Come get your car serviced if you want to drive out with future issues due to their lack of care. First problem: oil leak AFTER I got an oil change there - the mechanic I took it to asked who changed the oil last, because they didn't properly seal the drain cap. Second: tire rotation. Car ran perfectly fine before, now the car starts shaking when I'm on the freeway. I can tell it's that the front tires aren't parallel. Nice job, jerks. What the f are we paying for if you do the job half assed and is detrimental to the car? Never coming back. Shut this operation down so they stop fucking with peoples car and taking their money! read more

Fraud, fraud, fraud. I'm disgusted on the sales techniques this places uses. The manager is a liar, Ruben G, Javier T, Julio M, serviced my car on Wednesday the 6th. Ruben acted all nice and claimed that their system was down, told me the printer wasn't working that I would receive an email. To my surprise reading my receipt they charged me for an oil filter that was never mention or sold to me. I know its only $5.99 but the moral is unacceptable. Every single time I go into a jiffy lube they're always trying to sale items that are not needed. Stay away from This place!!!! I would like to speak to a district manager or customer service representative that handles escalations. I've done sales all my life and it's a shady technique. To top it off this was my second bad experience, of course I try giving them another chance since the location is super convenient. Julio last time change my wrong back signal light and dropped the old one inside the lighting panel, after about one hour of waiting I let it go. We're humans and accidents happen! But come one man, scamming people for $5.99 is ridiculous. You should of tried selling me the oil filter maybe I would of bought it. read more

Make sure you know how much oil change cost before you come here. While i was waiting I noticed they will quote you a higher price first, then I see that puzzled look on customer's face. and then they lower their price. How can management let this happen right in front of customers. Another thing I notice is to make sure the price paid when your car is done is the correct price they quote you. While I was waiting for my car, this happens to an old man. Good thing the old man caught it. Seeing all this happening in front of my face makes me want to get my car back go elsewhere. I have been going to this particular jiffy lube for two years now. I will not be returning and let me tell you why. On my last visit when I went in the tech got me set up for my oil change then tried pushing me on a full radiator flush/service which is about $100.00 (if I remember correctly). I stated in no uncertain terms it was not going to happen at that time. He tried pushing it again, which I again declined with no room for misunderstanding. I go in and have a lovely conversation with the cashier. The manager offered me a discount for checkin in with Yelp. The the tech comes in telling me my radiator fluid is low. I begin to ask how much it would be to top it off and he is already pushing the full service, that I have declined twice, *again*. For starters paying almost $60 for an oil change with high milage oil is high. We went there because it was convent. I will not be badgered or bullied into purchasing something that I am not interested in or ready to purchase. I felt really badgered by this tech. So Long Jiffy Lube. Pretty upset with this location - and I've been going here for almost one year. Today my serpentine belt came off, I took it into them to have it replaced. While I was there they looked over my car and said my battery needed replaced as well. I gave the go ahead to replace both, minutes later my car was ready. After replacing my battery they told me my belt couldn't be fixed but addressed the battery without telling me about the belt - this ensured they made some money off of me and then sent me to Pep Boys for the belt. I felt very taken advantage of because they knew my belt couldn't be fixed there but addressed the battery for $120.00 before I left. I am now questioning if my battery really needed to be replaced. After Pep Boys reviewed the car it was determined the issue was much more severe, the cost to repair wasn't worth the fix --- I sold my car to the junk yard but driving the car without the belt took its toll on the battery and drained it. Jiffy Lube knew this would happen, even if my car would have been fixed I would have needed another new battery. It seems Jiffy Lube always find additional issues wrong with your car but this one tops it off. I would have appreciated a notice of the belt not being fixes before committing to the battery as that $120 would have been nice to put toward a new car. If going here only get your oil changed - everything else seems like a rip off. Personally, they lots a life long customer and will never take my car to another Jiffy Lube over principle. read more

They asked me to sign a document saying if my car breaks down because of their oil change, I won't hold them responsible!!! Seriously!!! I came here for an oil change for my car, and this seemingly nice guy (I assume he is a manager?) approached, and instantly he was trying to sell me their high grade synthetic oil, which costs almost twice more than their regular oil. Since I wasn't sure what is the difference between high-grade synthetic oil and regular one, I asked him, but his answer was I MUST use synthetic oil because my car was made in 2012. I asked him again what would happen if i use regular oil, then he told me that I had to sign a document saying I would not hold them responsible if my car breaks down because of the oil change... Then, I realized... He wasn't trying to help me... He was simply trying to scare me so that I would buy their more expensive oil!!! Sign their document?? Seriously?? (Is that even legal??) They are basically saying there is a chance that my car may break down BECAUSE OF their oil change! I just said "no thanks," and hurry out of there. HOW SLEAZY!! They are not only trying to upsell you, but they are just not trustworthy! If they think making more profits is more important to them than a good honest customer service, who knows what kind of actual service they would give... They could just give you second-hand parts to save them even more money... read more

It's been 9 months since I've gotten an oil change (pls don't tell my dad). I've also been driving around with a completely busted windshield wiper, which would be somewhat acceptable if it wasn't the drivers side wiper (Really sorry dad!). My car is also a total mess because I haven't washed it (every time I do it seems to rain, which is a big problem with the broken wiper) but I finally had to suck it up Caus I'm gonna be driving from CA to AZ next week and really wouldn't be able to face my dad if my car broke down and I had to admit all this. I HATE doing car maintenance but can honestly say this was the easiest time I've ever had. These guys were nice and didn't judge me for slacking. 10/10 recommend. read more
