I brought 7 quarts of my own oil and filter because my high compression stroker 426 takes special oil not normally sold at places like this. Somehow it cost $50 for them to change my oil. 1 bolt drain plug, remove easily-accessed filer, let it drain, put back on, and pour oil in. About $30 more expensive than it should have been. I won't be back unless I have to. Other places generally charge me $15-$20. read more

No one here seemed friendly or welcoming towards me. I was unsure when I pulled up as to if they wanted me to park in the bay or wait. They didn't open my doors for me, or show me my air filters like almost every other Jiffy Lube does. I waited almost a half hour before anyone gave me an estimate- and there was only one other man and vehicle in the place. Their oil changes are way more expensive than local businesses around here but I figured I'd try them since the jiffy lube in Chesapeake has amazing staff. Never again. The coffee was out and you can't even see the television due to the extreme glare. I spent 96$ on a synthetic oil change and wasn't given an option on oil even though I asked for the 75$ oil. read more

The guys greeting me were polite and helpful. However, "Angela" who seemed to be in charge of customer service was literally the rudest person I've ever encountered in a professional capacity. She was so nasty that I was laughing about it. I would probably avoid this place if you don't like being snipped at for spending money. Oh. It was an even better price with the coupons available for use! No wait to get the car in the bay, and no more than 20 minutes to perform all the work needed on an otherwise unclean-kept and dilapidated car. Highly recommend taking your car for service here. Would not recommend. They were kind of rude and acted like I was wasting their time. Also there's the coffee thing is empty, it just looks like they have good customer service. This place gets no stars in my book!!!! I purchased a Groupon deal for an oil change, tire rotation and rain-x window treatment for my wife's car. I pulled up to the location and some kid named Brandon came out. I told him that I got the Groupon deal for those services. First thing out of his mouth is there's going to be an hour wait. I look and there are two bays in front of me with two cars in each. I tell him ok that's fine I can wait it was saturday morning. He then looks at me and asks me am I sure, I said yes and he proceeds to ask me again I tell him yes again. I was completely baffled because it seemed as if he was trying to turn away business. I shrug it off and start getting my phone and stuff and my 1 year old out of the car. He then brings me over to the computer in the middle of the work area and tells me to type my information in. I asked him do you want me to type in my information and he says yes it's easier that way. Mind you I'm in the middle of a work area with cars, pits, tools and chemicals and I have my one yr old boy and he wants me to type in my info. I'm getting pretty perturbed at this time at his implied laziness. I type in my info and walk in and I'm sitting and waiting within 20 mins all four cars that were in front of me get pulled out and checked out and I'm next. What happened to the hour wait? OK whatever I get to get don't a little earlier. They pull my car in and start working I watch them closely and they get don't in about 15 mins. He comes back in and says your car is done. I ask him what happened to the tire rotation? He says "oh they didn't do it?" I tell him no my car was never lifted!! He steps out in the shop for two seconds and comes back in and says "yeah with cars you want to keep your best tires on your drive wheels and with that car being RWD we probably shouldn't rotate them." I get red pissed right now because my wife's car is a 2014 Ford Escape and it is FWD so I know that he is blowing smoke. I tell him bud that's an FWD vehicle he says yeah I know?? I tell him go please rotate my tires as a part of the service I paid for!! He goes back into the shop again and they lift the car up I wait another ten min. and they just lift the car and I don't see any work being done then he comes back out and says the lugs are swollen and they can't get the tire off. amazing!!! The coincidence is mind blowing!!! I lose my mind and said a few choice words and tell them to take my car down and get it out because I no longer trusted them to do work on my vehicle. This guy then had the nerve to look at me with an attitude. I couldn't say anything else because I'm sure it would not have been good, another guy comes out and says we gave you some free wiper blades... HA! I was done and went to my car, now my car tires have a lot of brake dust on them as it was due for a wash and there was not a single finger print on any of the tires. I do not recommend you go this place it is terrible and the service was horrible!! Rant done!!! read more

I'm giving them 1 start for customer service alone they are very nice but I went in for an oil change s and the next thing I know I need 400+ dollars of work. I don't know what they did to my car I know I went there and didn't make it 2 blocks before all my lights came on and my battery died they conviently left the alternator off the estimate they gave me even though they told me that was the problem I guess they would have hit me with that when I brought it back in because they already had me at 350. Went to my main mechanic found out the cut my filter I guess after saying no i didn't want a new one it all of a sudden got ripped I will not be going back there and that sucks because they are very nice read more

Will not go here again. Bought a group on for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. They first told me they would do the oil change but not the rotation because they didn't like the wheels on my car. They are stock wheels, not aftermarket or anything special. They finally did it but then even with the groupon they charged me an extra $10 for "extra half quart of oil and taxes." I checked and it should have taken 4.5 quarts for the car, and the groupon was for 5 quarts. Whatever, I paid it but I'm never going back and I recommend no one else ever go there either. read more

Oil change = $400+ in recommended fixes. Only to walk out and have my engine over temp due to there being no coolant in my truck. I filled it and haven't had any trouble with leaking, however, now much truck is idling rough. I guess a general fluid level check was no completed during the inspection. read more

I have been going there since it opened, 2 major problems. All my transmission fluid leaked out, they failed to tighten a screw, the screw came loose and went through the oil pan. They took care of it. Oil has been overfilled a couple of times, it leaked out. Other than that, OK. read more

Customer Service for the Virginia Area Ryan very rude, will not return your phone calls refuse to give you any information or allow the customer to express their concerns especially if you are a female! I was warned about Jiffy Lube by my Dad who has been in the mechanic business since 1964. I would of taken by vehicle to him but I now reside in Norfolk VA. I bought a Groupon for full synthetic oil change with tire rotation and rainx for the glass. I watched them change the oil as the car Directly in front of the waiting room window. They never lifted the car to rotate the tires. They pull my car out and the tire pressure light is still on. And I asked the attendant if they rotated the tires and got a mumbled "I don't know." I'm waiting for this with a restless child and now they have to take my car back through the line to complete these things that were marked as completed on the receipt. Also the rainx was never applied. Needles to say I will never come here again. Very slack customer service. read more

I have not been to this location in some time. The cashier had a horrible attitude, couldn't answer questions, and smacked her gum while talking to her. $48 for and oil and filter change. They topped fluids and vacuumed the floor but didn't clean the windows. it seems you guys are pricing yourself out of the market when the same tasks are completed many other places for 1/2 the price. read more

Forst let me say I had no problems with my vehicle no lights on the dash and the car drove perfectly. I purchased a coupon on Groupon for an oil change.. when I pulled in I was greeted by a gentleman who told me I could wait inside ...I was told I need to get new brakes front and back..and Windshield wipers which I declined about 5 minutes down the street my check engine light came on...I went back the mechanic came out used a device to tell what was wrong he told me the light was permanent..Which didn't make any sense to me because the light was not on before I came to this establishment ...I was so upset..Cars is not my profession this car is my only means of transportation I hate when people try to take advantage of others ..I left feeling ripped off, mad, and now probably having to spend more money than I first started ..I wouldn't recommend this place to no one read more

Good customer service does not make up for sub-par workmanship I got an oil change and tire rotation today done quick, maybe too fast because the assistant manager who personally worked on my vehicle neglected to tighten the lug nuts on one of my wheels I almost lost my wheel, however I did lose 2 locking nuts at some point which I know have to replace which means buying a new set. Although when I returned and spoke to this Assistant manager I did receive a "I'm Sorry".
