This location wasted my time and gas today. I called yesterday to verify they could do an AC recharge service today and was assured they could, I could just stop by without an appointment. When I arrived today, I was told the rule had changed (this morning!) and they were not allowed to do AC services without an appointment. Of course, the manager that made this rule had left for the day, so there was nobody I could plead my case to. I drove to this location from Lynnwood as I was told here and Woodinville were by best choices for a walk-in AC service, and Woodinville's tech leaves at 2pm. read more

It was quick service. The service members were extremely friendly. The service is suggested were completely reasonable considering the last time I had done any work on the car. I didn't feel pressure to buy anything more than I could afford or what was necessary. read more

I usually never complain.....but..... Asked for the blend, got and was charged for the full. 10% of the signature point check was completed. Had to remind attendant the tires were still showing "low" after everything was done. This after he pointed out that the "sheet said 32". FYI, supposed to be 36psi. One tire was 25. I have been to dozens of Jiffy Lube locations in three different states over the past 15 years, and this was by far tje absolute worst experience I have ever had. I've always had 5 star experiences with Jiffy Lube, and this one experience was so awful it's turned me off on Jiffy Lube as a company all together. Trevor/Trevonnte is the rudest and most condescending employee I have ever come into contact with in my entire life. He referred to me as "Girl" several times in a rude snippy way, and he yelled at me about not turning my wheel far enough and said "You're not turning your wheel, you're just looking at it." Excuse me? I had not had any verbal interactions with Trevor prior to this so there was no reason to be that rude right off the bat. I wasn't some Karen giving him a hard time in order to elicit that response; I'm a normal every day person who works hard for their money too. Also, I'm a 50 year old woman. Why would you condescendingly refer to me as "Girl" in a rude way? I'm sorry if I can't hear you from inside of my car while you're under the hood and there's machine noises going on in the background, Trevor. Maybe walking 5 feet around to my window would help you get my attention instead of trying to yell "Girl!" rudely at me because I couldn't hear you with your head down under my hood. Then it looked like Ryan, the lead, was having a heated conversation with Trevor right in front of me. I don't know if it was about Trevor's attitude, but whatever it was didn't belong right in front of a customer. It didn't seem to do anything to sway Trevor's behavior, either. He just continued being rude. I know times are tough but we're all out here trying to do he best we can, and I don't deserve to be treated like that when I haven't done anything. I was a manager of over 100 employees at a retail store for 17 years and there's no way I would ever let one of my employees talk thay way to a customer. read more

UPDATE AT BOTTOM. NOT SURE IF THEY REALLY CARE!!!! We booked an appointment via telephone for 10:00 AM. My daughter arrived on time and they took her keys. At 11:45 AM, they came out to say that she needed new lug bolts and it would be unsafe to drive her car...and that they would be on site at 2:00 PM. She called me and asked if she should spent the $90 for new lug bolts. I laughed and said "no, just reinstall the same bolts." She called back as they continued to press the issue, claiming that the bolts would damage her wheels. At that point, I was frustrated and dropped what I was doing and drove the 10 minutes to the Jiffy Lube (now 12:00 PM). I met with a shorter person with gold teeth and asked what the deal was? He brought out a handful of lug bolts that has some surface rust on the threads...looked totally normal (I'm an engineer, do my own brakes, and have seen hundreds of lug bolts). I said to reinstall them and again he started to protest, stating that they were not fine. Ultimately he agreed, stating that they would not be responsible for any damage. Unbelievable. I asked why my daughter has been here for over two hours when she had an appointment at 10:00 AM. His response? He asked who I talked to on the phone. I said I don't know his name, but i assumed it was a JiffyLube employee that answered the phone and he seemed to know that our tires has arrived from TireRack. We eventually pulled the car out of the lot after 1:00 PM Poor communication. Attempting to upsell in the most ridiculous way. Frustrating scheduling experience. Three hours for a tire install. Good: came in for an oil change & asked how it looked since a mechanic told me it was bad. They confirmed it was bad & that there was sludge in my engine. They cleaned out the sludge & got me an oil change. They informed me that one of my filters will need to be changed soon but it's not urgent. Bad: They told me my brake fluid was really low. I told them I recently got a brake replacement. They said I should go back to where I got the brakes cause they should have done the fluid too. A week or two later I go into where I got my brakes done. My brake fluid was not low at all. The color/quality was perfect. I won't be returning to this location now that I know they try to scam you & make you purchase things your car doesn't need. Jiffy Lube Lake City. Great team. Very professional, very courteous. Lots of communication on wait times, explanation of services, etc. The staff does all checks in front of the customer from headlights to blinkers to type of fluids going into car. Even showed me how to turn on my fog lights! Wait area is clean. Bathroom clean. All in all this service location is highly recommended!! One of the best I've been to. Team Leader Michael runs a great shop! Invoice was reasonable. Worth the wait. Tip: I was even able to walk over to one of Seattle's favorite thai food trucks in the city next door to grab dinner while I waited. read more

I've come here in the past with no issues but I'm not sure what happened but something changed and went downhill quick. I went in for a simple oil change with some additional changes of filters and what not and it took me 4 hours to wait, be helped and leave. 4 HOURS. That should never happen. Went in for an oil change on a Wednesday at 10AM. Less than 1 hour (with 1 person ahead of me), stay in your car service. Michael was super friendly, let you know clearly what to expect and what they're going to do. Deandre & the other two got my oil changed, windows cleaned, and were just a delight in general. Price was $102.99 for full synthetic oil but they have me a bit of a discount. It's expensive compared to like a Walmart or doing it yourself- you're def paying for convenience (considering how speedy it was). Would still recommend. read more

I have gone to the location on Lake City Way for over a decade, but things changed the last time I came, and I almost did not return this time, but the manager fixed it back then. I decided to give it a try. Many things that they say were repaired or replaced; however, I will have to go elsewhere. 1. No new cabin air filter was put in but you say it was. I was in my car 2. Added windshield washer liquid? No, it was empty. 3. Wash my exterior windshield? Not a change. 4. The Service Comments were never discussed with me! Damaged or stripped oil pan threads. What? Engine oil leaks on arrival. What? Oil pan leak? Nope! You DID NOT DISCUSS ANY OF THESE, AND I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN EXCEPT THAT A NEIGHBOR LOOKED AT THIS. Very informational, some very professional employees it took a little longer than usually expected especially with what I counted was 9 employees lots of micromanagers from my observations. My experience at this Jiffy Lube branch was phenomenal. Service is quick, convenient, and thorough. I was having car troubles, where my engine was making concerning noises, so I decided to swing by since I was in the area. I pulled into the drive-through service lane and was greeted by Jason, the manager. I briefly explained what was going on with my car and within a few seconds, he came up with possible solutions. He ended up topping off my oil and telling me to drive it around for a few days to see if that fixed it. He did all of this free of charge, even though I insisted that I would pay him. This was incredibly kind, as he didn't have to do any of this. I'm really grateful for Jason's expertise and kindness, and I'll be back for all of my car needs here in the future. I had my oil changed in Longview at Jiffy Lube (TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE). As I hadn't a sticker and they hadn't reset the "needs service" indication - I stopped in at the Lake City Way Jiffy Lube. Ryan, the competent communicative employee, looked up my car, printed the sticker and reset the warning. He was PROMPT , KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KIND. They sold me nothing. In Longview it was over an hour to get an oil change - UGH! I will choose this Lake City Way location in the future due to Ryan's professionalism. Truely admirable. read more

Very knowledgeable and professional. The staff here in lake city have treated very well during the times that I've got here whether t be me getting and oil change or just topping of my car fluids they have always taken care of me and my cats needs. I've gone here during a weekend and it told a total of 17 minutes one time to get me in and out which is pretty quite considering what they do during the oil change and that includes fluid top of check engine light is needed and pumps my tires to the right Psi that it needs to be. Jiffy Lube has really turned things around. Apparently, they realized that $45 for a basic oil change is too much, so now they have a "value oil change" where all they do is change the oil, filter, and clean the windshield. $32 with the tax. I'm cool with that. In and out in fifteen minutes, a cup of free coffee and an in-depth technical conversation about cars in past years with other customers. Now this is what a quick oil change is supposed to be about. Approved. You have my vote. read more

Went in today for an full service oil change. I was in quickly and they started on my car right away. Please note that the full service oil change includes inspection and top off for all fluids (https://www.jiffylube.com/auto-services/oil-change). I mentioned specifically at the beginning that I had a coupon and that I wanted to make sure all the fluids were topped off and they assured me that was part of the service. Also included in the oil change was cleaning of windows and vacuuming the inside of the vehicle. The Good: The oil change went fine and the staff was very professional and respectful. The service was quick. They also honored the coupon although I had to repeat that I had a coupon twice before I was acknowledged. The Not so Good: No fluids top off after 3 repeated requests, no interior vacuum or windshield cleaning. I went home before popping off my hood to check; there were fluids very low or invisible and now I'm not sure they even looked at the levels. Ironically, I was assured of top off for fluids before the next oil change, if needed. Why not the first time? I'll still continue here because they were professional and I have hope. Update: After my initial review they called back, apologized for the oversights, and informed me that the website needed updating to indicate that they were not offering interior vacuuming or windshield washing during Covid (good idea). They also explained the fluids they should have looked at and filled and offered to do so as soon as in the next two days. This is great service recovery and I'll keep bringing both my cars back. I've now rated them 4 stars and would recommend them to others for quick and efficient oil change related services. read more

I've been bringing my car here for years to get oil changes. Always a great experience with the friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Yesterday, I brought my brothers car just to check the tire pressure. I mentioned that the oil light was coming on intermittently. The team checked the oil (~4 quarts low - yikes!) and topped me off free of charge! They likely saved us an engine replacement! This is how you earn loyal customers.
