Went for a oil change. Left my car in my garage the next day for a week cause I went on vacation. Returned and had a decent size leak under me car, keep in mind I have a 2015 mustang with only 12000. I keep my car in good condition. I was worried so I took it to ford cause it's under warranty. Come to find out jiffy lube spilled coolant everywhere and overflowed it.. never will I be back cause of there carelessness. read more

Went to this jiffy lube on 6/19/18, cause i needed a oil change, i heard a slight whining sound, so i took my car to my mechanic, and he showed me, jiffy lube workers didnt check power steering fluid, & it was low! I needed an oil change before a trip. Stopped in here, it was $80 for an oil change, and they try to upsell me on everything. They also showed me that my in cabin air filter was dirty, and there were some leaves in it. THEY LEFT THE LEAVES! And now, I have leaves in my vents. That kind of shenanigans and over - up selling is incredibly shady. I highly recommend avoiding jiffy lube after this. read more

This place is a wee bit sketchy, but I think all Jiffy Lubes are. If only I was able to change my oil at my apartment I would, but I can't, so I am stuck with places like Jiffy Lube. First of all, the technician didn't seem to know what kind of vehicle I had (Toyota Tacoma), nor could he figure out how to open the hood and was having trouble getting my info into the computer. Next he didn't ask me if I wanted any special type of oil (i.e. high mileage) of course I would have said no, but that is besides the point. After all, they L-O-V-E to up-sell at J-Lube. Because I have a stock skid plate on my truck (attached with 4 bolts, which they removed in 2 seconds with a pneumatic wrench) I was charged an extra $10 bucks for my "Signature Service". I know they changed my oil, because I saw them drain it. I just hope they put enough new oil back in, but I haven't checked yet. Why am I concerned? Two reasons: 1) I went in knowing my brake fluid was low, but since toping this off is not part of the "Sig Serv" I was only interested in what their "check" would reveal. Apparently, it was "OK", when I called them on this the cashier/mechanic was pretty apathetic about the whole thing. He did call the technician in and asked him about it and made him check it again, this time the level came back as "LOW". Amazing. This should have been my first sign to recheck all my fluids. 2) Knowing my brake fluid was low I went to Wal-Mart to buy some DOT 3 and a new air filter (both cheaper than the J-Lube variety). While changing my brake fluid and replacing my air filter I checked the washer fluid.Topping off washer fluid being part of the "Sig Serv" I expected it to be at the right level, of course I was wrong. The level was WAY BELOW the "add" line. Sad thing was that I saw the tech allegedly adding washer fluid, and I know it wasn't pouring out from the bottom of the truck, therefore I will assume this idiot did not know how to operate the "fluid guns" they use at J-Lube to add the various fluids to vehicles. So now, I need to check my fresh oil, which was added by the same incompetent tech, to make sure it's at the right level. I don't recommend going to this J-Lube for anything. The technicians are borderline apathetic morons merely going through the motions to collect a paycheck and you'll be lucky if they actually do everything listed for the "Sig Serv". I did like the way they vacuumed the floors of my vehicle...by removing my floor mats and banging them against the ground and the side of the building, I guess they forgot to bring the vacuum to work today. I didn't even get a free exterior wash (at the car wash next door) from them (which some other J-Lubes give you). Oh well. The only reason I gave them a second star is because I got a $5 off coupon from the website before heading over. unfortunately, it still cost me $45! Ouch! read more

I have waited to write this review to give this location the opportunity to redeem themselves. We have taken our vehicles to this location many times, but now NEVER AGAIN. 1. January of this year, my son took his car to get an oil change right after picking in up from the body shop where a refresher was done on his paint and front skirt. Once finished, the technician thought it appropriate to rev this muscle cars engine and gun it out of the bay scraping the front skirt (which was just painted). All this right in front of me and my son. I was horrified by the lack of remorse from this "idiot". My husband went back up to this location and with was treated with a severe attitude from the manager and owner of this franchise. Their resolution to the issue was to give my husband two free oil changes which he took. 2. approximately one month ago I took my second sons car up for an oil change. The manager Hector immediately began treating me as though I was a stupid woman and tried to sell me services I knew the vehicle did not require, including wiper blades as though I was too inept to change them myself. Up to this point there were no issues with this vehicle. Once the technicians at this Jiffy Lube touched it, all of a sudden, it is leaking oil from the filter. Today my husband took his vehicle up for the second voucher oil change (which the manager gave him problems yet again) and told them of the situation with the leaks they caused. The manager told him they had a bad batch of oil filters and to bring the car back and they would replace it at NO CHARGE. Let's see if they keep to their word. I have never been treated with as much disdain and disrespect as I have from the owner, manager and technicians at this Jiffy Lube. I find their level of professionalism and customer service severely lacking. We have four vehicles and will NEVER take them to this Jiffy Lube (or any other owned by the owner of this franchise) ever again!!! read more

I usually do my own oil change and after this, I'll be doing my own oil change from here on out. The cost is just way too much, IMO. I can do my own oil change in 15 minutes and buying my own oil and filter will cost about $15-$20. I paid $43 all together and had to wait an hour. The Yelp coupon didn't even work! read more

Had the grandsons oil changed here today, the 'technician' came into the waiting area and showed us the air filter and said for $21.00 they would change it. I had bought a new one at wally earlier for $8.47. I understand they have to make a buck. When we started changing it out at home, I found an Old 4x6 piece of cellophane in the intaje chamber that the 'technician' should have removed out of courtesy. This service just cost jiffy lube a new customer that is only 18. Do the math jiffy, a service every 3 months for the next 50 years from just one customer adds up. Your loss. read more

Said they filled the tires to 38 PSI, which is wrong to begin with. Two days after service the air pressure monitor came on. Tires were below 30 PSI so they did not even check them. The washer fluid had also not been topped off. Who knows what else they didn't do. read more

Just had an oil change on a F-250 diesel... First of all they didn't have the oil filter.. So I had to call Napa (4 miles away) to locate the right filter.. Then proceed to wait an hour for them to figure out how to get it... So all in all... Oil change, air filter change... $250... Original price quote.. 215$ and I thought that was high.... We have been getting our oil changed here most of the time since 1990. I was in with my honday Odyssey. Several Oil change places and Mechanic have turned me away because the oil plug has had a issue leaking (Honda's have a stripping issue on the Oil plug) We Alberto said the have a solution to my problem. half hour later I am fixed and not leaking What a relief. I thought I would be draining my car like a boat. So my car is done I get to used my 25Score card for a $10 discount which is a great deal. but the reason for 5 stars. The cashier gets on the PA and says something like DOOR. The front door opens one of the mechanics is there opening the front door. Then he walks across the parking lot and opens my car door. Went in for a routine oil change and told the employee helping me that my car isn't accelerating like it used to. He recommended a fuel Injection cleaning. So I agreed... After leaving jiffy lube, my car is running and accelerating much much better! Thanks for the great recommendation, the discount and Appling WD40 to my sticking pedals. I have been coming here for years. I make my commute from LA to Santa Clarita and I usually stop in here to get my oil change. I have to keep my car maintained you know. Driving 80 miles a day can be rough on my work horse. These guys have treated me well and I think we have a nice working relationship. There were times I got frustrated with them but it was small stuff. You need an oil change come here. Remember you can always say no when the make suggestions. They're ok with it. Id give these guys 0/5 stars if I could. Not only are they over priced, but they are poorly trained. I came in for an oil change and needing to be towed to the dealership after my car stoped working. They forgot to connect my air intake hose after my oilchange and I was lucky enough have the momentum to roll out of a busy intersection before my car stopped running. When I called them to explain what happened they said they didnt leave anything disconnected, and the car was running fine when I left so it wasnt their problem. They also said they wouldnt be able to fix the problem either since they do not believe they caused it. One Tow, trip to service center and an additional $125 later I learned it was in fact Jiffy Lubes fault my car stopped running. The manager claimed it to be a simple mistake and not a big deal. STAY AWAY. Go somewhere else where the technicians are better trained. There are plenty of other better and cheaper options out there. read more

I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for a few years now, not because it had been especially good service (in fact once I went for an oil change and they replaced my lights without asking and charged me for it) but because it was convenient. The past few times however have been wonderful!! Employees I hadn't seen before helped me, including Walter G. and the rest of his colleagues (I'm sorry I didn't get their names). They are seriously so helpful, honest, and friendly. I'm definitely sticking with this location as long as I have a car in need because the service is stellar.
