Today my husband took his car for a full synthetic oil change service with his Groupon coupon. The female employee was courteous and accepted it. Then while he was waiting he noticed they were taking other cars ahead of him;making him wait longer. Then one male employee was going to charge him way over the paid coupon saying I didn't see it. It was found and he asked the female if she accepted it. While servicing our vehicle he showed my husband the air filter. My husband said he would change it as he had one at home. Thee worst experience ever! I went in and was told that it would be 30-40 minute wait. I had 2 people ahead of me. After 45 minutes I was called expecting my car to be ready. They called me wanting to be paid and said it will be ready in another 30 minutes. I told him, that i have been waiting for 45 minutes already. He looked at me like a deer in the headlights. Didn't say a word. After I paid over $100 for the oil change, the technician told me I have a bad oil leak form the oil pan. When I asked the arrogant manager why I was not informed of this before the oil change he told me you needed oil anyway. So I just wasted a $100 because I need to drain oil to fix oil pan. Came in for an oil change and I had an excellent experience. The wait was not long at all and everyone was friendly. I noticed they had a new manager name Adrian who was very detailed, friendly and on top of everything. I even seen him helping the guys out so the cars moved faster and the restroom was clean (major plus bc I HATE public restrooms). He gave great recommendations for my vehicle and explained everything without me having to ask. I've been coming here for my oil changes for the past 4 years or so. I keep coming back due to the great customer service experience. Adrian who I believe is the service manager is awesome. Very professional and helpful. He informed me that jiffy lube offers free fluid top off's in between oil changes. That's awesome! I am new in town and decided to buy a groupon to get my oil changed. The young lady working as a receptionist told me that she had never seen a groupon and that she couldn't accept it. She offered giving me a $13 off discount but I still had to pay for the oil change even though I had already paid for my Jiffy Lube groupon. She knew I had a groupon and they continued to change my oil anyway. I would have never agreed to let them change my oil if they couldn't accept my groupon...why would I want to pay $55 to get my oil changed? I asked her, that if she knew I had a groupon and she wasn't sure if she could accept it, then why did she let them continue to change my oil? She was not able to resolve the problem so I asked if there was a number I could call or if there was somebody else who could help me. She told me that there was a phone number on the bottom of the bill that she was going to make me pay. Then finally she went into a sepparet room and a man came out and he told her that they did take groupons. Then he taught her how to enter in a groupon in the system correctly. She was going to make me pay $35 plus my $20 groupon that I had arealy paid for. She never apologized or admitted to her mistake. I left really upset just for the simple fact that she did not know how resolve the issue correctly with at least some kind of good customer service. This place is convenient because it's off the freeway that's all that's good. I took my car for an oil change here for that reason well huge mistake!! The cashier asked me what I wanted to get I said basic oil change and he took a good 5 minutes telling me how I was wasting my money if I didn't get the highest grade. He finally charged me for the basic one with an obvious attitude because I didn't upgrade. They finished the oil change they showed me they had finished. I drove off the next morning I made my commute to work and my car was not feeling right. I went to check my oil and my dip stick was just buried in there and I could not pull it out. After along process I got it out. Turns out my car had not received the right amount of oil and I was charged for a full oil change. I took my car to my usual place big o tires and they did say it was not done correctly they took care of me and made sure my care was right to be back on my commute. I understand jiffy lube associates might make some commission on getting the consumer to by the top tier oil change. But If we don't they should not tamper with the full service we paid for! read more

Im not one to leave bad reviews But... this place uses BAD BUSINESS practices. Buyer BEWARE. I tried to give them a chance even with the low yelp Rating. BE WARNED. Do NOT use their services. They insisted on selling me ONLY the synthetic oil for the higher price. I even showed them my owners manual for the Mfg recommended oil type but still wanted to put Only synthetic oil, otherwise, "we will not be responsible for engine failure" wtf?!?! I've NEVER used synthetic on my 2002 VW cabrio and my engine is perfect! I left and will NEVER return. read more

Called and requested a quote over the phone. Gave the gentleman my year, make, and model. He said he needed to ask someone. He took the phone away from his ear and asked someone in the background. Cane back to the line and said my car takes 6 quarts but the oil change covers 5 quarts so its $44 plus the additional quart. I asked about a coupon I had and he said bring in your phone. Drove from Lake Arrowhead to riverside. Pulled in and asked to confirm the price. The guy asked if I needed synthetic or conventional. I told him synthetic. He said $92. I told him I called in for a quote and was quoted $44. He asked who I spoke with. I explained the convo and he confessed I spoke to him. I said why did you quote me $44 and now its $92? He said i need synthetic. I told him i gave him my vehicle info over the phone and he just said again "well $44 is conventional and $92 is synthetic." I told him he shouldnt be quoting prices over the phone if he doesnt even know what hes quoting. Called corporate to complain. Manager called back to clarify the situation and he then offered to double my coupon but off of the $92 price. WHAT!!! No!! Walmart synthetic oil change is $44.80. I called them after I left Jiffy Lube. Why would I pay Jiffy Lube over $60 AFTER what just happened when Walmart is already $20 cheaper!?!? Nope, no thanks. read more

This location has excellent costumer service skills! From the time that I called until my service was completed I felt nothing but informed and respected! This service station DOES NOT HONOR COUPONS! Went in with a $5 off coupon. When my daughter went to pay they wouldn't honor it because my truck had a factory skidplate. REALLY?? Tried to reason with manager and said I had several cars right behind that one to be done. Didn't matter. Took rest of my cars to GT Import service station on Hole right after leaving Jiffy and they had a rate LOWER than Jiffy's coupon rate! Guess what? They don't charge to take off a factory skidplate when they change the oil. No one else I called (Valvoline Service Station) does either for that matter. Thank you to the staff and Manager! I went in on 7/8/19 for an oil change and was also concerned about the check engine light coming on and off. I did mention it to the manager if that could be checked and without hesitation he agreed but stated only if the light was on could it be done unfortunately my light was no longer on. The following morning I turn on my car and the light comes on so I rush to them before going in to work and before the light goes off again. My luck it was slow and was able to get it checked on less than 10 minutes... as a female sometimes I feel like I get looked down on because I may not know much about cars but thanks to the staff and the manager for having patience and answering the most basic questions without being rude and giving me that look as me being ignorant! Definitely will be coming back for all my oil changes and any future problems to where they can at least point out to where I can get my car problems fixed!!! read more

I went in yesterday afternoon and paid $93 for an oil change (very pricy) when receiving my car they showed the oil level to me that was ok...when I get into my car I see that the handle to close the door is dirty with oil on it and once I turn on my car the "need maintenance" (oil light) was still on they didn't even bother to turn it off read more

I came to get a oil change a man greeted me and my fiancé he was very nice told us to sit in inside and we would be seen soon to check in . We then after were greeted by a younger woman and she checked me in on computer and took my name address and phone number and told me to pay after ward we went inside to sit ..... As we went inside to sit my fiancé had a "cockroach literally crawl on his kneck from back to front to inside the front of his shirt we immediately jumped and told the female working and she said I'm sorry and walked away to do her job like it wasn't a big deal . we were outside contemplating should we stay for oil change because we were discussed but we stayed when we went to pay "he had to say so do I get a cockroach discount " instead of her making a gesture or having customer service skills and saying hey sorry for are nasty store let me give u a discount or anything beyond . I have never ever been to a business and experienced anything like that in my life I'm so upset and I do appreciate the discount we were going to pay 79 something almost 80 instead we payed 66 but to me it was more than discount we shouldn't have had to pay it's so horrible that we experienced this at this jiffy lube . The staff is quick and do their best to make sure guests have a good experience AND they never try to get over on you or milk you for money with extra services that aren't needed.
