Mostly all of my experiences have been relatively good and I've trusted them with services or oil changes needed. My only frustration was when I asked what I needed to keep an eye on, they gave me a rapid fire list of potential issues but didn't really give me a full breakdown or explanation. Second time I have been in this location to get my car serviced. So far no issues at all if I don't know 100% percent what's best for my car so far to me the associates will be honest with their feedback on what's important first. The boss in this location is pretty cool. He takes care of this customers and understands the importance of customer service. The assistant Manager, Leslie, fantastic! I have to say my experience from start to finish with Jiffy Lube at Magnolia and Adams was a pleasure. First I spoke with Jesse on the phone to schedule an appointment. He said, 'Come on in, no appointment necessary'. So I drove over. They assessed my car, gave me an estimate to sign. It took a short amount of time to change my oil. Then the manager Jose' rang me up. Quick and painless. Jose' was very communicative and they let me know that one of my parts was not factory, so I ordered a new part, and they said they would install it next time I came in for an oil change. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to everyone. I will be sure and come back when it's time again to change my oil. read more

The service sucked ! Very unprofessional ! Jeffy lube tried to charge $120.00 more after the estimate was given. The manager and assistant manager ( Angel ) for the Adams Huntington Beach Jeffy lube are con-artis and don't appreciate or have respect for customers. I went to get my oil changed today and was told they were not able to do it. The jiffy line employees stated my skid plate on my truck had stripped bolts and they would need to remove it to change my oil, but said if they remove the skid plate then they couldn't put it back on. I said ok no worries I can go somewhere else. When I got home I checked my skid plate and used only 2 wrenches and removed it myself to find there is nothing wrong with the screws or the skid plate. Either laziness or lack of knowledge, regardless they didn't do the job because they didn't know what they were doing or they just didn't want to deal with it. I have never touched the skid plate and it took me less than 5 minutes to remove it myself. I have had issues with jiffy line before and continue to try to give them benefit of the doubt, but the easing prices along with consistent laziness is a huge turn off when it comes to picking a place to change my oil. read more

The technicians working were THE MOST helpful, kind, and experienced people you could ask for. Went in for a oil change and the moment i drove off my car shut off was stranded in the middle of the road with my kids and one of the techs came out and was messing with the car and ended up unlatching the transmission into manual causing my car to lock all wheels tow truck guy was struggling and took it to the mechanic and next day called me told me my motor is done. I have been to this location two times now and the service was great. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by a friendly service technician and felt very welcomed. I went inside to wait and they called me up immediately to verify the service that I needed, there was no pressure to do upgrades or any service that I did not need. I asked about different oil options and he gave me choices and explained what the difference- definitely wasn't trying to sell me on the more expensive oil although that's what I chose because I want to use that in my vehicle. The whole thing only took about 10-15 minutes. I was very impressed with the on-site manager who is the one that rung me up. I would definitely recommend going to the Adams and magnolia location. It was time for a quick road trip and I was *slightly* over the recommended mileage for my next oil change. I knew I needed to act fast, so I stopped by Jiffy Lube before getting on the road. The service at Jiffy Lube was quick and efficient. I was in and out within 15 minutes. My only complaint is the price gouging. Now I know you're paying for the convenience of a quick service, but there's plenty of other drive up oil changes that charge a reasonable amount. Most of them you don't even need to leave your car! Paying close to $100 for a simple oil change seems a little ridiculous to me. You can easily find a coupon or discount online, but it irks me that they can't just offer the original price at a fair value. read more

Customer service is HORRIBLE. The staff shake their heads at you, scoff at your basic questions and treat you like you did something wrong. This is my second bad experience at this location. I figured maybe these guys were having a bad day the last time, and I understand how that feels. I just now pulled up for service and asked which lane he would like me in, he began shaking his head at me, then used his hand gestures as if I were a child. Got my oil changed then drove home and parked in my garage. I work from home so I didn't need my car for a few days. When i went into the garage last night I smelled oil so i checked under my car. Oil is everywhere. So i called Jiffy Lube several times this morning and continue to get a message that "this callers mailbox isn't set up". I read through some of the other reviews and apparently this is a recurring problem at this location. Something Shady going on at this location that I've been going to for over 7 years. I will need to choose another location now. Upon pulling up the service man insisted that I go into the waiting room as he drove my car into the bay. He told more than once so I complied. I like to see when my car is being worked on. Even from a distance is fine. Something felt off. There was no added labor change to the oil change before. Now they add $23 labor on top of the quoted price. Which is fine. But I should have been told prior to the service not after. I declined any additional service that day due to time constraints. Seems they were unhappy that I was adamant about it. I cannot say for sure because I don't have hard proof but my car runs more noisily after the oil Change. My first guess is my tire is off balance and I check inside the wheel and see the adhesive remains of balance weights that may have been removed. I am not sure. And immediately after I hear my axle starting to make noise. Perhaps something was fiddled with in the CV boot. Again. I can not be sure. But for peace of mind I will never be back. read more

For several years we've been taking our Suburban and another car to the Jiffy Lube located at Magnolia & Adams for their "Signature Service" and always pay the extra for synthetic oil too. A couple weekends ago I noticed the oil level was low and so i stopped by this Jiffy Lube for a quick top off as i was busy running errands. Jeremy, the mgr that day, refused to top off my oil due to some lame policy reason. I explained to Jeremy that I still have 500 miles before I'm at the mileage for the next oil change (as you can see in the attached photos) but he continued to hide behind the Jiffy Lube policy even though i've been a regular customer for years. Now that's hardly Signature Service. JIFFY LUBE at Magnolia & Adams has lost my business permanently, and sadly they didn't even seem to care. I was unsure if my tires can pass inspections, so I went in to ask if my tire have enough trends. Instead of inspecting my tires. The tech inspected my brakes and said I needed brake pads and rotors on all 4 tires, without new brakes I won't pass inspections. First of all brakes are not part of Uber inspections checklist. Second I recently install new pads I did it myself. I been driving for uber eats for 2 years I know what to expect from a inspections. Be carefull this location will to scam you.
