I called about 45 min before closing time to make sure they were open. So I rush over there to give them Enough time to do an inspection for a ride share company. I get there 40 min before they close and the worker walks over to my car and I tell him I need an inspection for my car . He arrogantly says" we were not busy for the last 2 hrs so we decided to close." Mind you I was all ready there and there was another worker working on a car. They sent me to another store 25 minutes away because they decided to close earlier then the time advertised. Will not be going to this Jiffy lube ever again poor customer !!!! read more

I had 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled up and someone yelled from the garage me he would be right with me...... 20 minutes later he he came back out and said he would be with me in 15 min I said I've been here for 20 minutes and nobody has even started the paperwork or said anything about where to park the car. Throughout this period I noticed they had helped another customer that arrived after I did. I asked for the manager which I was told was (Joe) and after I explained the situation, he told me it was going to cost 115 dollars for a standard synthetic oil change. (Which cost about 50 dollars more then my last oil change at my mechanic) I asked why such a high price? He sighed and then casually explained this is why I never bring my car to these places and he just prefers to change his own oil. Unbelievable! He actively turned down my business and told me why I should not go here. There were a total of 6 or 7 employees that I counted and not one could help me get the paperwork started. I cannot believe they still operate a business with these kind of employees. That's the last trip here for me. read more

We went for an oil change today at the Stevenson ranch location. I will usually go to the one off via princessa but decided to try this one as it's closer to my partner. When we arrived we were promptly greeted by Irvin. He was friendly, professional and gave us the breakdown on the different types of oil and their benefits. I usually always get the cheapest oil offered but after talking with Irvin it made sense to try a better quality service as the car has high miles. We also had our tires rotated. The service was done much faster than the quoted time when we had called but I didn't get the name of that employee. All in all I give Irvin 5/5 stars and we will be switching our default oil change location due to the great service we received from Irvin and the team. I've worked in customer service/sales for 17 years and good service deserves to be recognized and rewarded. Give that man a raise! He's a keeper. read more

I've been to plenty of Jiffy Lube locations with pretty average service. Most of the time I feel like they always try to sell you stuff and overcharge. However, this Jiffy Lube location is definitely a stand out - the mechanics are honest about what services you need and what else can wait. Last time I was there, they recommended I buy a part at an auto store and they would replace it for me for only a labor charge. I did exactly that, and they replaced the part with ease. Also, they are pretty fast! Would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area. read more

My expirience at this location was awesome. They offer free water, coffee and WiFi and their restroom was clean. They were honest with the needs of my car. I asked for the tires to be rotated. They let me know that they measured them and they are all even. They gave let me know they would still rotate them for me if I wanted them, but wanted to let me know that it wasnt needed. This alone impressed me very much. Their customer service is steller! Although I am only passing thru this area on a vacation, if I am ever in the area and need an oil change, I woild come back to this location no question. read more

Just too expensive. Wanted 90 bucks for an oil change. Went to Walmart and paid 44 for a full synthetic oil change. Jiffy lube will nickel and dime you if your not careful. They charge extra to remove a skid pan or some special order filter, you name it. No thanks read more

Top score for honesty and being helpful. My check engine light went on two vehicles Christmas Eve- Yeah!!!!! Both my cars are 2005, so was kinda like great!!!! Well the SUV I thought is majorly over due for an oil change has to be that? Well when all was set advised me the check engine light is on. I told the young man I believe it is because I waited so long to change the oil. He put the computer reader in and it was the gas cap was loose. Of course left happy! I still had my Scion at home with check engine light on. Watch a couple of youtube videos and tried two different things. NOPE! Thought let me check the gas cap sure enough was completely loose. Tighten it and started car again per video and light stayed on. Went back to Jiffy Lube my regular one. Another young man helped and said it is you gas cap. Let him know I knew and tighten it before coming here. Reset my car computer and all was good. Hate to think about the stories I would get at the mechanic. The coupons are honestly my main reason for going to jiffy lube, for some reason I always feel uncomfortable when getting my oil changed, but Walter was very friendly & helped me out. He kept me updated the whole time, & showed concern about my tires which he offered to give me a price about. It didn't take long, 45 mins or so & they even ordered a part they were out of for me & it arrived in 10 mins !! Great service:) Unfortunately since I am a young female that knows nothing about cars, I feel as though they try and get more money out of me when I'm already spending $100 on an oil change ! At the end of July I went to Jiffy Lube to have my oil changed. I had been there once before and was very happy with the service. This time things went horribly wrong. This review isn't about what went wrong but how they responded to my situation. At first I was given the run around and told that my issue couldn't have been because of the service I got. I exploded!!!! The potential that I would have over $4,000.00 dollars worth of repairs got the attention of the management quickly. I was amazed and very satisfied by the way things were handled. Hector, the manager and Alberto, the district manager were responsive, and followed through with everything. I was lucky that the repairs were not required but what service I did have to have through my own mechanic was quickly paid for. I never had to put out any money. I have to say that in term of dealing with a corporation, Jiffy Lube does stand out as an excellent example of good customer service. However, it is interesting to note that the "promised" letter from corporate, with a free lube service, never did arrive. The 5 star rating is for Alberto and Hector!! Jiffy Lube is very lucky to have both Hector and Alberto as representatives and I hope acknowledge these gentlemen. read more

I called my local Honda dealer to arrange warranty servicing for my newly acquired, used, 2018 Accord. The dealer price was OK, but they wanted me to drop off in the morning and leave it with them all day. Plus, I had to make an appointment almost a week in advance. Instead, I stopped by Jiffy Lube on Pico, in Stevenson Ranch, (without an appointment) and they handled the oil change, filters and tire rotation in about 30 minutes. Now that's service!. Friendly staff, neat and clean work, and quality service. 5 stars. (I'd give 'em 6 if I could) Don't forget to check the website for coupons (I saved $20). read more
