Update: I was extremely dissatisfied, and they reached out to me and resolved the situation. Thank you for that. +2 for actually caring about your customers. We were there 3 days ago with a $15 off coupon. The tech quoted us a price for a regular oil change, and said it was only $6 more for a synthetic blend, so we did the synthetic blend. What we found out when he charged our card was that he quoted us the normal price for the regular oil change, and the retail price minus the $15 off coupon for the synthetic to make it seem like only a $6 difference, when really it was $21. Oh, AND they left grease on the hood, on the door handle both inside and out, and on the steering wheel. It was a blatant, shady lie to get us to spend more money. Guess where we'll be going for our next oil change? EZ Lube right up Reseda. These guys are liars and thieves. Extremely poorly run business. If your car is even HALFWAY decent, you should look at the SIX different pictures I uploaded of grease on and in my car. read more

It seems as if my previous review was removed. I went to get a brake inspection and the attendant told me I had 12% left, which we both agreed might last a week or so. I made an appointment wit my mechanic only two days later. He told me it was there was no 12%; it was already grinding metal to metal, destroying the rotors. Had the Jiffy Lube attendant correctly ascertained the present condition of my front brakes, it is possible my rotors could have been saved. I would strongly recommend to anyone that they not get a brake inspection here, as it may not be accurate. read more

I came to this location after the location at DeSoto and Roscoe was servicing customers out of order. So I was fairly annoyed when I arrived. The staff apologized for the mistreatment at the other location and helped me out with a quick, professional synthetic oil change. Talk about Express Service! I stopped by 15 minutes before closing time for an Oil Change and I was able to have the service done pretty quick, plus the guys vacuumed the inside and wiped my windows for free. I believe Jorge was his name, who explained what type of oil my car needed since it has 120+ miles on it. Overall, very easy transaction. read more

Came here for an oil change. Service was friendly and I got my oil change relatively quickly. It was $72 with a coupon. I remember getting an oil change at Dodge Bros for $60, but I'm not an expert on how oil change pricing works, a lot of things can change in ten months. Come to this Jiffy Lube all the time. I had and have 4 cars that I owned and still own. The customer service is great they treat you like human not like others that just want to get rid off you. Like I say I been coming here for 20 years. Stared when I move here from San Diego. I was station there and move up the street from Jiffy lube. They take care of me and my cars. Even happy with them since then and as long I live here I will continue to bring and get my vehicles serviced here at this location. They really know how to keep my car running smooth and the sticker reminds me to bring in the right month and day for the next service. I was helped by a guy named Barnie (I think that's how you spell it) well anyways, he was a really nice guy jabbed at me for going past my time with my oil change and wipers but I know it was out of fun! This is by far the best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. I don't know if they changed management or something of that nature, but this went great for me. Super fast and friendly. Urias is the manager here and he will go above and beyond for you. I came in with a Groupon, and I had gotten the wrong one for my car. I ended up having to pay for another quart, but he gave me free coolant, which definitely made up for it, I didn't even know I was out (haven't had to use the A/C yet, but living in LA, I'll be happy I'm, stocked up). So I came again to get my oil change a few weeks ago. They did a fantastic job getting the job done. But for the last two times I've been here my oil change service was around $32. I bring my own oil and paid for the labor and the filter bring to $32. This time they charged me $42. They told me they do not offer the discount of $10 off anymore. The discount only applies to their own oil. The last two previous that got me the $32 deal was from the manager Urias himself. This time it was from another employee. I guess he did not know the price. I left Vavoline to come here because they were charging me more once I became a regular client. I hope Jiffy Lube is not doing the same to me. read more

Wow! I am extremely impressed! I don't think I am the only one who sometimes lags on getting their oil changed. Mostly because I always build it up in my head that it will take forever to do. Boy was I wrong! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Fernando who had the techs get started on checking my tire pressure and fluid levels (all free) while he walked me through the different types of oil changes available to me. He didn't try to upsell me when I chose the basic oil change either. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes with my oil changed, windshield cleaned, drivers side of my car vacuumed and my tire pressure and fluids topped off! What a deal! Do not go to this Jiffy Lube for a brake inspection! They are incompetent. I went for a brake inspection and was told I had 12 % left and he recommended I get my brakes changed within a week. I made a n appointment with my mechanic for Thursday, two days later. My mechanic told me the brakes were 100% gone and it was grinding metal to metal. My rotors were destroyed, making the repair exponentially more expensive. The incompetence of the Hubby Lube employee cost me money. Every guy working here is a dog. I don't go to this jiffy lube because of how they approach me , I live right next door and happen to walk by this place a lot when I'm on my way to 7/11 or cvs and they always whistle at me like I'm some b**ch on the street or they keep yelling "HELLO BEAUTIFUL or HEY SEXY " like I'm going to stop what I'm doing and flirt with them. it's so rude , disgusting and disrespectful. One thing is to complement a woman but when you are loud , and forcing me to acknowledge your advances by yelling at me from a mile away , you're being a douchebag. The one time I wanted to ask about prices they saw that I wasn't driving a car(like I said I live right next to this place so I mean why would I drive when it's right here I can just ask you know?) and they said hello , were friendly but then got a little too friendly ,they were all staring at me ,sizing me up and one asked me if I was single and down to hang out. So disrespectful and unprofessional. They see me a lot walking down the street with my husband and they still persist on hitting on me from a distance , I hate this place and I will never give this place my business even if it is conveniently located. They attempted to upsell me to products that I clearly did not need. I actually don't mind a good hustle and they should have just apologized when they got caught or just backed down. I would never ever go there anymore and don't recommend anybody to go there and trust their car in their hands. They have no knowledge about cars. Very unfortunate. Unprofessional worker put engine oil in my radiator when I went there to get oil change done on my car. Didn't know where my engine cap was to put the oil in and they pour oil in my radiator instead of inside the engine. Very bad customer service and young guys that don't know anything about the cars and they are working on people's cars. I feel very unsafe to take my cars there anymore.
