After I didn't agree to it he lowered the price and tried to have me sign a high priced quote paper but before I gave my concent they drained my card oil. The service guy was very rude. This place is quite awful not to say the least! I came in for an oil change and My experience began with a man who was actually the manager yelling at me ( a new customer) telling me to move my car to the oil change entrance before greeting me! After leaving my car with him I was told in an angry tone for no apparent reason to go to the lobby. When I entered the lobby, I took my seat and the first thing I realized was an associate screaming with a customer. I believe the customer may have been angry about something but the associate did not do anything go calm him down but instead argued back as the customer said he would never return to that jiffy lube. The oil change I got had a free window cleaning and floor cleaning included with it which I thought was pretty cool! But when I finally was given my car back, my windows were left with the bubbly lines of a bad window wash, and the floors were even dirtier than they were when I left it because of the associate and his oily and muddy shoes. So my windows and windshields had bubbly looking lines all over and my floor mats were all brown and oily! To finish off the transaction, I asked for my keys back, and the associate had lost my keys, which had my car keys as well as house keys etc. Fortunately, I had my backup key with me, so this was not much of a problem but I did have to make new backups of every key on the chain. Overall, I should of known this was an awful place to go for an oil change when I first, saw the reviews, and secondly, saw the angry customer when I entered the lobby, but I still decided to give it a chance, never happening again. Go somewhere else guys, I'm not saying that jiffy lube is a bad oil change shop, but this one in particular, is absolutely awful. I have never recieved such awful service, this place was a shame! By the way, this is an overdue review. Believe me guys, you don't want to come here! I have used jiffy lube for years and on different cars that I've owned and have never been this poorly treated and had problems after than this location. THE WORST and they have a class action lawsuit coming bc there seems to be a trend of customers leaving with LEAKING OIL! I have had to waste my time coming back asking them to fix their mistake... meanwhile 40 min in I am still here and using my wait time to write this. The franchise owner needs to take responsibility and correct the issues with this business. I will NEVER come here again and will be seeking reimbursement. SHAME On YOU!!!!! They broke my oil plug. Wow this place is convenient! My oil-change along with some other auto-tech stuff, was done in under 10 minutes, which was so great and Super affordable! This was actually my first time visiting ANY of the Jiffy Lube locations, and just want to say the service was phenomenal. Recently moved to this area of the valley and I was used to another Jiffy Lube. Going in here I was not sure what to expect, however, I was pleasantly surprised by the service done to my car and the customer service. At first the manager, Ruben, looked a little intimidating but after talking to him he's as sweet as pie. He gave me some good pointers about my car, which showed me that he really cared about the care of my car. I will definitely consider his advice. Yelp needs to start providing choices for negative stars. I didn't even have my oil changed, that's how bad it is. I called in around 2:30 pm to ask if they were busy and how much a standard oil change would be. The guy on the phone said they weren't busy at all and that a standard oil change was $24.99. So I went shopping down the street at Costco and headed there straight after. I pulled up at about 4:30 pm and there was only one truck in the entire service bay. Everything seemed straightforward, the attendant recognized it was my first visit and asked about the car. I gave him all the details and when I said I had called in and was offered the standard oil change for $24.99 he immediately interjected with a price of $39.99. I argued that I had been told differently over the phone. He asked if I was sure I had called his location and who I spoke to, but I didn't know because I hadn't gotten a name from the guy on the phone (didn't think I'd need to) and he insisted that there was no $24.99 offer. His next logical step was to walk over to the phone and ask me for my phone number. So now we're playing games... I tell him my complete phone number and there it is, bright as day... only one call came in after mine on his caller ID. So there's proof that I called in and he SUDDENLY remembers that there's an "early bird" special for $24.99 but that it's only offered in the morning. I point out that I clearly called after 2 pm and he then says he'll offer me $29.99 for the standard service and that it's only $5.00 more. I tell him that he should have just honored the price I was told over the phone and I walk back to my car. Now that I'm about to get into my car he finds he's willing to honor the price. Poorly played. Now that I almost literally twisted his arm with facts and straight talk, I'm not too sure if I trust that he or his staff will take proper care of my car. If this were a restaurant, I'd be afraid of spit in my food. Hell, they might even go the distance to spit into the oil filter. After reading some of these terrible, terrible reviews about the horrible lack of care this company shows its clientele, I wonder how franchises like this stay open. read more

OMG... they charged me 39.99 for air filter when i needed an engine filter which is 19.99 after i confronted that to the worker but he said since the work had already been done there is nothing he can do about it ,my husband decided to just paid for it so there 's no need to argue anylonger .. i also decided to call and spoke to the manager his name is Guillermo ( what an A-hole !! )he didn 't even seem to give a dam about his worker 's mistake infact he argue his way out and called me named ( wow i was shocked to see that attitude ) can 't believe that guy is the manager with his customer service skills i think a janitor position would have suit him better . now i just overlooked at the receipt and got even more mad that another 10.80 $ labor charge was hidden on top of that ?! i called again and spoke to the same a-hole manager about that hidden charge and the guy had a gut to tell me " Ma'am, it must have been a mistake but oh well there is nothing i can do now cuz the transaction is done and jiffylube have no refund policy " no credit nor apology was given what so ever and he was very rude , he said he was busy and hung up on me.. what an a-hole ! BEWARE!!!! PLEASE READ Don't EVER GO TO THESE GUYS, I went in for a simple oil change with a coupon of 29.99 I was told to leave my car for 45minutes. I received a call about 30 minutes later and was told my car was high mileage and it was going to be 49.99 and I also was in desperate need of an air filter, I politely told the gentleman no thank I would NOT like to have my air filters changed for an additional 39.99 he became very very persistent on the fact I desperately needed to have these changed, I abruptly stopped him and said no thanks dude just the oil changed and agreed to paying the 49.99 for the oil change. NEXT DAY MY AIR CONDITIONER NO LONGER WORKED AND I KNOW FOR A FACT IT WAS PROPERLY WORKING WITHOUT ERROR BEFORE I TOOK MY CAR TO THEM, I called spoke with the manager and was told air conditioning service was over $200, I took my car to another mechanic who told me the freon gas had evaporated and needed to be recharged he fixed the problem for $100 bucks and works like brand new. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CAR AND YOUR MONEY!!! I had an oil change at Jiffy Lube three weeks ago. After that, I noticed underneath my car leaking oil (which never happened before). I came back and told them what happened. They checked the car and told me it was no big deal, just the oil pan gasket that was worn out (hahaha no big deal???!!!), and told me to take to the mechanic and have it replaced. I took the car to my mechanic instead, and he said it was NOT the oil pan gasket. So, I took the car back to Jiffy Lube, this time they said it was the bolt that they put a wrong one in. They replaced a different one and said the car is fine now. I'm not so sure about that. Wow, two different "stories" they told me. I had no thing to say, and I don't know if they were trustworthy enough for me to come back ever again. I almost had to spend over 200 dollars for a new oil pan gasket installation. I think the scam never stopped, even after the channel 4 investigations. PS: They were up-selling during the whole time, ridiculous. read more
