After getting my oil changed for years every 3,000 miles at this establishment (missed the last one because of illness but knew it had to be changed), I went in last week and found it was under new management. Ten (10!!) minutes later I was told my car was ready. This bothered me a bit because I thought it was a little too fast, but I did not say anything. I went to get my car smogged this past weekend and was told that I needed an oil change and should do so before testing. I said "impossible," just got it changed. The tester said "impossible," look at it. I left and went to a mechanic -- asked if I needed an oil change. He said, you really need an oil change. Needless to say, I am pissed. read more

Also It was labor day, I had an Appt at Pep boys, but even with appt the wait was over 2 hours! At This Jiffy Lube I was in and out in 20 mins. And I had A coupon which save an additional $13. After getting a jump start from a towing service, I drove straight to this Jiffy Lube and was helped immediately by Jose. He replaced my battery within 15 minutes and was so kind. 1st time taking my car here. The rep José knew that. Was in a rush. Only 1 other car next to me. Talked me into getting windshield wipers. Then I had a $20 off coupon for the oil change. More cars came. Not that many though. He started yelling at the other workers to hurry up. I didn't even pay yet and he had me pull forward. I could have drove off. The windshield wipers weren't switched out yet. He had a girl do it. Then she took my credit card and was gone like 5 minutes. I was already upset about the bad customer service. Then she brings me the receipt. And the $20 coupon wasn't applied. I went to José and told him, and he tried to put it on the other workers. Then I had to wait for him to credit me. I called corporate and of course the message machine was full. I emailed them and had a response from a representative by email saying the local branch would get back to me within 3 business days. In which they didn't. It's been about 2 weeks now. Not going back there for sure. Horrible service. read more

These guys are the best. I've come to this location for years. I had to have a headlight replaced and they didn't have the part in stock. So they said that if I go around the corner to the Auto Parts store and buy it, they would install it for free, which they did. Both headlights. You don't get that kind of service most places. read more

Everyone here has been super nice and super helpful. If you tell em you want the job done right, they'll do it right. Even dealerships screw up sometimes, so I chose to ignore all the negative yelp reviews on this place and try it for myself. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. And here's the deal for the naysayers: If you don't want the up-sell for other stuff, just say no! It's really not that hard. I was courteous and professional to the employees and I got the same service back in return. I enjoyed my experience and will come back. It was easy peasy. This was a great surprise! They didn't harass me trying to up sell products like I'm used to while getting my oil changed. They did take a bit longer than expected, about 15 more minutes. But, I didn't notice because I brought a good book to read while I waited. When I paid, they apologized for taking too long and pretty much halved the price! Nice, friendly staff. It was my first time getting a service at Jiffy Lube, I came in on a whim just to see what the Oil Change service was like. As soon as I arrived, David greeted me with a pleasant smile and great attitude. I knew he was going to take great care of me. He brought up quickly the details about my vehicle. It's an older car and I've been breaking up the 100,000 mile services it needs to save money. David checked for the service requirements for my vehicle, when I asked which one was most important (because I'm on a budget) he told me without hesitation which to choose. He didn't make me feel guilty or bad that I couldn't afford to do all the maintenance at once. I felt very comfortable knowing that I could return to Jiffy Lube soon to complete my service. David and the guys started to work on my car, doing the general oil change, and did something else with the coolant. (not great with cars here guys) He also checked my radiator cap and showed me that it was leaking. I followed his recommendation to replace it. I got new wiper blades, radiator cap, oil change and coolant for a little over $200! I was so impressed with how fast the service was. I've literally never been happier getting my car serviced before. I felt like I saved money and got quality care. I even called my mom to tell her how awesome it was. It's not bad either that they offered 20% of future preventative care! (my mechanic surely didn't offer that!) Thank you David for converting me to a Jiffy Lube customer. read more

The Service was great. I went in for a AC service and Richard was great and explained the process to me and that I would not be charged if they found a leak. It took some time but he came in and gave me updates and explained what was happening. Jose did a great job on the service. Great job. A few recommendations were made, but no pushy upselling when I declined. Very friendly and quick service.

I pulled in Saturday and showed the employee a coupon for 10 dollars off the Signature Service Oil Change. I had to sign some paperwork and them I was told it would be 30 minutes. When I returned to pay a employee name Jesus helped me, he told me my coupon was expired, I showed him the date clearly printed on the coupon as 3/31/15. He then told me my coupon was not for this location. Jesus was very rude and patronizing and would not give me his name when I asked. Another employee names Brown then helped me and took care of the issue. read more
