabin air filter for $45 that cost $12 at the store. My "report" contained an OK for my windshield when in fact my windshield has a crack all the way horizontally in the middle of it!! This made me realize that they were not really doing any checking. It also said my oil level was ok upon arrival... I mean, the reason I am here was because it was low! And they "washed" my clean windows only to leave them worse.... To top it off, they gave me the sticker to put in my window.. this might sound petty but come on!! Overall just an overpriced under serviced, joke of a bad experience. Arrived at location. One car in the garage and another person waiting to pull in. It's a 4 car garage mind you. I proceed to go to the open garage. Attendant asked me to go inside to speak to Carol. Waiting room had 3 people waiting for whatever service. I wait 10 minutes and ask someone in the garage if Carol is on break. Well Carol is in the back office is busy. Incompetent, no basic automotive knowledge. I literally explained to the kid with dark hair and glasses what I needed and he when on to do as he pleased . Completely wasted my time and still having to go somewhere else. A simple top off for coolant and they can't even do that right! Considering they charge 120 for my cars oil change and I can do it for $40 they should pay more attention to detail read more
