Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced Went there to get my vehicle inspection for Uber. The guy at the desk said I will be with you in a few seconds. So, I waited at the desk for about 15 minutes. Employees walked in and out of the office as if I was invisible including the guy who told me he will be with me in a few seconds. This is my second time going to this location. Erick was my point person the first time around and Jordan was my point person for this Oil Change. I appreciate the excellent customer service that was received. As a woman, I feel that men will try to oversell you on things that need to be done to your car but neither time this has been the case. The staff are friendly and accommodating and I plan on continuing to use them for all services related to my vehicle. I do want to note that this location is nowhere near my house but when I get great service, all other factors are irrelevant. I visited the 3420 S. Rainbow Blvd location for a rideshare car's inspection. I was informed by one of their technicians that I will be next after one of the cars on the bay leave. Actually, 2 cars left the bay and 2-3 walk-in cars inserted on the bay. I asked the technician why those cars got ahead of me, he replied that he's being told to prioritize oil change service than rideshare inspection. Then, a new guy walked in and checked cash drawer. I told him the situation and he apologize. I waited another 5 minutes and another car was placed on the bay. I had it and left. The headquarters need to check this location at soonest since most of the staff are impolite, poor communication skill and lack of customer services which I would never recommend anyone to visit this location at any cost. read more

I've been coming here for a long time but will not be back. I had found a $30 off coupon online on the Jiffy Lube website and when I went up to pay the cashier, he didn't even try either of my two codes, and typed in a code (I had not presented) which gave me only $10 off. I asked about it by saying "the $30 didn't work?" which received no response. I was left alone to "follow the prompts on the keypad" and to pay while the cashier walked back out to the bays. Dodging an explanation perhaps? When he came back I still hadn't put in my card because the price was still higher than I expected by $20 and I made a comment about the coupon being a reason I came in. He just waited for me to insert my card and it seemed he didn't want to acknowledge that I was waiting. I finally decided to not make a scene and let myself be pressured to insert my card for the higher price. I didn't get a further chance to inquire because he talked me all the way out to my car. I'm upset with myself for not putting up more of a fuss or asking for a manager but I'm shy and really shouldn't have to when I put my phone on the counter with a coupon code from Jiffy Lube displayed on it. I left mad at myself, but also feeling like they pulled a fast one, didn't honor their promised promotion, and as if they tried to rip me off. So there is a saying that in a business chain, not every location is the same. That cannot be any more true for this establishment. In the span of 14 minutes, I saw a truck come after me and leave probably the same reason I did, no one helped or even acknowledged we were there. Its surprising this place is at four stars. Has to be employees friends and family making reviews.There were 6 total employees working and talking while we were sitting there. I think one or two employees just got off work which still left with four. No hello, head nod, will be just a minute, nothing. So after almost 15 minutes, I left. I guess the thought is, we will eventually get another customer so why greet too early. Wait till we are ready. Or, well, its five o clock on a Friday, and want to get out to make happy hour. I would have been fine with that communication rather than being ignored. So tomorrow ill wake up early and drive a bit out of my way to go to the location on cactus. They greet you, will even tell you a proposed wait time. Their place is clean too as this one did not appear to be. When I mean by clean, I met the lobby. Doors were dirty. Anyway, I very rarely write a one star review. It was that time... the change oil light was lit and after two days the incessant ding, ding, dinging at startup was getting to me. I could feel the sluggishness in my car's performance so it was time to get an oil change I called an auto shop near my home, great Yelp reviews. I asked if they were busy, they said no. I arrived and their garage was stacked 2 deep per bay. It's my first day off in 2 weeks and I'm not spending my day waiting. I chose this Jiffy Lube on Rainbow because when I lived in the area years ago, this was my go to place. I pull around the back, there's a bay open so I pull up. Within 15 seconds a gentleman updated me with their new stay in your car process. He said it will be around 20 minutes to wait for the next available technician to change my oil. I asked if I could get a bite and come back to pay later. They took my info and I want to lunch at the Korean Grocery around the corner. When I returned, my car was parked out front with the windows opened about an inch in this 108 degree day. When I went to the Bay Area to check back in, I noticed a customer in a van had a large tube coming from a portable air conditioner blowing cold air into his car while his oil was being serviced. That's pretty thoughtful I thought. This was a great experience. They were accommodating, professional, trustworthy and genuinely nice people. I called soon as I noticed which was about 2 hours later. Guy told me to come in tomorrow for them to clean it. I asked "do you have auto detailing chemicals and tools to get my seat returned to the same condition as my others?"
