Just moved into the area and needed to service the car after a move from northern Cal. I called for an appt and they said it is first come first serve. I got there about 10am Monday and there was a line of cars. They repeatedly came out to update me on how much longer and finally I was next up. They went through everything on the cat and rotated my tires. They then adjusted my warning for the next oil change. These kids were pleasant and professional and I will start using this location now for both my cars. I think they deserve a high rating. read more

This place is a rip off and they will attempt to take your money on unnecessary repairs. Took my car in for an oil change and was told my battery tested bad, so bad it wouldn't even register on their tester. They then tried to sell me $149 battery. Decided to call triple A instead. Triple A drove out to my house checked the battery and said it was perfectly fine, even gave me a print out with the results. This place is a scam. I have come to this jiffy lube for YEARS since I owned my first car as a teen and never had an issue till today. I own a Hyundai Veloster flex anyone that knows these vehicles knows they go through oil like crazy I typically have to top off my car twice between oil changes I get synthetic blend good for 4000 miles I typically keep oil in my car trunk just for emergency top off and because you're only allowed one with Jiffy Lube which is understandable well today I went to get my one and because I was over 3000 miles I was denied the free top off youre promised even tho my oil change is supposed to be good another 1000 miles. Again YEARS I have come here OVER A DECADE and you can't just take care of me this one time I know you can see the history on your computer I have never had this happen prior ever but not the pasty chick behind the counter DIDNT even entertain the customer service aspect of her job and said "No" So screw yall I'll Take my money oil changers on Arlington at a fraction of the price and WAY better customer service read more

After reading reviews, decided not to chance it. The last time I brought a vehicle here the guy slipped the clutch to move my truck. He said he didn't know how to drive a stick shift. REALLY, can you imagine the liability ? You don't know how( as he admitted) and you still try...actually it's pretty funny, if it hadn't been MY clutch !..lol It's been a while that this occurred.. . a manager was looking for an employee and asked the employee in the bay... Manager: "where's John? Employee in the bay: Oh, he's looking in the dumpster for an oil filter for the car in bay, we are out of them" Then manager openly was furious and said that guy needs to be fired." Luckily the manager stopped him, or some poor soul would have fallen prey to the antics that have earned this place such negative reviews. I must say, while THAT manager was here, I went on a regular basis. He was a military man and had everyone wearing their clothing/uniform properly and the place was well run and respectful. I am accustomed to receiving my car with my windows freshly cleaned, the carpets inside vacuumed and the fluids topped off. Maybe something has changed because these things were not done, not to mention there was oil and dirt marks on my carpets and the inside side panel from the personnel not being careful. I have light tan interior and it was completely visible that they had been reckless with my car. They had a lot of people in line and I felt rushed. My windows were half cleaned, as if a 3 year old did a rush job. I use Jiffy Lube as my go to for oil changes because they're normally fast. I've never spent more than 20 minutes or so waiting. At this new location I waited for well over an hour. I never heard from an employee till the final fifteen minutes of waiting. If this is the norm for this Jiffy Lube location I will not be returning. I'm updating this review before I even leave Jiffy Lube. I finally asked why I've waited over 1:25 minutes and as the lady attempted to shout across the garage rather than coming up to me I had to tell her I couldn't even hear her. My go to place for oil changes. Close to 91 freeway so easy in and easy out. They are pretty easy going on accepting coupons for money off. They do a good job but sometimes they get slammed. It's close to Kountry Folks so you go eat while you wait. My only complaint is they forget to put oil change reminder tag in your window so keep an eye out. read more

I drove in and everything was fine, the car was pulled into a bay and I was called in for a recap, I was expecting the usual air filter and windshield wiper pitch but Adrian continued that they did not have my type of oil and only synthetic which after the Groupon purchased it would come out to $70?!! This location customer service sucks, i always take my vehicles to jiffy lube in Anaheim, but came here because it was closer to my home, this will be my last time coming here, they really need someone who is experienced in customer service and changing oils and filters in cars and not hire unexperienced service members whom seems like they rather be somewhere else then helping people, they could at least show some courtesy for the customers, especially if we are paying for oil change, my oil change came up to $75 dollars, which it was a little too steep for a regular oil change, but did not have the time to argue about the cost. after the oil change my car still feels like it hasn't had an oil change, then i decided to take it to Sears of Riverside, they told me that my engine filter is dirty, showed it to me, i was furious, mind you, i just went to jiffy lube couple days before, which tells me that JIFFY LUBE did not do anything to my car. i am thinking the $75 dollars cost was also for the Filters but it was never presented to me nor did they changed it. i am completely upset about this location. i wish the Anaheim service member work at this location. WILL NEVER AGAIN GO TO THIS LOCATION, if i am in the Anaheim area, i would change my oil at the JIFFY LUBE location, otherwise i will continue to go to SEARS.
