Everyone that works here is very polite and helpful. They educated me on what the difference between the types of oil I could put in my car without making me feel dumb. They were very quick and upfront with the pricing, which was very nice. They even vacuumed my car and cleaned my windows!!! I am really at a loss of words about this place. I took my car in last Friday. The service was certainly quick and I now know why - VERY messy and sloppy. I don't know who did this... (a Robert Z and Shyanne C were evidently in charge of my car while it was there) but there was oil slathered all over my door handle and steering wheel (it was black when I wiped it down!). As well, the hood of the car and door actually had fingerprints in oil and worst of all, they had stepped into the car with oil on their shoes... and left me a nice black oily footprint and other greasy oil spots on my floor mat. The next day, upon backing the car out of the garage, we found drops of oil on the floor. When we looked under the car we found oil was dripping from the engine, the cross member and the frame rails. Our first concern was maybe the filter or drain plug were loose. When we checked the oil level we found that not to be the case, it was residual oil from the oil change. We are perplexed however as to how oil could have made its way from the drain plug to the frame rails which are two feet away! We took the car back and JT helped us. He washed the car and the windows and ultimately I left the floor mat with him to clean. When I went back to retrieve it, the same aforementioned people were there and told me they "knew anything about it" and nor did they seem to care. At. All. I hope someone finds it and calls me! I will be hard pressed to visit here again unless I can hand pick who works on my car. This is not exactly the service I would expect for a nearly $60 oil change!!! read more

These guys are so awesome. I had a light come on in my car, it turned out to be tires low on air. They offered to fill them, reset the light and even topped off my oil ,no charge. I drive a high mileage camaro and came in for an oil change, also aware that my antifreeze needed changing as the heater was having issues. The District Manager was there that day (10/16/18) and was very supportive and candid in their evaluations of the service needed. They spent quality time on my car and flushed the cooling system 3 times to ensure it was clean. No high pressure flush as on old cars it can blow all the seals. Changed the oil and filter, and topped off all fluids, but the cooling flush was above and beyond the normal service you would see. Kudos out to that team and their DM for great service and care for an aging car. Definately will come back!! read more

Not the best visit. Store is dirty! Giant wad of hair at the coffee station. Super pricey, about $20 more than, what I thought was expensive, California prices. Vacuum was broken. Printer broke. They thought they were out of the filter for my car, then also thought they were out of the semi synthetic oil my car uses. What??? Rested large box of oil on the grill of my car while they tried to open the box. No sticker for window. Waiting area was dirty and smelled like poop. Worst part is my car absolutely REEKS of cigarettes. I dont smoke. Coupon didnt work. Searching for owner info to complain. read more

They changed the oil, washed the windows and vacuumed all in less than 15 minutes. This was great HOWEVER, beware of the pricing. Contrary to the sandwich-board sign on the sidewalk, I did not receive "$10 off on the next car." They will up-sell you $15 on a presumably better motor oil. I was given $15 off after I bellyached. I have taken my truck here several times, and generally service was OK. The last time however, the tech wasn't paying attention and accidentally filled my truck with synthetic oil instead of conventional. I also noticed a couple of weeks later that the fill cap was missing. They either didn't put it back on, or didn't tighten it down. I haven't been back since. read more

Here in town visiting for the holidays again. Came in to get my oil and other fluids checked. They were extremely busy and it was late and dark yet I was still greeted right away and with a big genuine smile to boot. Sure made an old ladies night. I usually get a little intimidated when dealing with auto shops back home but I have to say I've been rather impressed by all the Jiffy Lubes in this area. I come up to Washington a few times a year to visit family and I have been well taken care of at the few shops I have stopped into. What still impresses me is that they check all your fluids and fill them up even between visits which is a life saver for me because I drive so much! THANK YOU JIFFY. Kara was great. I pulled up, they wanted close to $50 for a standard oil change, with mineral oil. I told that thats outrageous, they came back with $35 after tax, I was okay with that. They Manager lady kept trying to tell me my car required synthetic and it came like that from the factory. I kept asking her where it said that from the factory, she showed me her screen and she said see, the manufacture calls for SAE 5w30. I laughed and told her what SAE meant. Seem to me they are trying to charge people way more than they need to, not only for a standard oil change but trying to get them to do synthetic. Im a mechanically inclined 25 year old male. Try these games on someone else, or better yet. No one at all. Minus the initial price quote and them trying to make me feel like an idiot for putting in mineral oil, they did a good job on vehicle as far as I can see. Your not going to see me return. I would have walked away had they not already started and removed the oil. read more

This location is under new management, it's really great. I came in and I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff who took over and went straight to work. In under 20 minutes they had run a safety check, given my car an oil change, and cleaned the inside of my car. I absolutely loved how easy and convenient the process was. I came in for a Signature Service Oil change because I found a deal on Groupon and as soon as I pulled up I was immediately greeted by a Mechanic. The staff here were very friendly and weren't too pushy when pitching add-ons to my service. My wait time was only 10-15 min and there waiting room was exceptional. I have been getting a signature oil change at this location for some time and I have always received wonderful customer service. Last Saturday the light came on in my car warning me of uneven tire pressure. I remember being told that because I get the signature oil change they will check my fluids and tire pressure for free in between oil changes. I took my car in and without hesitation they adjusted my tire pressure which set my mind at ease, and I was on my way. They were very helpful and appreciated. read more

Went to Jiffy lube on S Washington St in Kent, WA on November 5th, 1.5 days later my van was shooting out oil all over the road, pulled over and found the filter was not put on properly and came off which expelled all the oil. As this is a work van I had 3 employees and customers waiting. I then had to pay for the employees to go and get more oil, filter and clean up the oil spill all over the road. Thank god it didn't cause an accident as I had just got off the freeway. Called the Jiffy lube to find out what they were going to do about it and all they could offer was a new oil change. So I pay for it twice, they cause all this trouble and all they can offer me is a free one, are you kidding me. I had to pay 3 employees to help me drive to get new oil, filter and absorbent and lost a $300.00 job because they couldn't do their job right. The manager wouldn't even call me back it was all through Jeremy the assistant. This is the worst place ever. Then after 4 phone calls to them they said they couldn't help me it would have to go through corporate. Very disappointed in this poor service and now I am contacting you, corporate, to handle this franchise mistake. What an awful experience! I wish I could give them 0 stars! I went in on Monday evening for an oil change. All went well until I drove home. My car was idling rough, RPM's all over the board. Then I had about 5 warning lights come on my dashboard. I was unable to bring it back that evening, so I showed up at 8:00 am the next morning, which is when they're supposed to open. I sat there for over an hour waiting for someone to show up. Finally at 9:00 an employee showed up. I was told "The Manager didn't show up today and I can't get in the building, you'll have to go to a different Jiffy Lube." I explained that they had done something wrong to my car and I was afraid to drive it. He said there wasn't anything he could do. So I had to drive several miles to a different store. This store were very helpful and immediately saw the problem. They had disconnected my air hose and neglected to reconnect it! Very negligent! I have filed a complaint with their Corporate Office and have yet to hear back from anyone. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Drive the extra miles to the Jiffy lube on 104th, they were awesome. This place is a joke! I wasted my whole morning yesterday fixing their mistakes. read more

It's been pretty good here, for the price, and how quick they've done the job, but I used to work on my car all the time, and I don't like being told that stuffs wrong with my car, when it's not. Things like "you need to replace your windshield wipers", "you need to replace your air filter", "you need a fuel system flush", this stuff just makes me mad, or thnk they don't respect their customers, I mean, I don;t have my name sewn onto my shirt, but that doesn't mean I can't replace my own tail-light or something, and I like it how the oil change special always turns into a list of about $200 of minor things that they need to fix, when I can do it myself, I guess that's their business model, but I feel like they're telling me what to do, when I know plenty good what needs work and when. I live in an apartment, so it's not as easy to work on my car as it used to be, but still I shoudl be able to get a good job at a fair deal, and I'd say this place is just about average. read more

Went in at lunch time to drop my car off for an oil change and was going to come pick it up after work. Told this to the gal that greeted me. She told me to wait in the lounge and she would be in in a minute to get me checked in. 20 minutes later.........pretty crappy if I tell you I'm on my lunch break and you make me wait 20 minutes for something that takes 2 seconds or that you could have called or emailed me for later on. Literally all I told her was my name and that I wanted a standard oil change. When I went back to pick up my car, the fact I had a coupon seemed to be an inconvenience. My car was not vacuumed and a reminder sticker was not put in my window. I will not be returning to this location ever again. read more

DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! Went in for an oil change and they drained my transmission fluids instead!!!! AND didn't bother to refill or let me know! Managers excuse is the tech is new.... ummm ok... that's the dumbest and most bs excuse to say ever! Store manager, Joe, just offered me a refund for my oil change and a free oil change! Ha!!! What a joke of an offer! I've been coming here for oil changes for about 3 years. yesterday, I brought my Yukon in with a belt issue. They were able to order a belt, told me to come back in an hour and they would replace it. After replacing the belt, Mandy found my AC belt was cracked too. She was able to replace it as well. I was in and out really fast. I also like they don't always try and upsell on things. They show me what I need, are honest about whether it needs to be done today or if it can wait til next time. read more
