I live near by this Jiffy Lube so it's convenient for me to stop by when I need a quick oil change. In the past this location has been criticized by news and reviews based on the previous management staff charging for oil and parts that they never replaced. I thought it had changed since. I brought my car in today to get an oil change. Due to my mistrust I stood outside the front entry and looked at the staff while they changed the oil. I witnessed the young mechanic taking the dipstick out of the rail to check the oil level. Minutes later I get called in by what seemed to be the shift manager. He explained that the part was broken and hanging when I brought the vehicle in. I immediately asked "how did the mechanic remove the part to check the oil level in the first place of it was broken?" The manager replied he would look in to it. I signed the paper work and continued waiting. Later it was time to pay. I walked to the register and awaited for paperwork. I asked the question "did the mechanic answer how he removed the oil dipstick?" He (Gerardo) replied by saying... the mechanic did not remember. I paid my $128.00US and continued to wait. Makes you think can I ever continue to take my vehicle to the corporate giant that is Jiffy Lube. Quick service nice guys but bad grade for honesty. If this turns out to be a bigger problem to fix $$$ I will be writing a letter to this Jiffy Lubes corporate manager. See how the location handles this. Update: I got a call from the location manager a few hours after leaving. He said he spoke with the mechanic and decided that they would order the part and call me when it's ready. I was in need of a mandatory 19 point inspection for the rideshare services I drive for (Uber, Lyft & Sidecar), so after visiting another location, I had to come here when the previous spot said only this place does it in the area. It was a busy day, and Uriel warned, it may take up to an hour. No problem for me. Free coffee, wifi and Air condition. They did my inspection and filled out the paperwork, and I was on my way. So I thought...I realized, I wasn't sure if I needed to have them fill out the paperwork for each company, so I nervously asked, and Uriel kindly said as he chuckled, "I was wondering why you were still here! No problem." Only problem was, I didn't have the paperwork, but he said he would print it himself at the store if I just emailed. AWESOME. I had a brake light out and tried to fix it myself. Couldn't get the super tight bolts off with just my screwdriver. Called this Jiffy Lube and they said they could help me out. Few minutes later, I was there with my light bulb in hand. Without hesitation, the guys there agreed to help me out using their special tools. I was out in less than ten minutes with my brake light fixed with no charge. This Jiffy Lube was like the helpful neighbor I've never had! They were awesome. Sat here for over 30 minutes without being greeted at all. Watched another car pull up park in the lot and get out to walk up to someone and then leave. George then proceeded to pull her car inside. When I asked why she was going first, he said because she was there first, I told him that was untrue as I had been sitting here the entire time waiting to even be greeted and watched her pull in. This place is a typical upsell service station. You go for a regular oil change for an older vehicle and they tell you, "we are not responsible if it will damage your engine". Then they sell you double or triple the price of synthetic. You don't have a choice because they already have drain your oil. Also they upsell you all the things you don't need, like a little dirt on your air filter, they tell you you need to change and charge you triple when you can just buy it cheap and very easy to install in seconds. Nowadays it's hard to trust a jiffy lube. I gave 2 stars because in fairness my car run a bit smoother and they did the service of changing oil and filter, not like other jiffy lube that they just charge you and done nothing on your car. Can recommend, try to find another that are more friendly and concern about your car and not just making money out of you. Go to a dealer of your make of car and trust me, its much cheaper and done right. read more

I went in and the service guy Louie was extremely helpful. Made sure he could do what was needed to my car first before he even got started on the oil change. Didn't want to waste my time. After he figured out he could he quoted me what it would be for the oli change and I showed him deals I found on Groupon. He gave me a discount on a better deal than Groupon had to offer. So I left with my car in better shape thanks to Louie, oil changed, and I got lucky as it was a quiet day so I didn't have to wait long. I would have never gotten that at my dealership. read more

The only reason I'm giving two stars because service was fast. Only thing that bothered me was the fact that Fernando checked the battery on my car and proceeds to tell me that I have a bad battery and the results were the worst he has seen . Then tells me I need to purchase a new battery. I just purchased the car a year ago and was suspicious of those results cuz why would they sell me a car from Ford dealership with a old battery. it made me nervous because he made it seem like my battery would go out any day now so I asked him how long I had and he said he had no idea so I decided to go down the street to AutoZone and have them check the battery and when they check the battery they printed out the paper and he said my battery is excellent it's fully charged it's it's brand new it's only 2 years old. So I was very disappointed to find out that Fernando had lied about my battery and was just trying to get money out of me. Is this what they are telling their employees to do at Jiffy Lube to try to get a sale it's really sad if that's what they're doing. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I came here for an oil change one month ago during Thanksgiving break. I got the basic one, but they kept pushing for me to get an air filter change, showing me a dirtied air filter. It was my brothers car and I wanted to clean it up for him, so I just got it. Well... zooming forward one month during Christmas break, my car needs a new oil change. We haven't even driven more than 2000 miles. Its 1000 miles then the mileage they put on the sticker on my window. Horrible. On top of that, my brother told me that he had changed his air filter just a couple months before. I don't know if they're taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in car mechanics, but from the results it completely looks like that. Go somewhere else. Not here. The coupon doesn't even work with the basic level. Jiffy lube is pretty okay in different locations in my opinion, but this one in particular is a no-no. read more
