Ruben the Manager was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand the cons of going over service limit. Him and his team was very professional and friendly. He showed me my filter and oil level before the oil change and showed be the new filter (so I could see the difference) and he also showed me oil level after change was complete. Went in this morning for what I thought was gonna be an easy oil change. After some looking I was told a filter piece and gotta stuck and needed to be removed. The only reason I don't come more often is because they don't offer tire rotation as the other major chain - direct competitor does. BUT... I was surprised that they sent a coupon for a freebie with oil change.... they get the job so fast... and add a vacuum and clean the windows... that was nice. Took my car to this place for an oil change. They put 3 quarters extra, which I only found out a day later. I took the car back, they admitted they put too much. Took the car to a mechanic and they said that excessive amount of oil damaged the car and now its leaking oil. Took the car back to This Jiffy Lube with the news mechanic told me. The manager Guillermo said he will clean the bottom and will let me drive few days. If after a day they see the leaks, they will fix it for me. Took back the car few days after, he saw that the car is actually leaking and brushed us off to his corporate offices at Heartland Automotive Group. We have been talking to them for the past 2 months. 3 different case workers and supervisors and none of them wants to help. I strongly advise to take your vehicles to real professionals at any other place. These people will destroy your car and will not admit their wrong doing. They don't give a damn about customer services, just look at their reviews. read more

Great experience. Was a little disappointed when I found out that taking a credit card over the phone was no longer allowed. I completely understand now after an employee shared the reason why. When I first got there I presented my $50 off coupon for the fuel saver package. The gentleman working there told me the only problem was they didn't have my air filter but it would take 10 minutes to get one delivered from another store. He told me the total price was $183 -$50 which was $133. When my car was completed he gave me a bill for $117 . He told me they could not get my air filter and they could not lift my car for tire rotation. I asked them why they could not lift my car . I have an 08 Ford Ranger with no special modifications . It is a standard vehicle. They told me for some reason they could only lift the front. I'm still not sure why. The bottom line is I was supposed to get a signature service ,fuel system cleaning , air filter and a tire rotation for $133 and he charge me $117 for signature service and a fuel system cleaning If he would've told me he couldn't complete the service I would've went somewhere else. I was in a rush and never have much time. My oil light has been on for a month! I decided to give jiffy lube a shot for the first time. I never write reviews, but wanted to make a point and write one today. I was pleasantly greeted by a heavy set gentleman, I believe his name was Andres. He was descriptive in explaining what he suggested the type of service I needed. He was knowledgeable and polite he made the experience fantastic. I came for a synthetic oil change and they attended to me as soon as i got there even though there were a couple of customers ahead of me. The whole staff was very nice and helpful. Reuben is my favorite because he made sure they also checked if there was any else wrong with my car, which a lot of oil places don't. He told me that i do need to get my tires rotated which they charge about $24 for, but offered to do it complimentary for me today. He said that he tries to do this once a day lol. One star because I have to. These guys wasted an hour and a half of our time. Got there by 8:05am and left close to 10am. The entire time they kept saying almost done but they hadn't even started doing the oil change. All because they didn't have a part it failed to I form us and just had us sitting there. Had we known that a party was needed we could of came back at a later time or left the car and came to get it after it was done. But instead they were unprofessional and dishonest. Don't tell customers you are almost done and not even touch their car yet. Especially not for an hour and a half. He noticed it was leaking too much so he checked the charge on my battery. He really didn't have to do that but he did. He recommended to change it as soon as possible. I've been really happy with the service here. When I bring in my Jeep, they are fast and efficient. An oil change for me is like $49 and only takes like 15 minutes. I went in just to change my oil and came out with problems. My car always burned a lot of oil but never leaked oil. Until I left jiffy lube. I noticed from parking in the garage that it is leaking oil now. I wouldn't go to them. For a little bit more expensive you can go to the manufacturer. read more

Ruben and his team took amazing care of me! I was going out of town and needed to get my service done quickly so I came here out of convenience, but they exceeded my expectations. Everyone had excellent customer service skills. Very upfront about pricing and giving reasons and information about recommend service, but I never felt pressured the way I do at a dealership. I also had an over-tightened oil filter that they took such great lengths to try and fix rather than break and save me from some extra grief.
