Amazing customer service, fast oil change, and great waiting room. It is car maintenance day for my partner and I, a new tire for me and an oil change for him. We woke up first thing in the morning discussing how long an oil change should take and how long the shops typically take. Expecting to be waiting around forever I brought a book with me ready to read. Well I did not need the book at all! Not only was the service fast but there was a dreamy waiting room with very comfortable chairs, free coffee, and a nice flat screen hanging on the wall. The manager was very friendly! He came in and introduced himself to us, handing us the remote so we can watch whatever we want. As I sat there learning about sea monsters on the history channel my partner talked to the manager about his oil change. Next thing I know we are leaving the shop with new oil, topped off air coolant, and a surprisingly happy couple on car maintenance day. Needless to say we will be coming back here for all future oil changes. read more

Worst place in the world to get an oil change! Went in for an oil change and just 2 weeks later my car was making funky noises. I took my car to my mom's mechanic to see what was wrong, and he showed me that the oil was extremely low! Turns out that Jiffy lube charged me $85+ for a synthetic oil change and didn't do anything at all. Scam artists! Beware! read more

Went there this morning for an oil change, the staff was super friendly and gave me the best option and deals. In the first couple of minutes the manager (I believe his name was Arlum) came and told me they didn't have the filter for my car, and they only recieve that filter once a month, he had called every jiffy lube, pep boys and other centers to find a filter but no one had it. He went out of his way to be accommodating, he finally decided to call Mercedes and went and personally picked up the filter for my car to get the job done. The service was fast and great, they did everything I needed and the customer service was beyond great. I believe they were under different management before - which is probably why there are so many bad reviews, but the new manager is great and so is the staff. I would def. come back and recommend it. They go out of their way to make your experience efficient. read more

Every time I come to this jiffy lube specifically, something goes wrong ! I get they only change oil ... but there obviously doing other stuff ! Whether it's purposely or not ! Last two times two different cars they left jiffy lube and have coolant problems ! I believe there bored and unprofessional causing problems they can pass off because they don't work on anything but oil!! And then they forget to put oil cap back on ! I recently purchased a car and needed an oil change. I went to this jiffy lube because I saw a sign advertising $24.99 oil change. Good price! I arrived when they opened and they were quick to help me. They have amazing facilities as well. Comfortable seats and magazines to keep you occupied. Not to mention a tv to watch. He gave me the remote so I had total control. When it came to picking what oil change I wanted the manager just showed me all they had to offer. I just chose the cheapest one this time and he didn't try to up sell me or anything. I chose and that was that. They pulled the car in immediately and handle biz. He even let me know I was low on coolant and topped it off for me. I was also given a print out of services recommended and when I should get the services done. The guys there are very helpful. And good at why they do. This location is under new management and has some new employees. They are ready to help. The customer service was excellent and they were happy to help. I will definitely be coming here again and I would recommend anyone to come here. read more

I had never been to a Jiffy Lube before, but while visiting my family in Southern CA, I noticed that my mother's car needed oil. I popped into the closest Jiffy Lube and within 20 minutes they had diagnosed all the problems with the car, changed oil, filters, filled liquids and air in tires and changed windshield wipers. About one week after I got my Cadillac oil changed here jiffy lube on hill and walnut in Pasadena, all of a sudden the big clicking, ticking noise can be heard from the driver's side of the engine--mainly from the area of the left front cylinder , I took the vehicle to a auto shop to get it checked. found out the noise probably caused by a bad cam and lifter which might be damaged by a bad oil change. I went back to the jiffy lube, immediately after I told the manager what happened with my car, he told me to step outside the waiting room where full of the people. so we talked outside after I explained the detail, he immediately deny the damage, saying there is totally nothing to do with their oil and he won't take any further diagnose, Man, I just hate that attitude! is there a customer complain department within jiffy lube? read more

I came in today to get an oil change. I've been coming to Jiffy Lube on and off for years. Today the price was way more than I expected, however, the customer service was wonderful. I let them know how much I typically remember paying and both the front desk attendant (didn't catch his name) and the manager went out of their way to help me get what my car needed for the best price. The manager in particular was really nice and accommodating and even advised I would get a coupon for my next visit (the front desk attendant didn't give it to me though and I didn't realize until I had driven away...but I'm assuming he forgot). Ultimately, although I ended up spending more than what I initially expected I would still recommend this location. read more
