Took them 20-30 min each, so yes, sexist segregational treatment. Worth 1$ Did not appreciate the level of service. Was like dealing with kindergardners. The manager blew me off when I complained. My car needs some work but there were no hard sells, just suggestions and recommendations, even on things they don't do there. I drive a brand new 2022 Audi. I arrived and was told they unfortunately didn't have my filter in stock. They made a couple of calls and found my filter, however, the place that had my filter didn't have any drivers available!!! Without question the manager, Ahmad, hoped in his car and drove over to pick my filter up!!!! It's the little things that make a difference and this place went out of their way for me!!! I haven't been in a jiffy lube in about 3 months and the guy remembered me even though I was driving a different car. He said, Hey where is your Dodge caliber? I was shocked that he remembered me! I have brought all our cars here for the past 6 years. Sure they made a couple mistakes a few times but the good part is they owned up to those mistakes and correct them. so weird how it seems a lot of people are having the same horrible experience with this company , my little sister got her oil changed here too n had a oil leak , come to find out they did not tighten the bolts on correctly or tight enough which caused her to have engine issues to her car that they wont replace or fix or even give a refund for !!! there should be some kind warranty and there is not !!! Oil changes are such wack but necessary things to do. Came in on a Wednesday and was greeted by Ahmad. He was nice and helpful. The best thing about this jiffy lube is that they are not "Pushy". I used to go to the one in Highland and didn't like it there. Highland was very pushy and the guys were like salesman trying to get more services. So I came to Redlands and really liked it. It was way more relaxed and Ahmad was professional. He offered me a new cabin air filter and when I said "no" he was like "ok no problem". The inside was cleaner than most jiffy lubes and also was there quickly. Really happy with the service and will return for my next oil change. read more

The absolute worst customer service. Incredibly slow, non responsive to simple requests for an update on the status of a simple oil change. It took 2 hours.... TWO hours to get an oil change with just 2 cars in the Bay ahead of me. It was 90 minutes before they even TOUCHED my truck. It just sat there. It's well over 90 degrees outside, and they have no air conditioning on.... no fans... just sitting and sweating in the intense heat. The manager should be embarrassed. I'm a loyal Jiffy Lube customer, but this will be my absolute last time using this service. GroupOn should reconsider this business relationship. read more

Over 3 hours just for an oil change and car has not been running correctly since the moment I left this shop. Never had a problem at other jiffy lube locations I've always been pleased but now I get to take my new Lexus back to the very expensive dealership to make sure this location used the correct products. Not to mention I showed them a coupon that would've taken a significant amount off my total and they said no problem let me add that for you and took my card with no new total. When I received my invoice by email and credit card statement they had not honored the coupon. Will not be using jiffy lube locations anymore and I just pray there's no permanent damage to my car. read more

Great service, fast turn around time, and reasonable prices. My trip (which consisted of just an oil change) took about 45 min, from the time I pulled up to the time I left...and that was with a couple cars ahead of mine. The prices are a bit higher than other places (about $37 for standard oil change...I went with the high mileage blend, which ended up costing me about $58). They do offer a return customer discount program...first two oil changes are full priced and third one is 50% off. They also have online coupons (which I forgot to bring...) that will help out with the cost. Also got seasonal buy-one-get-one-free passes for the local snow lifts (Mt. High / Snow Summit) which was a bonus. Very satisfied with my experience here, and I'm sure I'll be back. read more

Well this place lost my business before even setting foot in store. As im pulling up to park, i immediately notice this female employee giving me a very dirty look. And her rude stare didnt stop the entire time. It was so bad that as i was walking up to office she was still looking at me with a look of unwelcoming disgust. So much so i had to turn and look behind me to make sure she was looking at me. She then asked me in a irritated tone if she could help me? I was thinking yea for starters, 'if you would wipe that look off your face and ask me in a professional cordially manner.' .. I told her i need an oil change. She tells me its a hour wait and to pull to other side. And once again her tone and demeanor is what makes people lose their jobs. I looked at the big banner above garage that says oil changes 15 mins or less. I told her i wasnt going to wait. She didnt say anything and turned her back and walked away. Wow! Seriously?! So unprofessional and rude. I hope her manager or corporate for jiffy lube read this. That female working there on june 24 sunday needs an attitude adjustment and or to find a job with no customer service involved. She was Totally rude and how she treated my potential business was unacceptable behavior. Even if it was from a over weight lazy dirty looking -rude -poor excuse of a female or human being for that matter. Ive met people in horrible life situations who were twenty times more friendly than this mistake you all hired.
