I went recently to get my oil changed. Rubén was very helpful. He noticed some built up on my battery and took it upon himself to clean the battery residue . He noticed it was leaking too much so he checked the charge on my battery. He really didn't have to do that but he did. He recommended to change it as soon as possible. Funny thing is my battery gave out today, and I went for on Friday last week. I should have changed it when he told me about it. Don't leave what you can do today for tomorrow. read more

I've been going here for years. They've always been thorough, efficient, and most of all, *fast*. Knowing that they'll always do a good job makes me want to come back, and knowing that it won't take any time to get quality service gives me the ability to fit a visit in without compromising my busy day. Even when it's busy (and since it's no secret that this is a good place, it can get busy), I still get in and out in about 15 minutes. Anderson checked me in this time, walked me through what my previous visits had been, set me up, and let the crew loose on my car. I didn't remember the type of oil I'd used previously, but Anderson did. I'd brought my other car in two days before, and Julio checked me in that time (I don't remember if it was Julio P. or Julio M., but both are great). That time, too, my oil change and fluid check took only minutes. Alex and Yessinia also go the extra mile in making certain that being quick at the task doesn't mean skipping a step, or rushing through it. i was on my way out of town and couldn't get pressure in my tires. i believe it was andrew who helped me, checked all of the tires, gave me new caps, and didn't charge me a thing. it took me about a week to write this but i had to make sure i did it because those guys were super friendly and eager to help. read more

I've been really happy with the service here. When I bring in my Jeep, they are fast and efficient. An oil change for me is like $49 and only takes like 15 minutes. They also added air to my tires and wiped down my windshield, which I really appreciated. Everyone is professional and nice, I've never waited longer than a half hour. read more

Ruben and his team took amazing care of me! I was going out of town and needed to get my service done quickly so I came here out of convenience, but they exceeded my expectations. Everyone had excellent customer service skills. Very upfront about pricing and giving reasons and information about recommend service, but I never felt pressured the way I do at a dealership. I also had an over-tightened oil filter that they took such great lengths to try and fix rather than break and save me from some extra grief. One star only because I have to. Drove in for service and drove out within 30 minutes. My initial thought was this was too good to be true. It was. Found that out 9 miles later when I noticed the trail of oil in my rear view mirror. I parked and checked the level and it showed empty. Good thing I didnt drive any further. Don't come here. I called ahead and asked what the wait time would be. They said we're not busy. Upon arrival was repeatedly lied to about wait time and now I'm late picking up my 2 year old from his preschool class. Their service was good and fast. My car needed new oil. They changed oil. Oil prices are reasonable. My car's oil is expensive because my car needs synthetic oil only, not regular. Also, they added water for wipers and power steering liquid for free. They washed windows for free. They have a waiting room with AC, drinks, and TV (I used my smartphone. lol). NOT a great experience!!! The wait was pretty minimal (20 min. or so) but after doing the oil change, they informed me of a "lot of problems" they had found. They tried to up-sell me on about $300 more in "necessary" replacements. I said "no thanks" & took the car to my mechanic (who is one of the few honest mechanics I have found in Los Angeles) who did a thorough check and found that NOTHING they had told me was accurate. Bottom line - good for a quick "in and out" oil change BUT DON'T TRUST A WORD THEY SAY about anything else! read more
