GREAT service. Minute I pulled in about five employees swarmed around my car and got straight to work on thoroughly inspecting my car. Tyler ran the show and was extremely kind and helpful did everything he could to make my experience easy and affordable. Tyler and his team included individuals from what appeared to be all walks of life and backgrounds -- an older gentleman, a young female, a young man in his early twenties- all worked well together and it was pleasant to see that in what could normally be a stressful mid aged white male dominated work environment. I just moved to Seattle from the Bay Area and needed to do a lube job. I found Jiffy Lube on Lake city way. There were two lanes open for lube job and I was not sure which lane to line up to; usually in other locations someone will direct you to a lane. I waited for a few minutes and no one was paying any attention. I tried to wave at them still no one responded. So I honked my horn just to get some attention. Someone came out and said very rudely to me " I am in the middle of something, so do not honk" and pushed his hand at me. When eventually someone else came and she said do not honk! I told her I wasn't impatient, I just wanted to know which lane to line up. She was also very short and unfriendly. Eventually I saw a smiling face guiding my car to position for lube job. The whole experience was super unfriendly. I will never comeback to this location again. read more

Was down a quart or more and was hoping to top off - but I hadn't been there in quite a while (my dealer did the last few changes during other work being done) so I wasn't in the system anymore. Fair enough. Turns out it was better to do the oil change. They got me going quickly and I was on my way. Will be back again! read more

If I could give more stars, I would. These people were AMAZING. All very welcoming from the second I drove up. Came in for an oil change and headlight installation. They were so quick to fix my headlights (free of charge despite me thinking it would cost for labor, just wow!). Oil change was legit less than 2 minutes. They even checked my tire pressure which I've never seen at any other Jiffy Lube location. I know absolutely nothing about cars but they explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand. Just proving they all went the extra mile to satisfy their customers and to help keep us safe. Shoutout to Nik, Willie, Sydd and Chandler because their customer service was outstanding. I am a newer car owner to an older car - for me, this usually means a great deal of anxiety when things are going wrong with my car. I went Jiffy Lube today and the service was AMAZING. The young man who greeted me was super understanding and saw how anxious I was and he did a great job assuring me they'd check everything out and make sure my car could run safely. I only had to wait about 15-20 minutes and they did an oil change and a safety check as well as topping off my fluids. They were all super understanding and didn't try to rip me off - I know I'll be coming here first from now on. Not very jiffy. I arrived at 8:09 in order to avoid a wait. My car was the first one pulled in and checked in. Still sitting in the waiting area an hour later. This place clearly needs more workers. The 5 other cars now waiting will likely have an even longer wait than me. I know nothing about cars but I was very satisfied with my oil change service at this Jiffy Lube. The manager there, David, was super friendly and very helpful. The oil change itself was $36.99 but I had to replace my windshield wipers too so that cost extra. They also do a bunch of other check-ups too, like check the air filter, tires, etc. I was a little surprised by the total amount which was about $65 (even after a $10 discount) but I feel safer now that my car has been checked and is ready to go! Called in to set an appointment up for spark plug change. I show up, the guy that walked to me didn't know who I was or didn't see my name for the appointment or whatever. Tall skinny guy, I didn't catch his name. He goes back and forth trying to find out why I'm there. He finally finds it and tells me that he'll be right back with me, he has to go move some cars and then he'd be back to tell me to move over to bay 4. He leave and I'm assuming went to move cars but then he just goes back to whatever he was working on. Another worker asks him like hey what is he doing here, and I hear this guy say something along the lines of "he's going to sit there he's not paying attention". I'm not sure what would make you feel the need to be so disrespectful and rude at a jiffy lube. He never came to tell me to move, he walked by me multiple times and still just had me sit there? Quick, pleasant oil change at this Jiffy Lube, no appointment needed during mid-afternoon. Techs were professional and friendly. I did not even have to leave the vehicle, so I got to watch them clean the filters, check the tires, clean the battery posts, check breaks and lights, and do what seemed to be a careful inspection under the hood. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in and requested the least expensive option. No one spoke to me after I gave them keys, no normal ck in process or the upsells they typically try. I wanted least expensive option with WHATEVER was proper oil for the car. I have no clue about cars. Next time someone spoke to me was when I paid for the oil change. I was told that "you need to get your oil changed again pretty much immediately". "That oil (they just put in) is not the right one for your type of car". "It's going to ride rough" etc etc....I could go on but you get the idea. I should have raised a stink immediately but they had a line of cars waiting and my sons car was already pulled out of service bay. I got home and was sick about what they just told me. I've been to this location for reasonably priced oil changes in the past, but I came in today for tire help. I'm a new car owner and didn't know how to handle tire pressure issues and they (I believe the staff who helped me was named Nik, apologies my memory isn't the best at times) went ahead and assessed the issue and filled the tires on the spot and didn't charge me a thing! Came in yesterday as my Subaru had a tail light that was out. The manager let me know that there were a couple of oil changes in front of me, but that he would send someone over when there was a free person available. I only waited for about five or so minutes before Chandler came over and got right to work changing out my broken bulb for a new one that I had on me from a previous bulb going out. He was able to get the light bulb changed out really quickly, said this is a service that they offered that I didn't have to pay for and I was very appreciative of him having done this work without me paying for it! I came in 5 minutes before closing asking for a complimentary air pressure check and when they finished asked if I wanted a top off on my fluids when they definitely didn't need to offer that. Figured they could at least get my brakes done correctly. Within a week my brakes were screeching. Took my car to a real auto shop and had to get my brakes replaced again as they were damaged within a week. Now they claim I cannot receive a refund because I didn't take my car back into jiffy lube to repair, even though I already had it fixed by the other shop. Out 1000 bucks, you'd think it'd be better with a big company. Lesson learned read more

I cannot I cannot sing the praises of the Lake City Way, Jiffy Lube highly enough I just I just saw the crew there and got an oil change very efficient and explained that I had been to the Northgate Jiffy Lube location just a couple of weeks before to get a tail light replaced on the left side and learned very recently that the left tail light is still out I explained this to the crew including Ryan and Chandler awesome customer service by the way and they really spent some time understanding and troubleshooting the problem which was better worker at the Northgate location had installed the incorrect bulb a double filament which should've been single filament finally the Northgate location the service the customer service was terrible person changing the bulb was poorly engaged in the process scattered and actually left me hanging and one of his colleagues had to come and finish the process by contrast Ryan and Chandler were awesome I have never ever had a bad experience at the Lake City Way location and will plan to always get my oil changes and other car needs performed at this location five stars! read more

Jiffy Lube LIED... n marked FULLon transmission fluid for Numerous VISITS!!... with no dipstick ... we found out, today ...they did not check it ever!! nor did they tell us we do not have a transmission dipstick!!! Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Willy and he efficiently explained new policies about sanitation and staying with my vehicle, then he estimated a wait time that was accurate. Mike did the oil change service and was pleasant and friendly during it. He asked how my day was and from there he was helpful beyond what was required, answering my questions about things not related to oil changes. He was quick and thorough, and service was finished in the amount of time he had initially told me it would be. Both Willy & Mike were pleasant and extremely professional. The guys working here are super chill, and even did additional things like check my tire pressure head and tail lights. I even had stuff in my wiper line preventing it from working that they cleared out too. They started with the oil change straight away and I was done 15 minutes later. Just had the most positive experience ever during a socially distant oil change at this location - which I had never been to before. We go to Jiffy Lube for those oil changes but had not been to this one in particular before. We were greeted by an upbeat and positive and helpful female who walked us through everything while we stayed in our car. She even helped us find and use a coupon for even more than we had found. Had fast and wonderful service today! Pulled up, and was helped right away, and offered coffee or water. They were very thorough and even though I was only there for an oil change they updated me on any other things I should be aware of but not in a pushy way. And because of this I decided to rotate my tires. Avi was very helpful and kind, and I appreciated all her knowledge and advice throughout the process. Went there for an oil change and was told that I needed a radiator flush. When I declined, they showed me this air filter that must have creeped out of a crypt because it was blacker than hell with spider webs and leaves and sticks in it. I have gotten plenty of air filter changes before and I have never seen anything like that before. I even joked with my husband later that maybe they keep using the same one that they bust out on all their customers. Anyway, I ended up paying $99 for the oil change and filter (ouch!) but the fun did not stop there. The next day after dropping my husband off at the movies, I ended up seeing a bunch of smoke pouring from my engine on the drive home. I pulled over traumatized and called a tow truck. A few days later, I found out (while at the mechanics) that some dumb ass that did the radiator inspection "forgot" to put the lid back and coolant spilled all over my engine. Ever since then, I've looked up information on Jiffy Lube scams and these people are not known to be the most honest (maybe they did dig that filter from the grave and scare people with it). The dealership suggest I try to get the clean up fee reimbursed by JL but I think I'll just chalk it up as an expensive oil change and never use their service again. SHYSTY! read more

They walked me through all my options, and never pressured me to add any services or spend more than I had intended. They try to sell you complete B.S. services it's really pathetic. They tried to tell me my car requires synthetic oil and it's due for radiator service and an engine flush. All BS. These fools don't know anything about my car. The people who work here aren't professional and have no real skills. They told me my oil was so low they couldn't get a reading. Funny because I got a reading the day before. They just assume you are as dumb as they are, and will not know anything about your car when you drive in. This place deserves no business at all. Bad service - went in for signature oil change and caught them lying to me about service. They didn't check the tires or transmission and didn't top off fluids as promised. They told me all fluids were full upon check out but when I checked them I found they were not in fact full. If you want your vehicle fully serviced don't go here. read more

I had a negative experience at a competitor's location so I was apprehensive, but they greeted with me a smile, explained everything, and made suggestions. The service here is as good as it gets. You can really tell that they put a lot of effort into making the lube experience as pleasant as possible. Very polite. Very fast. Nice comfy seats. Good service. But when did lube jobs get so expensive? I remember when it cost 30 or 35. When did it go up to 80? Am I just getting old?
