Over 3 hours just for an oil change and car has not been running correctly since the moment I left this shop. Never had a problem at other jiffy lube locations I've always been pleased but now I get to take my new Lexus back to the very expensive dealership to make sure this location used the correct products. Not to mention I showed them a coupon that would've taken a significant amount off my total and they said no problem let me add that for you and took my card with no new total. When I received my invoice by email and credit card statement they had not honored the coupon. Will not be using jiffy lube locations anymore and I just pray there's no permanent damage to my car. read more

First time here, but not first time with Jiffy Lube or getting oil changed. I came here with my girlfriends car for a quick oil change. Only issue I had was with the wait. From handing over my keys to driving away it took 40 minutes to finish the oil change. There was one car ahead of me (one in each of the two ports) and it just seemed to take overly long. Other then that, can't complain. Workers were friendly, invited me inside and offered me coffee and a seat. They had a tv that I was able to enjoy while I sat and waited. When they called my name it was the general manager. His name is Ahmad and he was very friendly. He walked through each service they had performed on the car. I came in for an oil change and they: -changed the oil -checked other fluids (topped them off) -check tire pressure (added air if needed) -washed exterior windows -vacuumed the inside I showed Ahmad the coupon I got for checking in on Yelp which was for $12 off and he gladly accepted it. Well this place lost my business before even setting foot in store. As im pulling up to park, i immediately notice this female employee giving me a very dirty look. And her rude stare didnt stop the entire time. It was so bad that as i was walking up to office she was still looking at me with a look of unwelcoming disgust. So much so i had to turn and look behind me to make sure she was looking at me. She then asked me in a irritated tone if she could help me? I was thinking yea for starters, 'if you would wipe that look off your face and ask me in a professional cordially manner.' .. I told her i need an oil change. She tells me its a hour wait and to pull to other side. And once again her tone and demeanor is what makes people lose their jobs. I looked at the big banner above garage that says oil changes 15 mins or less. I told her i wasnt going to wait. She didnt say anything and turned her back and walked away. Wow! Seriously?! So unprofessional and rude. I hope her manager or corporate for jiffy lube read this. That female working there on june 24 sunday needs an attitude adjustment and or to find a job with no customer service involved. I just came back from a great experience at this JiffyLube location. I love the "do the right thing" this place has going on and received outstanding service. I will be back. After my oil change, the hood rod clip broke. Brian, a member of the team, called me over and showed me what happened. I asked Brian if he could fix the part he went above and beyond. Not only did he replace the part, but when the delivery guy was not available to drop off the part immediately, Brian drove over to pick it up himself. Frankly, it was refreshing. Also, Brian kept me in the loop as to what was happening each step of the way and clearly made it a priority to get me on my way. The technician (Ahmad) immediately welcomed me into the office and let me know that refreshments were available if I needed any. Horrible service!!!!! I got an oil change last weekend and my car kept asking for more oil, I called and asked if they could top it of and all was said only up to two quarts. I showed up and was told my car needed more than Two quarts and I was going to be charged for the other quarts needed.... My car only takes 5 quarts of oil!!!!! This tells me I paid 90 dollars for a one quart of oil and now I need to pay again to fix there mistakes. Vehicle only has 30xxx miles car was inspected by another jiffy Lube shop and was told my car wasn't leaking as well. My oil change was done in a Jiffy!! Jessie greeted me with a smile and patience as I struggled getting the car turned off and window rolled down . He escorted me to the waiting area , offered me coffee or water and advised me it wouldn't take long. A few minutes later, Ahmad came in and asked me to come outside to see what I wanted done. He gave me the estimate and escorted me back to the waiting area . About 5-10 minutes later my car was done !! Both of these men should be recognized as an example of great employees!! Service was fast and he went over everything that I could fix and/or get done if I wanted to but didn't push me to buy anything which I appreciated. The worst. Don't fall for their false flags. They told me I had seven different things wrong with my car from a transmission leak to a low battery. They wanted me to put my car up immediately at their facility to address all the concerns but at the moment, I wanted to take it to my mechanic if something was so wrong with my vehicle. I took it to my mechanic, nothing was wrong. They made it sound like I would have catastrophic engine failure if I drive it a week more; I've driven to Arizona and Paso Robles and back and nothing has happened. Went for an oil change, they popped my hood, removed my prop rod and used their own. No problem, but at least put my prop rod back where it belongs when you're done instead of just throwing it at the top of my motor and closing the hood. I got out of my car, popped the hood and put the prop rod back in its holster, where it belonged and closed my hood. In comes this clown Ahmad, ''oh that WASN'T ME?!'', in a very rude, defensive manner. My response, 'I didn't say it was you, I didn't say it was anyone actually but for the record it was your co worker, I seen him do it and I just wanted my prop rod back where it goes'. At this point, I feel a simple, 'oh sorry about that' would have sufficed but nope, not even close. Instead Ahamad starts yelling ghetto phrases like 'oh don't be coming at me sye wayz' and 'les get dis doo outta here'. Huh..? What the hell are you even talking about? My prop rod is incorrectly stuffed at the top of my motor by one of your coworkers and I'm the one coming at you 'sye wayzz'? Madness! I had a bit of a bad day today due to car troubles, I was going in for a regular oil change and my battery died right while I was waiting in line. Luckily the worker Anthony quickly helped me and got me a replacement battery right away. The rest of the visit was also pleasant, the workers were professional and quick with their service. I didn't feel pressured to buy into any additional services and appreciated the knowledge for a future visit. Went in yesterday for an oil change. They were quick and nice and had good suggestions I would have totally rated 5 stars but when I got in my car the first thing I saw was dirt or grease all over my passenger seat and some on the wall of my driver door. I wiped off as much as I could but my beige seats are now stained and my car is a lease so I'm going to end up getting charged for this. I was already leaving 10 mins late to pick up my kids so I just left I didn't have time to complain. I think they should have at least said something ! Came in for an oil change, and as soon as I got back in my car at Jiffy Lube, my check engine light was on. I immediately asked the technician that had helped me if they could check out why the light had just popped on. They open my hood see no issues and did a code read, the code read was for a lean engine. This typically isn't too much of an issue, but my for particular car, the code that came up has been an issue in the past with cracks in the air intake hose. Super annoying issue, so after a couple days of the code being on, I took it into a dealership, only to waste time to learn that Jiffy Lube failed to properly close the engine cap after the oil change read more

Not a great experience here yesterday. I went here on a Saturday evening around 5:45pm for an oil change and I was the only car there. The first guy comes to my window to wait on me and was totally nice and a second guy comes up and just watches us, which came off weird, like he was invading our space. Then they tell me they only carry full synthetic oil for my car, which I thought was odd, since I drive a pretty common car (Honda Civic). They said it would be $100! I told them that's way more than I was expecting for an oil change and then they offered a $20 off coupon. They said prices are up due to inflation, supply chain, etc. -_- So I ended up agreeing because I really just wanted to get it taken care of. While they were working on my car, the second guy starts talking loudly and making fun of past customers and complaining about a lady who got out of her car to complain about something, another lady who showed up at 5:59pm to get her oil change, etc. Not the most professional thing to do in my opinion. I then asked them flat out in that moment if they were about to close, and then he quickly changed his tone and said "No ma'am, we close at 7pm."
