These guys are the best. I've come to this location for years. I had to have a headlight replaced and they didn't have the part in stock. So they said that if I go around the corner to the Auto Parts store and buy it, they would install it for free, which they did. Both headlights. It was my first time getting a service at Jiffy Lube, I came in on a whim just to see what the Oil Change service was like. As soon as I arrived, David greeted me with a pleasant smile and great attitude. I knew he was going to take great care of me. He brought up quickly the details about my vehicle. It's an older car and I've been breaking up the 100,000 mile services it needs to save money. David checked for the service requirements for my vehicle, when I asked which one was most important (because I'm on a budget) he told me without hesitation which to choose. He didn't make me feel guilty or bad that I couldn't afford to do all the maintenance at once. I felt very comfortable knowing that I could return to Jiffy Lube soon to complete my service. David and the guys started to work on my car, doing the general oil change, and did something else with the coolant. (not great with cars here guys) He also checked my radiator cap and showed me that it was leaking. I followed his recommendation to replace it. I got new wiper blades, radiator cap, oil change and coolant for a little over $200! I was so impressed with how fast the service was. I've literally never been happier getting my car serviced before. I felt like I saved money and got quality care. I even called my mom to tell her how awesome it was. This was a great surprise! They didn't harass me trying to up sell products like I'm used to while getting my oil changed. They did take a bit longer than expected, about 15 more minutes. But, I didn't notice because I brought a good book to read while I waited. When I paid, they apologized for taking too long and pretty much halved the price! Nice, friendly staff. Everyone here has been super nice and super helpful. If you tell em you want the job done right, they'll do it right. Even dealerships screw up sometimes, so I chose to ignore all the negative yelp reviews on this place and try it for myself. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. And here's the deal for the naysayers: If you don't want the up-sell for other stuff, just say no! It's really not that hard. I was courteous and professional to the employees and I got the same service back in return. I enjoyed my experience and will come back. It was easy peasy. The Service was great. I went in for a AC service and Richard was great and explained the process to me and that I would not be charged if they found a leak. It took some time but he came in and gave me updates and explained what was happening. Jose did a great job on the service. I have been going to this jiffy lube for awhile and will continue to go there. They are up front with you and do not nickle and dime you. My son took our 2014 Jetta in for an oil change. The technician showed all the choices, my son chose synthetic blend instead of full synthetic as specified by Volkswagen. I took it back and said this was not right. Richard took care of me, said I could pay the difference in the price of the oil plus the disposal fee. I said fair enough. He replaced with full synthetic then in the end didn't charge me. I appreciated this very much -- they fixed a mistake and took care of the customer. I pulled in Saturday and showed the employee a coupon for 10 dollars off the Signature Service Oil Change. I had to sign some paperwork and them I was told it would be 30 minutes. When I returned to pay a employee name Jesus helped me, he told me my coupon was expired, I showed him the date clearly printed on the coupon as 3/31/15. He then told me my coupon was not for this location. Jesus was very rude and patronizing and would not give me his name when I asked. Another employee names Brown then helped me and took care of the issue. read more

This is my first ever Yelp rant, so at least I can thank these guys for inspiring me to finally create an account and share my experience. It all started with a normal oil change for which I had a $13 coupon (always Google coupons for these chain services places). Everything went fine, or so I thought until I got home and checked under the hood to make sure he had topped off all the fluids. The cap for the windshield washer fluid was broken, which I understand is not that big a deal but the guy who broke it should have told me before I left the jiffy lube! I know for a fact it was not broken before I took my car in because I checked all the fluids etc. earlier that day. Long story short, I ended up driving back to the jiffy lube twice to try to get them to replace the broken cap, to no avail. I was going out of town two days later so didn't have time to keep going back and forth with these guys who were too cheap to replace a $9 piece of plastic they were responsible for breaking -- I ended up buying a new one from Honda. Obvously this was not about the $$ but the principal of a) not telling me after breaking something under my hood (thankfully it was literally the least important piece) and b) not making any effort to replace the broken part. I will never frequent this, or any, Jiffy Lube again and I hope this review costs them more I lost business than the $9 it would have been to just buy me a new cap. read more

I usually change my oil myself but I lacked the time to do so myself for this instance. Jiffy lube did a good job. They were efficient and the man that helped me, David, provided splendid customer service. I was disappointed to see that the price for a conventional oil change has gone up to 50$ since the last time I went to a Jiffy Lube (when it was only 30$) so I probably will go back to changing it myself in the future.
