The customer service in this location is horrible. I had my daughter take her car in for a basic oil change. She left Jiffy and drive about 5 miles and the skid plate fell off the bottom of the car. The next day my daughter and I returned to Jiffy and I inquired why no one ever told us there was a problem with the skid plate. After a long conversation with the Asst. Manager Mark. He told me The Store committed to replacing the skid plate at no charge. They told us to leave the car and they would order the part for install. Approximately 1 hr they called us to pickup the car and said they would call us when the part comes in. They never called and the next day I called to see what was going on. They told me they were not going to cover the replacement. Needless to say I am very disappointed in there decision and they have lost a good customer. I have 5 cars that I had serviced in this location. Unfortunately we will never deal with this location again. Customer service is Big to me. Liars will never prosper. Women Beware of this Location!! I guess this place thinks women don't know a thing about cars or that we're not observant! I went in today for an oil change. When my car was ready, they told me the job was done and that they vacuumed the inside, cleaned the windows, checked the wipers, topped off all the fluids, and changed the oil. You know...the usual. According to them, everything was fine. It was then that I knew they didn't do all that they said they did. I pointed out to them that my windshield wipers were not in good condition and mentioned that all 3 needed to be replaced. The person there told me he didn't know how they missed that. Then, I get in the car and there is no way that the inside of my car was vacuumed! At that point, I just got into my car and drove away!!! I won't be coming back to this location! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE!!!! I got an oil change on 1/30/2020 I went to the dealership on 2/25/2020 for a factory recall they advised me I needed an oil change that my oil was very low and dark I thought to myself I just got an oil change than on 3/12/2020 my car started acting up I took it to my father in laws mechanic he said I was at 1 quart of oil I said I just got a oil change on 1/30/2020 he said it is impossible I got a recent oil change my car is in good condition I am not leaking oil not burning oil I was beyond mad I got notification from 2 different mechanics in less than 2 months that I needed an oil change so I got all my paperwork together took it to Jiffy Lube spoke with Mark the manager simply asked for my $37.35 refund as it very obvious they didn't perform an oil change on my car and he tried to make me feel stupid like I didn't know what I was talking about and proceeded to tell me that Kia cars are known to burn oil I've had my car for 3 years now never had this issue before there is no way my car should have been at 1 quart of oil in less than 2 months I don't drive my car much I'm at about or less than a 1000 miles a month really Mark nice try I am yelping this company as I have been here before but what they did by not performing a proper oil change in my car this time is unexcusable I will also be reporting this location as I am scared I am not the only person they have done this to and the 1 star is only cause I have to read more

My husband brought my car in for a oil change and after he brought it home the next morning my car was linking oil. He took it back and they told him that its our transmission linking oil and that it was really dirty to take it to the dealership it was nothing they could do. We took it to the dealership and paid to have it checked out and they told us that our transmission was perfect so they checked the oil were jiffy lube said they changed and the dealership told us that juffy lube never change the seal gasket and it was all old and torn so the dealership fixed the problem and told us that we need to go back and get are money back and tell them they did a terrible job so we did. We complain to them they agreed to give us are money back but it about two weeks to get it and we had to pick it up and then took another half hour and we are still waiting for it as I write this review in my car, REALLY, still waiting for a refund come on Jiffylube? OK that's my review so be careful people don't let them do this to you. Jiffylube in upland ca. you need to retrain your employees and be honest. That's it! Sorry you get zero stars. read more

I had problems with a different Jiffy Lube location years ago with my old Honda. They overtightened the oil pan plug and caused oil leak. After years of staying away from Jiffy Lube, I decided to give this location a try. I had good experience initially. The service was fast and seemed reasonable. After about 3 or 4 oil changes, I noticed oil leak from my Toyota. I took it back one day and the technician told me that oil was leaking around the plug because the thread was worn. The technician told me that he put an emergency plug and it should be good for a year or so. He did recommend rethreading to fit a plug. I took the car to an auto repair shop a week later. The auto mechanic examined the car and told me that the thread was worn due to overtightening. He also told me that the Jiffy Lube technician did NOT put any plug back. It was just a rubber stopper plugging the oil pan. The auto mechanic told me that the car should not be driven because there's really nothing holding the oil in the pan. I supposed I was lucky that oil did not gush out of the car during the week I was driving. NEVER JIFFY LUBE AGAIN!!! read more

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for over 1 year there is a particular employee there by the name of Ed he is amazing he is not just professional friendly helpful knowledgeable patient and kind I have never in my 47 years on earth been treated with more respect even when I had a bad day he was always there to help me with my problem with my car and make sure that I left there satisfied. I have had my oil changed at least 6 times in the last year I drive a lot I use high mileage. So I need I have a Toyota Prius I need the medium Blend or the synthetic oil change which is more expensive than your conventional oil change so you can imagine how much money I have to invest in my car that many oil changes a year ED understood that he made it affordable for me making sure I got my coupon and also just with patient and kind with me I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to anybody who wants honest quality work done and their whole staff is nice there. I had stopped going to Jiffy Lube previously because one time I received really bad service (different location). I ended up buying a Groupon and figured I would give it another shot at this location. Even though I bought the Groupon for the wrong location and ended up not being able to use it here, I decided to still get an oil change and am glad I did. Manager tried to rip me off today! I have a 2009 vehicle and religiously change the oil every 3000 miles with conventional oil. Took it here today and the manager told me he was only allowed based in Ford's recommendation to add synthetic oil for $63. Ridiculous, my last oil change was done at Jiffy lube with conventional! The car has NEVER had synthetic. I left,went to the jiffy lube in Rancho got the conventional oil, synthetic was never brought up!!! I have 5 cars that I USED to take to the Upland store. I took my 2003 Corvette for a Premium Signature Oil Change and service, they missed a lot, Edgar was ringing me up and went over what they did. I pointed out that they did not say anything about the driving light being burned out, but he changed in the computer that he informed me of it after the fact. Also, it says they do the windows, inside and out, only the back window was done on the outside, and none were done on the inside, could clearly see that it was not done. Also, the tire pressure must not have been checked, cause after leaving, I check the gauges and my front left tire was down air by 15 lbs., that's a lot, yes I have run flats, but he was still suppose to check and fill them. It was all fluids are checked and filled, that I can see, only thing checked and filled was the oil, differential, trans, and grease fittings were not done. Never going back to there, or any Jiffy Lube, one bad experience can kill it for the rest. read more

Let me first say they only get one star from us because it is the lowest rating you can give. It should be ZERO! We took our car into the Jiffy Lube in Upland at 1379 Foothill Blvd. They forgot to cap the oil upon completion of the oil change and oil spilled everywhere. We have photos. They then proceeded to run the vehicle to burn off the oil that they said was just overflow or leakage. In doing this they burnt out our engine. They then towed our car to their mechanic and his findings were that Jiffy Lube was at fault. We would check in with the Manager of the Jiffy Lube almost daily to find out when they were going to fix our car to no avail. We were given the number of his supervisor, John, and he proved to be just as unresponsive. We were finally contacted by a man named Eric, a warranty specialist, from Texas saying they would send out an inspector and would have information for us within 72 hours. That was over two weeks ago. We just found out from the mechanic that our car was broken into during this time and that the inspector just came out on 7-20-15 to finally look at our car. This incident left my husband stranded in Riverside at the mechanics. Through this entire fiasco we have had to purchase a new car so my husband could get to work and back, constantly call for updates and rarely get responses, had our car broken into and still no results! I trusted they would do the right thing. We want nothing more than to have our car back in working condition as it was before we pulled into this awful place. This has been a tremendous hardship on us and they absolutely don't care about their customers or taking responsibility for their error. I have filed an official complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair today. I would not normally take an action like this but we have given them 5 weeks to make this right so I do not feel bad at all. If it wasn't for the mechanic we would know NOTHING! I don't feel this Jiffy Lube has our interest, as a customer, on their radar. Never will I enter another Jiffy Lube and will be taking to social media to tell my story and divert people from going to another Jiffy Lube as something awful like this can and will happen to them too! read more

Today, July 9, 2013 I came to the Upland, CA location to get a quick oil change. I had a coupon for a 21.95 oil change, at check in I showed it to the associate where he told me that I could use this coupon but that my vehicle takes a different type of oil, a synthetic oil. I proceeded to ask why and was told that I needed this type because of the engine. I looked at my old sticker to see what type of oil to compare it to and it said 5 20 just what the employee said. While it did not specify synthetic or regular, I was led to believe that synthetic was what my car had to take. ( I own a 2007 Ford Fusion not a Mustang!!) I was texting my husband all this information as I waited and he had told me that he had never been told that our vehicle in the 6 years that we have had it, it needing a synthetic blend. Later at checkout I proceeded to ask the employee if there were a regular and a synthetic 5 20 type of oil, he told me that there were two different types of oil, I then asked for the difference between the two and he answered the difference. Longer lasting, better for engine, blah blah. He then proceeded to tell me that they go off what the manufacturer recommends. I completely believe that they have taken advantage of me as a female and blatantly lied in regards as to what oil was needed versus what was recommended. They led me to believe that because of my specific engine, I needed a synthetic blend, which now I know is completely false but just an "upsell" technique. I'm sure this is usual practice and I do not normally write reviews or complaints, I feel that this needed to be addressed to your company. I will not be returning, my husband will not be returning and I will be sure and spread the word to everyone that I know not to use your services, especially females since your company is discriminatory against females and feels the ability to take advantage of women by lying. read more

Ed good dude costumer service for manager poor went for oil change I was suppose to get a new air filter and threw old one away and they didn't have it in stock.. Jiffy lube was suppose to be in and out was more about an HR wait never again. With no discount besides there Labor Day sales and they used that saying it was a discount for what happen. I'll just stick to valvoline oil express about 0.2 east of them.
