I asked for an alignment/rotation and for them to inspect my vehicle because i knew there had to be something else wrong. They called me about an hour in saying my rear control arms needed to be replaced and that they would get them ordered and put in before close that night. ok cool that sucks but i did expect something like this. They called me back saying they ordered the wrong parts! and told me they would need to order the correct parts again and fix the car in the (saturday) morning. I live an hour away up the 74 I told them this at the start when i dropped the car off. They told me if they tried to put the car back together it would be dangerous to drive especially so far away and recommend I uber almost an hour home and back in the morning!!!?? so i had to find accommodations and call out of work to stay in the desert overnight for a mistake they made ordering the wrong parts... They told me it would be ready by 11am the next morning. Only for them to call me Saturday mid morning saying it wouldn't be ready till 4pm???? over 24 hours since i arrived for a stupid alignment!!!! i came in with a man with me around 2 pm saturday and told them how disappointed i was to be stuck here almost 24 hours. Angel was very kind to me and helped get me out before the projected time (4pm). Only when my boyfriend was with me did these men respect me. Ladies, this is not a safe place for us to be responsible alone. take this warning and bring a knowledgeable-looking man as a guard dog so these Ramona Tire employees don't take advantage of you. not to even mention they charged me 230 for labor that was so horrible i had to return tuesday afternoon another 1 hour drive both ways because they neglected to put the oil cap back on after preforming an oil change on my car. the oil from my car splattered all over the engine and the dip stick was halfway sticking out so to me it looked like they just closed up my car halfway through the job and didn't even try to finish up. If my oil had ran dry and caused any damage to my engine trust i would be finding a way to legally pursue these folks. do not come here ladies. or anyone at this point what the hell. i only have nice words for Angel, thank you for your help and correction services.

They both verified the integrity of the staff. So I brought my 718 in for an inspection, spark plug and air cabin filter service. While servicing my car, they noticed that one of my rear stabilizer bars was loose and the other was completely disconnected. So they fixed the problem for free. The total invoice for the entire service was reasonable and slightly less than they originally quoted. On my second visit for service, they thoroughly inspected the vehicle again along with replacing my drive belt, changing the oil, oil gasket and filter, along with the engine filter. I was provided the old drive belt, and shown the cracking, due to age, and they explained that the next belt change shouldn't be necessary for another 60,000 miles. My concern is that after replacing the coolant hose, my vehicle immediately displayed a low coolant warning when I picked it up. At a minimum, I would expect the coolant level and cooling system to be checked before a vehicle is returned to a customer. Had that been done, this issue may have been identified before I drove away. While you state I should have returned under warranty, I chose not to because I had already lost confidence in your shop based on previous experiences. I wasn't comfortable risking further damage by bringing my vehicle back. A second repair facility found that the coolant reservoir and another hose needed to be replaced, resulting in additional expense shortly after your repair. Regardless of whether you believe those failures were unrelated, my experience left me paying for multiple cooling system repairs within weeks of each other after your shop worked on the vehicle. I understand you disagree with my review, but it accurately reflects why I no longer feel comfortable using your business.

I the was car over on bay 2 and i oversaw how rude and disrespectful and ignorant you were towards them when they were clearly trying to assist and you with how to drive your car in properly without trying to damage your car or tires. You always have to guided in and You clearly were not listening or being considerate of how they were trying to help you, by driving in the way you want. They were needing to use their JIFFY VOICE to get your attention because I clearly saw how shitty of a driver you are and a person to not follow simple directions a child can follow. I have a great experience everytime I go whichever location I go to BEACUSE I followed their directions of how to drive my car in properly to be serviced. I was in their yesterday and I have a old vehicle so i like to keep it up to date, I like coming here the guys are very talented in what they do ,well trained . Its looks like they really like their job which you dont see that much often anyways, Laz was very helpfull he let me know my manufacture's recommendations. I stopped for prices they walked up & greeted me gave me my options of different oils. They were so friendly & professional I decided to get my oil changed. I was escorted to there lobby which was very clean. They offered me coffee & water. They went over my manufacture recommendations, showed me filters which one was still good & the cabin filter was really bad. I did not even know I had a cabin filter. They explained to me the benefits of having a clean cabin filter. They even showed me where it is located. I know there yelp reviews shows a lot of negative reviews. I stopped by at this location yesterday to get my car serviced I was a bit surprised to see a female working there. I was guided into the bay then greeted with a smile by Angela she seemed very friendly. She took me to the podium to get my information. She was very knowledgeable she went over the services that are recommended by my manufacturer. I declined all services due to me not having the time. I was given a printout and was told to come back when ever I was ready. I felt no pressure I was really impressed with the service. I recently took my vehicle to get service at the La Quinta Jiffy Lube. I was very pleased with their services. The technician was very informative and even though i declined the add on services it was a great feeling not to feel pressured to buy additional services. The technician took the time to explain why I would need the services in the future but again didn't make me feel bad for not adding them on the bill. The lobby was clean and the staff was courteous. This was my first time at this location and let me tell you that I am very impressed with the customer service! I was being guided into the bay I was a bit nervous but I did it! I was greeted by David he had a big smile on his face. He helped me make my oil selection and let me know what was recommended. He walked me in and the lobby was really clean. They had fresh coffee and water. The restroom was very clean. David even offered to pour me a cup of coffee. This was a first for me. I stopped by to get my fluids checked because I knew I was almost due for an oil change. My oil was low, I asked if I NEED the oil change they were very honest and said if you have not gone passed the 3750 miles then you don't NEED it. I was very impressed with there honesty that I decided to have them change it. They gave me GREAT SERVICE & they were honest. I will be bringing all my cars to this location. I needed an oil change I passed by the La Quinta Jiffy Lube & seen there was no wait. So I stopped to get my oil change & I was very impressed with there customer service, I was even more impressed on how fast they got me out. The facility was clean & smelled nice. I took my car to this Jiffy Lube and they changed out my Air Conditioner. This is still a problem to this day. I had to take it back 5 times and it still will not hold freon. This is the most incompetent shop I have ever been to. The Manager Gererdo was a total Jerk. He did not want to listen to anything other than his own mouth flap. Honestly I had a very good experience! The Manager Abran was nice and friendly. He did let me know I needed a transmission flush and recommended me to have it done soon. He didn't pressure me in any way like other places. They checked all the different oils and topped them off, cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car. I was very content with the service. Went in to have one of my headlights changed, Gabriel and Horacio were great. They let me sit inside while they worked because it was cooler. They worked fast and even topped up some of my washer fluids, added a bit of oil and checked the tire pressure as well, without me having to ask or charging me. Just because my car needed it.
