Came and got an oil change 2 weeks ago with my boyfriend and as we were both sitting in our separate cars one worker came off of his lunch and started checking out my car. He decided to come up to my drivers window real close to me WITHOUT a mask on and proceeded to try and flirt with me by asking if I listen to Tupac (while I am sweating profusely because it's 90 degrees and I had to sit while they did my oil change due to COVID.) After trying to be patient and be nice I got fed up because he was so close to me without a mask on during a global pandemic and when I asked him why he was so close to me without a mask on he claimed the whole staff lives together apparently and that they were already exposed to each other. BUT WHAT ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS? And after that he looked at me like I'm the crazy one...yet your whole business can't listen to the basic law of wearing a mask when talking to people who keep your business running.....I saw one boy running around with a mask on but other than that the other 5 men didn't even try to wear a mask when speaking to their customers. (I don't care if you aren't wearing a mask while working on the car and you're far away from me, I understand it's warm out!) And if that wasn't enough, I just came back from traveling and realized they never turned off my service light and my oil still says it's low .... thanks for nothing! I would highly recomment this location, Customer service is great, they dont push you to buy things you dont need. 3 Stars because D'Evelyn was kind and communicative. Really showed good faith in fixing this. And when they say they take their customer reviews seriously, they truly do. Also because John (District Manager) although refusing to take accountability of the situation did say he'd reimburse me the oil change. This however doesn't change the fact there was pure neglect on this shops part. Worse than I thought in the midst of my conversation discussing the reimbursement I was informed my car had to be jumped to get it out of the shop. The timing on that seems off. But I was never told that. It wasn't written anywhere I needed a new battery nor was one ever offered to me (sales loss on their end) Although the battery was old and needed to replaced it doesn't change the fact that my battery had ZERO water in it (for those who don't know cars it's many service changes that took place where they never checked the levels) 2nd they never informed me my battery died in their garage. It's a hazard taking your car to this location. read more

Way overcharged. Sent my kid for an oil change for my 2012 Toyota Avalon which usually costs $65.00 for the oil change and top of line car wash. This location charged $95.00. Won't be seeing me again. And no wash. Major league rip off read more

I've gotten my oil changed here twice and both times my car has started to overheat the next day, with no coolant left when I checked. My car has never overheated otherwise. This may be a total coincidence, but beware. I feel like they are emptying my coolant so that I go back for a radiator flush. Not even sure if that's possible, but it's happened twice! read more

Zero. Don't go here they lie on the services they say they complete. Rode in with washer and coolant fluid lights on. Signed paperwork that they did oil change and filter and topped all fluids. When I drove off after they were finished, the washer and coolant lights still came back on. Liars. Did they even change my oil and filter(?), if they said they did top offs on fluids, and didn't. With sketchy service like that makes me wonder what I paid for. read more

Rip off. Charged me for synthetic oil when all I needed was regular oil. Smh now wonder there was no wait here and everywhere else I went to first had a wait. Not a single car in site over here. BEWARE of this location. I'm a 25+ year customer of multiple other Jiffy Lube locations and they tried to rip me off on Friday. They were nice, they worked fast, but they offered me an air filter I did not need. The counter person told me I needed one, I asked to see it because I knew it was new, he declined and said they put it back already. That is not normally what they do so I declined. I went home and pulled it, it was clean, looked new. He sold the lady in front of me a filter, did she need it? I will never go to this location again. Fraudsters. Find an honest location! read more

I have been coming to this location ever since moving to the Upland area. The staff at this location has always been quick and efficient in providing the services my car needs. Upon stopping in for an oil change and tire rotation around 6pm on a Monday night, the staff went above and beyond when they informed me of the condition of my brake pads. They took the initiative to perform this service even though it was nearing closing time which was highly impressive. If you are looking for a service provider for your cars basic needs, I'd highly recommend this location. read more

DO NOT take your car here. They charge a premium price and use cheap oil that you can find at the 99 cent store ! (example: Kendall oil) my elderly mother also PAYED to have her coolant filled here and they didn't do the service, I personally took her car back and they added the WRONG coolant (GM vehicles use special Dex-Cool coolant) they did not add Dex-Cool, long story short I had to flush and refill that myself after all of that headache and even paying for the service. their techs do not care about your vehicle, their main focus is how quickly you pay your overpriced bill and leave, if you care about your car at all take it to your vehicles dealership for an oil change or ANY service that Jiffy Lube offers. I've been stopping by here when I need help with my car since I've had my first oil change done with them years ago. I just want to give a HUGE thank you to Mr.Ed for the service he's given me since then. Not only has he done my last two oil changes for me with speed, when I ask about my car he's honest with what needs to be done. He definitely makes sure your car is running how it should but without pursuading you to make unnecessary purchases. If you're someone like me who knows NOTHING about cars he will help you save some money by letting you know when exactly you'd need to be replacing filters or when to get an tire rotation so you're not like me who thought you had to rotate your tires monthly. It's refreshing to know I won't be taken advantage of solely based on me knowing nothing about the subject. Most things I know about my car, Ed has taught me over the years without judgement. Once I had a low tire on my way to work and I was freaking out because I couldn't get a complete flat on my way to work and because I don't know how to put air in my tires myself. I urgently stopped by and Ed comes to the rescue. He had me in and out in under 5 minutes! Since I've been so comfortable with his service Jiffy Lube is literally my go to spot. The customer service I've received is something that truly has me returning. After today's visit I knew this review was long over due..I came in earlier today because I've been having issues with my driver-side windshield wiper since I've gotten my car and within the matter of minutes he corrected the issue by placing my new wipers on. Nobody else could fix this issue for me. This shop closer to home told me to purchase brand new wipers not understanding that I had them with me I just needed help putting them on. Ed took the time to hear me out and definitely saved my life. I don't have to deal with a smeared vision again! Anyway, thank you Jiffy Lube for having your employees perform above expectations at this location. I look forward to my next oil change with Ed soon! I wanted to get the oil changed on my 2014 Tacoma, the guy checking in the vehicles insisted that my truck only uses synthetic motor oil, when in fact I had the previous service sheet from the Toyota dealer that states my truck uses conventional motor oil. I just took off and left him with his synthetic oil... I'm not sure why at this location, they seem to just try to get everyone on synthetic motor oil and not follow what the customer wants. read more

I had my oil changed 2000 miles ago (recommended interval 7500). Today I find out that I am 3 quarts low and it's black. There are no oil stains in my driveway or parking space at work. Mechanic could find nothing wrong with my car. Makes me wonder I'd I actually got am oil change at all. read more
