Usually they did well, but today 1.5 hour wait and I requested them to rotate the tires. Didn't do this and charged for.

I stopped coming here years ago because the service was bad, but I live nearby and thought I'd give them another try. I will say the service has improved, but their selling tactics haven't. I was told about all the flushes I needed, how my battery is low, how I need new wipers, etc, etc. I said no to everything but the oil change and wasn't given any issues about it. The guy at the register is friendly but talks A LOT and I ended up being skipped by someone that came in 30min after me...I was skipped for being checked in and the guy I was skipped for ended up leaving 20min before me. My oil change ended up taking an hour and a half and aside for the guy I was skipped for, there were only 2 others ahead of me. I was given a $20 discount, not sure if that's because I was skipped or not, but that was appreciated. All in all I think I'll stick with Pep Boys. read more

Ok I'll give them two stars, one b/c they're not all bad, and two b/c I've had decent service there before. But don't ever go there. I just went there, and spend 1 1/2 hrs. just sitting in the waiting room, and they hadn't even gotten around to asking me what we were doing today. I watched one guy wash the windows on one car for 10 min like he didn't have anything else to do. I watched the garage half empty b/c the staff was too "busy" to pull the next couple of cars in. And then I watched the manager texting on his phone instead of keeping his boys busy. Then to top it off, when I asked the to just pull my truck out of the garage so I could leave (b/c they hadn't even started looking at it after 1 1/2 hrs.), it didn't even occur to ask what was wrong, or why I was leaving, or don't you want an oil change. That was the icing on the cake. Safe yourself the headache, and go somewhere else. These guys suck. read more

I had a great visit at Jiffy Lube today. When I first tried to get in, there was quite a wait which Brian let me know about and I appreciated. When I came back they were able to get going immediately. It did take quite a bit of time but I was very impressed by the teamwork. The team constantly communicated between the various cars they were working on. Each guy that worked on my car was courteous, professional, and thorough (I wish I remembered each of their names!). I have to think this is thanks to Michael's leadership. The way he interacted with the men he was working with really impacted me. He was kind, patient, and encouraging as they encountered obstacles. It's evident he enjoys teaching and is great at it! And he was so sweet in how he interacted with my 3 year old who was getting a little stir crazy since we now wait with our vehicle. I'm bummed the car wash that is included is now only the gold and not the silver so it's outside only, but you really can't beat this customer service! Went to Jiffy Lube #1878 on Winchester, within the car wash, on 1/12/20. Advised the guy at check in that a tire sensor was on so be sure to check tires. At check out with the manager Michael, he assured me all tires were filled to 31 psi. and that the light would go off after a few miles of driving. Paid the $50 bill and waited for my car to be cleaned. 5 days later the sensor light was still on. Went back to jiffy lube to have it checked. ALL 4 tires needed air. So much for their service checklist. Also noticed there was not a reminder sticker in the l windshield. I called James, I guess CS rep, and he apologized and wanted to redeem their reputation. He would mail a voucher for free oil change. Never received it so i called James and let him know. He said he has just sent the paperwork through and i should be getting the voucher 5-7 days. Well, guess what...NO voucher. Today, 2/26 i called James to tell him and he tells me I should've called him sooner. Too Late. I'll never use Jiffy Lube again and will be sure to let people know to check their work. Who knows what other items on the service checklist were not reviewed. Not a trustworthy business. I will be using another oil service company, never again Jiffy Lube. Watch out for this store!!!! read more

Just went into Jiffy after a long day of work. A young man named Sean helped me out he was so awesome opened my door when I arrived, told me everything that was wrong with car. I was in and out of there in no time. Thank you Sean for your great customer service you don't get that much with so many Debbie downers now of days I will be back next oil change. read more

After reading the previous poor reviews I was a little skeptical of this location. These reviews could not be further from the truth. This locations customer service is excellent. He went through all the services a car would need, telling me which ones were up-to-date, which ones needed attention in the near future, and which ones needed immediate attention. This Jiffy Lube is great. The customer service is extraordinary and the prices always fair and willing to work out great deals.

The boss lets everyone go to lunch at the same time, so the wait is terrible around 1pm-2pm. Otherwise they do a good job for the $ spent.

This was my first time having my oil changed by any jiffy lube and I have to say they are very fast, friendly and efficient. I liked how they were not pushy to upsell me the higher grade oil or force me to get a new battery. This place is great! Very very good customer service. We recently moved to Temecula and I was looking for a decent place to take our cars for an oil change and this place is my choice. Got there this past Saturday right a little after 7am and was greeted right away and was in and out in about 25 minutes. They didn't try to sell me on any services like most places just told me to watch my transmission fluid. I highly recommend! read more

I have been bring all my vehicles to Jiffy Lubes for well over a decade. Unfortunately this Jiffy Lube has a front desk person by the name of Whitney who treats people very rude, she has poor public relations skills. I have been watching her for almost an hour. As we were waiting for our car to be completed , Whitney was rude & short to the customers. Someone asked her what her name was,after she offended her, she put her right hand over her name patch and walked away from the counter. Jiffy Lube is known as a 5 STAR facility with excellent customer service, this individual is a horrible representation of Jiffy Lube professionalism, what a shame! read more

My moms car badly needed an oil change and a tire rotation and we were away from the dealership she usually uses. The first two oil change facilities I visited couldnt or wouldnt do tire rotations....I found this location on Yelp on they could do rotations. Seeing the HOT/COLD reviews, I took a deep breath and went in. Everything went well. Yes, it did take 10-15 minutes longer than I thought it should take. And, yes they did try and upsell me. And somewhere in the proceess I did get an oil smudge on the fender...Guess what? Its not the end of the world! They did what they said they would to, sometimes it takes a little longer than anticipated, and its often to your benefit if you are offered a better product or additional services. You can always say NO, and you can leave. Also, an oil change is not going to break your car, chances are you had mechanical issues before the oil change that became apparent after. Blaming, the guy that changes your oil, fills your cooling system, tops off your brake fluid and checks you transmission fluid and air cleaner for a problem you have with your car a few days later is ridiculous. read more

Went to get an oil change and a few others things done. They were fast, polite, easy to talk to. I feel they did an excellent job and even vacuumed the floorboards for me. I grew up on a farm where i changed my oil, oil filters, air filters, belts, and so on until i was 19. So long sotry short, when i get things serviced i know what i want done and don't need to be sold several other services. I've been going to this location for over a decade. Yesterday got up - sold sparkplugs and 4 hours later, my perfect car was running so rough and horrible that I flipped out and just left it there and told them to call me when it's perfect again. I am sitting In the waiting area for a standard oil change. from me getting out of my car Edwin greeted me and asked what he could do for me. I told him a standard oil change, the grade was going to be blend. He continued to try to up sale me full synthetic that would run me 118.00 just for a oil change. I told this gentlemen I was from Arizona and not use to paying 120 for a oil change. EDWIN very rudely said "well we aren't in Arizona, and you can buy a house for 50,000 there. so what do you want me to do with your car"?Came off very rude, and made me feel very harassed with all the other customers sitting in the lobby hearing our conversation. ruined my entire visit with this jiffy lube. I usually get my services done at the dealership and get great customer service and awesome product without trying to be upsaled on a 120.00 oil change. What I have observed for the past 40 minutes waiting in the lobby. I guarantee this employee has many issues with customers just by the way he speaks to people. I went in because I had my oil changed elsewhere but saw oil leaking under my car and could smell burning oil. Being a person who doesn't know anything about cars, I was nervous about it all. The manager there , Andrew, was so nice! My car was checked and he reassured me it was just spilled oil burning off. They cleaned everything up and made me feel better.
