This is a shady establishment, I got an oil change today and the guy up front was extremely rude to me. When I asked him his name he said he doesn't feel comfortable revealing it because that's a "legal document" what?! I asked for his manager and he said he was the manager... But he wasn't.. His coworker outside told me he was an assistant manager or something. That dude has real issues. I also tried to use the coupon but he said it didnt work.. I told him it came from your official website why wouldn't it work? His response, "They changed up our whole system." What?!? Lol These people are jokes. Don't waste your time here. I'm not even sure they even topped off my oils because I got home 5-7 minutes later and my coolant thing was empty... Never again. I spent $60 for what?? read more

Came here to get my tires rotated and my oil changed. Pretty easy and fast service. Made an appointment a few days prior and on the day of my appointment I was helped immediately. The whole process took about 40 minutes or so. They had a pretty good promotion on oil change for about $25. Would use them again. read more

After my service reservation was not honored at another business, I took my car to this Jiffy Lube. I was greeted by Chris who was welcoming and helpful. He listened to my concerns and I received the help I needed. I got an oil change and they checked my steering fluid and hoses. While I need to go somewhere else for attention to my steering fluid hose, they topped off my power steering fluid and reminded my that I can come back for their "top off" service. Walter took care of my bill and asked if I had any further questions. I was on my way within about 30 minutes. I see most of the bad reviews here are because Jiffy Lube tries to sell you on other services. How dare they recommend you perform the regularly scheduled maintenance tasks that your owners manual would tell you about. They're an automobile service station, suggesting manufacturer recommended maintenance for your automobile. What the shit else are they supposed to do? Every time I've been here I have nothing but a good experience. I drop off my car and go to Starbucks across the street to chill while my oil is changed. I've had bad experiences with rude customer sevice and long waits from previous experiences from similar places. This place was on my way home and I really needed an oil change so even though I was hesitant, I decided to stop by. I'm glad I did. I was instantly greeted and helped right away. They were very friendly and went out of their way to assist me with another car issue I had. The waiting lobby is super clean and doesnt smell like chemicals like most places. Bonus-the chairs are really comfortable. I definitely recommend this place to people and will be coming back for my oil change needs. read more

Jose is patient (I was asking a ton of questions) and professional. The service at Jiffy Lube was simply excellent: it took about 10 minutes for them to fix my lights. short version of the story - David talked me into changing a battery in my car. Because it is a sports car it took Andrew a long time to do it. But everything went well, I was very happy. A day later I was driving and my Break Fluid light came on. I was really upset, because clearly it was caused by the battery change. I called, David and Andrew had their days off. So I called, explained what happened, Jose talked to me. He was a bit short and tried to defer and send me somewhere else and not take responsibility. So I would not give 5 stars to him, but he talked to his manager and told me to bring my car back. They checked whatever they did and did not find anything wrong, my break fluid was full. Jose was trying really hard but maybe because of young age and hints of machismo he was not succeeding. His manager Richard saved the day. He was apologetic, understood that I was not blaming anybody, I just wanted to know what's happening. He came with an idea that maybe my computer is just not fast enough and is "remembering" things. He also sent me to a mechanic who was very accommodating as well. the funny thing is - the lights are still on, no one was able to find what the hell is wrong with my car, but I am not mad at the people who were involved. Things happen, and everyone was very helpful and courteous and Richard never acted defensive or anything. So 5 stars for customer service (Jose, deal with the ego, not cool) read more
