So, where do I begin? This used to be Hospitality Car Wash. My wife and I had been going to this location for about 15 years. We never had a problem. Oil change+car wash, one price - easy. My 1996 Toyota Tacoma gets oil changed 4-5,000 miles. My wife took it there for me because it was always her place to go. My truck used to cost $46 for an oil change and a car wash. They, meaning Sean, tried to tell my wife she needed this and that, blah, blah, blah. Tried to charge my wife $78.59? My wife said no, he then offered her the upgraded oil at a discount (out of the kindness of his heart?) Charge $55.59. Okay-Oil change and wash - not a horrible price. After she waited over 45 minutes, then paid, he let her know that the car wash was no longer included, but that she could drive it around to the car wash bay if she wanted that. Huh? Behind 5 other cars waiting for a wash...another 30-45 minutes? and more $!!! Good business would have been to inform her right up front that she was paying $55 for an oil change and would have to pay separately and wait in line again for a wash. She took our daughter's car a month ago and the car wash was included (as it had always been)...Also, he/they didn't wipe down the underside of the truck (sloppy, lazy work), so we have an ugly 1.5' drip of oil on our driveway. They didn't fill the wiper fluid, or wash the windows (as indicated on the receipt). Never again will we give them our business. It was worth the drive across town at one time. No more. We will tell everyone we know about the way they are doing business. We would give it a zero stars if we could. read more

Horrible and incompetent. We had an oil change on Mazda3 I bought brand new in September. It leaked oil all over my garage and we brought it too a closer Jiffy Lube. They thought they cleaned it off and fixed it and that it was just the oil pan. A day later, brought it back here with the leak still! So, a very nice gentleman made it clear we had to go through some inconvenient trips and we were not happy. The Assistant Manager by the name of Anthony, didn't even acknowledge us as we sat right in front of him. The tech determined the screw had been loose. I said it was most likely due to incompetence. He stated it was wear and tear. Um, my car has had TWO oil changes ever. Don't think so, regardless, he fixed it and he was not he tech who did the change. Not his fault. However, ANTHONY, heard ALL of this and ignored the entire situation. Didn't say one word. Total asshole, pardon the language. This Anthony guy was clearly a jerk, lazy, and has no interest in customer service. Thanks to him, we will never be returning, nor will absolutely anyone I know. read more

I took my daughter's Honda in for a quick oil change to help her out while she was visiting us. Even though it was a Sunday the service line appeared to be moving quickly, which was pretty impressive for the number of cars there. While I was in the waiting area I was called up to the counter and presented with the engine air filter and the cabin air filter. Both were dirty and I authorized their replacement. Now I realize that I was paying many times the actual price of the filters and their installation, however, to save my time and help a local business I went ahead with the filters. Total out the door, just about $100 for the oil change and filters. I watched as my car was pulled around to the "completed" area then I waited as other people who had arrived after me, received their cars. Finally, I was able to get the attention of the counter person and he took me to the car and apologized for not returning it to me sooner, saying he realized the Honda was done, but he couldn't find me (not true, I was in the waiting room). Anyway, I was happy to get the car, and felt good about helping my daughter. About a week later I receive a call from my daughter telling me that the Honda's engine had frozen. I had her check the oil and it was empty! For the interest of brevity, the engine has thrown a rod and now needs to be replaced. The oil had apparently leaked out through a poorly fitting drain plug. A check of the Jiffy Lube invoice showed that it said "oversized drain plug O/A. " Naturally, I called and talked to the manager on duty and advised him of the damaged engine and I asked him what "O/A" meant. He told me that it means "on arrival". I told the manager that no one had told me that the plug did not fit properly. Two dirty air filters were brought to my attention, but a potentially serious problem like the drain plug not sealing was not relayed to me verbally? Now I realize that I signed the invoice, and I am responsible for what is written on it, (even though I didn't know what O/A meant). It sure would have been nice if I would have been told that the service could not be completed due to a defective drain plug, then maybe my daughter wouldn't need a new engine! I was then told I would be contacted by the store manager the next day to assist with some kind of resolution. That was over a week ago and I'm still waiting! Due to all of the above I cannot recommend this business. If you do go be sure to read the invoice carefully. I didn't and I take responsibility for that. * Update 06/02/16* As instructed by the Jiffy Lube representative's response to my review I emailed my telephone number and availability to the contact person on May 19, 2016. As of today, I have not received a call or a return email. I'm not in the habit of writing negative reviews just to bash a business, but I seriously recommend that you think twice before taking your car to this Jiffy Lube. read more

These guys at Jiffy Lube saved me last Saturday. I drove up with piece of metal stuck to the bottom of my car chassis that had fallen off a truck in front of me on the freeway. I hadn't noticed it until I got off the freeway in Temecula. They took the car in right away and were able to dislodge the metal. Thankfully, it did not do any harm. They did it with a smile and a no fuss attitude, and they did not even charge me! I was in and out of there in five minutes. Superior service. Renews my faith in mankind. :) read more

If I could give no stars I would. I went in on a Wednesday for an oil change. Michael, the assistant manager(as his name tag said), was at the front helping me and told me how they could change my oil today but not the filter, since they have to order it in, and it wouldn't be here for another two days. No big deal I thought, i'll just come back and have them change the filter when it gets here. I let them finish changing my oil and had them rotate my tires as well. As he was finishing up with logging everything in the computer he assured me he was going to order my filter that very day and to come back any day after Friday, which would be the two days it'll take for it to arrive. He put his initials on my form and everything so his guys would know that it was him who ordered it. I was in a rush to get back to work so once he was done with my car I left to go home and change for work. As soon as I got into my car my check tires light went off AND my change oil light. Which is confusing considering I just paid $104 for them to change my oil, rotate my tires and check their pressure. On Sunday as I was driving down Racncho cal to go back to Jiffy to get my filter, I went to use my windshield wipers that were working perfectly fine before going to Jiffy and they were stuck!!! I tried having them go off again and they unjammed and one of them snapped right in half and went flying off! I went back to Jiffy to get my oil filter that was ordered on Wednesday and was told to come back for in two days, as I arrived and told them what I was back for, they had no idea what I was talking about. I showed them the invoice I signed that Michael had printed out for me and the man informed me that he'd have to order it and I'd have to wait another two days for it to come. Are you kidding??? It was now Sunday and I was here on Wednesday when he claimed to have ordered it for me. He apologized on Michaels behalf for not ordering it and I went on my way not even telling them about my windshield wiper because at this point I didn't even want them near my car ever again. I went to my actual dealership, which I should've done in the first place, I learned my lesson, and my dealership called me to tell me how bad Jiffy messed up my car!!! They never put the seal back on, there were 8 missing screws from it which caused my oil to start leaking!! I don't know what the heck I even paid for at Jiffy considering they did basically NOTHING to my car and in fact actually made it worse. I will be going back to Jiffy with the invoice from my dealership and have them pay for the damages they created to my car. read more

So disappointed.Usually the service is fair. They seem to be more concerned with all the extra things they can do that cost more and more money. I know it is important to keep up on maintenance for your car but they seem to push too much. Also, I had a leak this morning after they serviced my car yesterday. make sure that you have proper knowledge about what oil your car can take. i was right away greeted with a sales pitch telling me some outrageous price that i've never spent on before. i've been to other places that allowed my car to get a synthetic blend and they told me they can only do a certain type for my car with was BS cause i've always gotten a synth blend. the guy was service guy was refusing my request and tried to make me look like i didn't know what i was talking about but i know my car very well. These guys rock! They were professional, courteous, respectful, funny, clean, and ran a tight ship. Kept me apprised of options and trade-offs -- I didn't feel an up-sell coming on -- showed me the used parts, let me know the ETA several times and no delays. And it wasn't because I was female -- they were that way with all the male customers (repeat customers I might add) who were present. Everyone was treated so graciously. This should be the role model for all service businesses. They had TV tuned to the El Nino news and hot coffee making for a pleasant and short wait. Definitely my new go-to spot. read more

No appointment needed, was in and out in under 30mins. This place is good but you do need to know what has already been done on your vehicle by other shops before going in. They will go off of recommended maintenance numbers, if your not sure if something was already done or not they will recommend getting it now (i.e. Transmission flush, ad recharge ect) read more

I took my car here for an oil change last year. Shortly after, I started noticing oil spots on my garage floor. Thinking I had an oil leak, I took the car to my mechanic. I was told my car was fine, the leak was coming from my oil pan due to a mistake that occurred during my recent oil change. He fixed it and the leak was gone. I wasn't going to go back to Jiffy Lube but figured I would give them another shot since I had always had great service there prior to that last incident. This last visit, I told the technician about my last experience and was assured they would double check everything. I drove home after my oil change and noticed my car smelled like burning oil. The following morning there was a huge oil stain on the garage floor under my car. I returned the following day and was told that the o-ring on the filter had gotten pinched during installation which caused the leak. Okay, seemed like a reasonable mistake. I drove home and the next morning there was another huge oil stain under my car! Once again, I took my car back. This time, I was told that the computer listed the wrong size replacement filter both times, so the leak was due to the filter being too small. I understand that mistakes happen, but 3 times? I have found the customer service to be lacking every time I went in. Also, maybe you could make an effort to wipe off the greasy black fingerprints on my door handle and the hood? My friend brought her car in at the same time and they forgot to put the cap back on the coolant tank and to reset the check engine light as well. This shop used to be great but I won't be going back again. read more

The Jiffy Lube in Temecula is amazing. I don't normally have expectations about service at a chain oil change station. You get what you get. The Jiffy Lube in Temecula however changed all that. From the moment I stepped out of my car to when I drove away, the care and attention given to my vehicle and the thoroughness of that care was awesome. I don't remember the name of the man who greeted me and then walked me through everything they had done, but he was great. He even asked if he could do a quick fix on a broken light. It just needed to be held in place (the clip had broken off). He ziptied the thing until I can get it repaired properly. I brought my car in to have the oil changed and after a guy with a fo-hawk tried to up sell me on everything, they went to work and said it would take 15 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting I go looking for Fo-hawk and he's no where to be found. While looking for him I find my car parked in the driveway of the shopping center, next to a red curb with the windows down and the key in the ignition. When I went into pay and the girl at the counter said that this is common practice and sometimes they forget to tell people that their car is done. Unprofessional, over priced and they'll leave you sitting in their lobby like a chump while your vehicle sits waiting to be ticketed, towed or stolen. I would never recommend this place and in fact I will go out of my way to tell people not to go here. read more

Went there a couple of weeks ago and it took forever. On top of that after they changed the oil they didn't tighten the oil plug and when I got home my car leaked oil in my garage. read more

Took my car in a few months ago. I normally do the oil change myself, but had a lot less time on my hands than usual. The service took a heck of a lot longer than expected. Easily took about an hour to change the oil with NO line. I was the only customer there for about 30 minutes. All was fine for several months until I had to get another oil change. This time, I had time to change it myself. To my surprise, I found that my oil drain plug was replaced with a one-time use only plug to prevent leaks. Once the plug was unscrewed, the boiling hot oil spewed out like a fountain getting oil ALL over my garage floor and nearly completely missing my oil drain pan. I managed to change the oil but decided to take it to different jiffy lube since, once again, I have a lack of time. I spoke with the technician from this other Jiffy Lube and he notified me that the reason behind the new oil plug was because someone had stripped my oil plug thread and replaced the plug without notifying me. The plug cannot be removed unless the entire oil pan is replaced. Thanks Jiffy Lube for your prompt service and honest employees. read more

I decided to come here because I found a coupon on Groupon for a synthetic oil change for $49.99 and I needed a tire rotation. The first issue I ran into was that the employee incorrectly applied the coupon and almost over charged me (for what wasn't included on the coupon which was the tire rotation and taxes, which taxes are applied off the full price of the oil change and not the discounted price, a little ridiculous). Thankfully the manager stepped in and correctly applied the coupon, otherwise I would've been over charged by $10. After that, they were about to return my car to me without doing my tire rotation because they "forgot". After they finished servicing my car and I left, my tire pressure light immediately came on. I checked my car and realized that my hood had been left open. I drive mainly on freeways, and had my hood flew open could've resulted in a fatality. The next day I returned to see what was going on with my tire pressure light. They seemed confused and checked my pressure and said everything was good. Then I asked why is my light still on and they asked ME if I knew how to reset the light. If I knew how to reset the light I wouldn't be wasting my time there! They advised me to go to a tire shop to reset it. They are so clueless and unknowledgeable about their jobs. This was such a horrible experience and sadly I was a first time AND last time customer. Never again! I will be returning my business to my dealership and America's Tire Store off of Winchester. read more

Took my Chevy van in for an oil change, it has never leaked before and I have never had a problem with the drain plug. After a few minutes, the Asst Manager tells me they are out of 10-30W oil and only have 5-30W. He then tells me the drain plug is a "spinner" ( stripped) and the tech tried a different plug then replaced with my plug . He said the tech couldn't get the drain plug out and I replied," he can't get it off???" And he stated that the plug was tight and the tech tried to loosen it but the van would need a new oil pan or get the plug hole helicoiled!!!!!!!!!! Today, I tried to get the plug out as it was leaking terribly . The plug was stuck and wouldn't unscrew!!! I finally got it out and it was stripped badly. I went back to jiffy lube and a different asst manager gave me 2 drain plugs to try, fortunately one of them did the job. I will never go to that jiffy lube again !!! I have had no problems on dozens of oil changes at my jiffy lube in Westminster !! Good luck, you will need it !!! After reading numerous REVIEWS, it obvious that this Jiffy Lube has major problems and has little or no intention on correcting them !!! read more
