Good service quick like dealing with the people working there I would just add one thing. don't clean the windshield without asking The customer. My windshield was already clean your employee then used a paper towel and glass cleaner to try and clean it paper towels don't work all they do is smear which is what happened you left my window completely smeared all over and if it had been a sunny day I know I would not have been able to see out of my window So besides sharing my window and making it so I had to pull over and redo it so I could see to drive you guys did a great job. Went to Redlands had to have an oil change. Drive thru service and they computerized my information on my Nissan and they inform me after inspection of other preventive maintenance needed. This review is long overdue. I've come to this shop several times and have always appreciated the prompt and courteous customer service. Ahmad in particular has been great, and consistent in his professionalism. The waiting room is clean and comfortable with a tv, magazines and coffee and water. Nice touch. I bring my own reading materials but I appreciate the thoughtfulness. The oil change itself is pretty quick and they're good at giving estimates for how long it will take if you're in line behind others. Had my oil changed there today and a fuel cleaning treatment. $240.00. They didn't tighten my radiator cap causing all of the fluid to drain while I drove home. Overheated my $60000 car! Had to get a $270 tow to get it home finally at 10 pm. Check engine light now on. Taking it to a real mechanic tomorrow. If it is damaged they will be getting sued. Please don't take your car there. They don't care. Don't pay attention to what they are doing. They can damage you're vehicle. I'll be calling them in the morning, at will update what gets done. Protect your vehicle and go somewhere else. Any place is better than them!!! read more

I was really amazed at the drive through service they have introduced to help keep everyone safe during this time it's a very good intervention. All the staff was nice and friendly and did an amazing job with explaining everything that need to be done to keep my car running like brand new. The wait was not long the hours are great especially for those who work 9-5 they close at 6 so you have enough time to stop by on your way home ! I have a 2017 Hyundai Sonata I have 43,000 miles this is the third time I have took my vehicle for a oil change at this location however this time I am being told I have a Minor oil leak and a skid plate missing and when I drive off some sort of tool flies off the top off my car into the street and knocks my antenna off.. After my oil change (which took well over an hour and ten mins), I pulled away and got a block away from Jiffy Lube and suddenly heard a loud sound of metal scraping against the ground. I turned around and went back and it turned out the mechanic did not reattach my skid plate and it was dragging under my car! I was not offered any discount on my service or any future service. As it stands I have to "trust" their word that it was not damaged and does not need replacing. This is completely unacceptable and clearly a careless error. The least the store could have done is offer me a discount since the price was already expensive for the service. I will not return. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Also, I will have a different mechanic inspect the skid plate and if damaged I expect a repair. Don't bring your car here. You'll get a not so rushed "rush job" by a rookie mechanic who doesn't give a damn about your car. Go to a mom and pop location that appreciates the business and cares about your vehicle. Jason and Chris Castro took such amazing care of me. While I waited for the oil to be finished, Jason INSISTED i wait in the lobby so they could vacuum my car and neither of them even let me walk to the trash. Castro took the bag of trash out of my hand and threw it away. While I waited, they changed my oil, gave me a fuel injection, topped off my tires, AND cleaned my windows!! They didn't have the cheapest oil (the one i could afford) in stock for my car, so they gave me the next tier up and made sure I left with a great discount to make up for it. I will definitely be going there any time I need an oil change. I used to go to Valvoline religiously, I just went there because it was an emergency but even having gone to Valvoline for years I've never been taken care of like this. NOTICE: I have never been on yelp and have never made a complaint on Yelp. I have always felt this platform to be overly biased and wrong to some degree, however, this shop has changed my perspective. Please read and please do not take your car here! Do not come to this Jiffy Lube location in Redlands. Stop reading the positive reviews, given that those folks just haven't been burned yet by this shop! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they broke a tire stud on my front passenger wheel. No one told me they broke the stud and just hoped I would not notice a lug nut missing. On my receipt they attempt to pass the blame onto me claiming it was already like that, which is nonsense given they are the only ones who has worked on that car for the last year! What is even more suspect is that one would assume if they noticed the stud was already damaged, then they would have said, "Sir, just so you know, it looks like your tire stud is damaged and if we try to rotate this tire, then we might break it." However, they decided to just crank and force the lug nut off and hoped for the best. I assume they probably realized they were the ones who damaged the stud the first time back in July and felt the need to finished the job on 2/10/2022. Once I got home, I called right away and told them my lug nut was missing and that they broke the stud. They again tried to pass the blame and I told them what you all now know. It's now been three days and no one has called me back and I've been the one calling non-stop everyday since Thursday to attempt to get the shop to fix what they have damaged! They have admitted guilt and offered a refund for the service, but that doesn't even come close to covering the cost to fix my tire stud. The dealership and two other repair Shops have all quoted this repair at $200+ dollars! Hell one even said $300+! A $121 refund is an attempt to buy off someone they hoped would be too lazy or stupid to research the repair. Again, do not come to this Jiffy Lube Location! This shop must have insurance to cover the cost of damage, and if they don't, what kind of shady practices are they partaking in if they don't feel the need to insure their shop? Even worse, I thought they were a full service shop whom works on breaks, basic service, and repairs. Does this mean none of the folks in the shop are fully licensed mechanics? Are they unable to repair what they break? Again, DO NOT COME HERE! read more
