This was my first time visiting a Jiffy Lube, they had excellent customer service. They were very fast. Upon receiving my receipt(which detailed what they had done), I looked over it and saw "vacuumed floors" (I said to myself "wow that's awesome!") and "completed" next to it. When I looked at my feet I saw that my floors had not been vacuumed. If my floors had been vacuumed this would have been a 5 star review. read more

Visited this location today and was greeted by a gentlemen named Ed. I explained the issues I was having with my vehicle, and Ed quickly identified the problem. Rather than trying to be a fake salesman and promote unneeded services and parts, Ed was very honest and got strait to the point. He then assisted by fixing the problem while maintaining a very positive character and attitude. Ed was a great example of awesome customer service, and showed great loyalty to the average driver who is not accustomed to vehicle maintenance. I've taken my car here multiple times to have my oil changed and they always do a good job. Customer service is always pretty good. My major complaint is that they always try to sell me additional services. I understand that's probably some sort of standard business protocol but sometimes I just want someone to change my oil rather than try to push me to spend more money than I already am on my synthetic oil change and new oil filter. read more

Terrible service. They are extremely rude and if you're a female they will try to take advantage of you. My cousin is a mechanic so I have him check the things they insist I need changed/fixed in my car and it's all a lie. I've changed my oil at different places for over 10 years it's the first time that they said they will NOT top off any fluids with the standard 24.99 oil change. They wanted me to pay 39.99. I will never come here again. I need to get back to changing my own oil. read more

This is probably the best Jiffy Lube in Southern California. I was lucky enough to have the manager help me out and he couldn't have been any better. The service here is great, quick, and can answer any questions that you have about your vehicle. Unfortunately don't remember the managers name but he's one of the better ones out there. I saw this location had a very good rating so I was convinced. PLUS they were doing a $12 off oil change deal, which made it even better. Ed helped us and was very professional and personable. Worst experience of any Jiffy lube I have ever been to. manager was rude and very disrespectful when I asked for his Dm he told me he didn't have one and that he didn't know what that was. He tried to get me to pay $80 for a oil change that I have gotten at so many other Jiffy lubes for $29 what a total rip off now I see why there were no cars in there bays on a Saturday morning when all the other Jiffy lubes had one hour wait times This place is a joke read more

I brought my car for s quick oil change one weekend and it was super fast. Frank explained to me what other jobs I need to do to help me maintain my car. When I was leaving, I inspected my tires cause most of the time, they lose the black cap for the air tire. I noticed 2 were missing and I'm not sure if I lost it a long time ago - frank gave me 2 spare ones and installed it on my tire. thank you Frank. Went in for an oil change and was in-out in less than 10mins. As soon as I drove up, I was warmly greeted by Derrick who introduced himself and walked me inside. He offered me water and coffee and let me know that someone would be with me shortly. I was then helped by Ceaser. He helped me find the correct oil for my car and walked me through everything they would be doing/checking. My oil was changed, my coolant was topped off, my car was vacuumed, and my windshield cleaned - All in under 10 minutes! Ceaser even applied a coupon at checkout and I received $15 off my oil change.
