Let me start off by saying I am extremely outraged by how everything went down! I arrived around 3p.m on December 29 2021 was asked to pull in were I was told by a girl that works there that someone would be with me. So I waited Patiently about 10 mins go by and she comes back a says I did not know I was going to be helping u and she starts to take my information and ask what type of oil I would like I informed her that I would like full Synteric, she tells me my total is $98 dollars and some change I informed her I have a $20 dollar off coupon from there web site. she than tells me to remind her when they are done with the oil change because she will forget so I tell her ok. after the oil was changed a man comes up and starts telling me they couldn't take my oil filter off and hands me the filter to change myself. I ask why would u change the oil if you are unable to change the filter? He just apologized, Than goes to talk to the manager, where the manger says he is going to give a 25% discount because they can't change the filter. Ok then the girl walks up and tells me the discount is for not changing the filter. And that she is going to give me the $20 off coupon only. So she goes to ask how to apply the extra discount for the coupon than the 25% off that was promised for not completing the oil filter and then the manager says he can't apply any other discount. And it is what it is! I would really appreciate a company contact or some sort of explanation from them as to how they can allow people to work on vehicles if they do not know what they are doing! read more

I was astonished at the attention given to me & my vehicle at this jiffy lube. It was only my 2nd experience using jiffy lube & these guys at this location blew the other out the water. Their vibes with each other was great lots of smiles & communication. It reminded me of a platoon ' I wondered if they were veterans but I didn't ask. I thought, "I need a quick oil change. Let me go to that Jiffy Lube that I always drive by. I have my dogs with me, but it should be quick." It's 95 degrees, mind you. After sitting in line for almost an hour with only 2 cars ahead me, And as I finally pull up to have my turn, I see that there is only one team working both lanes. I wait an additional 15 mins, as the multiple techs saunter around watching each other do their assigned tasks. My anger began to build, and I refused sit there any longer. I left, and as I drove away there was no, "Sorry for the delay, ma'am." No acknowledgement. No nothing. They clearly didn't care. Customer service was terrible and the wait was even worse. Had a tire about to go flat. Started skidding on pavement. Saw the jiffy lube garage open. Thank god. I asked for a little bit of air for my tire and they said they closed at 6. Its 6:05. I begged all I need is a little air to make it home. They said they're closed. They may do the job right but they are $hit for human beings. read more

I went in for an oil change and immediately the staff was ready to help me out as they saw me approach. I really felt taken care of by the whole team, each person was respectful and communicated well to understand my needs and also didn't pressure me if I declined a service. There were a couple of older people in the lobby who seemed kind of uptight but the staff listened to their concerns and provided good feedback to ensure they were heard and got the information they needed which appeared to put them at ease. Jason leads a great team, you can tell he cares about his work by the great customer service I received from both him and his crew. so weird how it seems a lot of people are having the same horrible experience with this company , my little sister got her oil changed here too n had a oil leak , come to find out they did not tighten the bolts on correctly or tight enough which caused her to have engine issues to her car that they wont replace or fix or even give a refund for !!! there should be some kind warranty and there is not !!! Shame on this company ! And shame on the mechanics they are hiring that can't do their job right !!! They deserve zero stars read more

Yesterday my oil change light came on on my way to work so of course this is usually not a happy moment. You automatically start thinking about how a simple oil change is going to turn into a hard demanding sell of air filters and other parts from the employees & slightly roll your eyes at that thought lol.Per usual I did my research on locations and called ahead. The Redlands Jiffy Lube is just 5 minutes away from my job which was a plus and they had the best prices, so I decided to give them a try. Let me say this, I will ALWAYS come to this Jiffy Lube and support Ahmad and his team. From beginning to end the process was smooth, faster than expected and the recommendations were not provided in a pushy manner at all. From the morale and vibe as a whole it was just great, warm, friendly etc! On my way to work this morning my tire pressure light came on and I remember the team took care of my tires yesterday so I decided to stop by before work at 7am and have them check it out. The moment I pulled into the bay Ahmad came to me and immediately asked what happened in the most compassionate, genuine and concerned way, clearly remembering who I was. At that point all of my engine lights could've been on and I wouldn't even be worried but instead confident and comfortable enough knowing it was top priority and would be taken care of by Ahmad.
