I started coming here for the convenience of the location. I continue to come here because the team has always been very helpful and accommodating. They don't push me to be buy services I don't need, however they will make recommendations and follow up with necessary services. Kinda sad as last time I had a great experience. First off I've been at jiffy lube for the past 8 years with different cars and they couldn't find my vehicle for some reason. Secondly spoke to a guy named Anderson who I had to get out of the car first to ask which aisle to pull up to (normally a bell goes off when you drive over the black strip) and when asking if they could simply spot vacuum my trunk mat; which they've done every time as it takes less than 2 seconds he said they can't.... I didn't think it would be a good deal but I guess something has changed at this location as customer service was spot on last time. The guy actually working on my car was very courteous and explained everything they did to my vehicle (filipino gentleman) but this Anderson character was more absolved in talking to the lady customers and needs to re-learn customer service. read more

Amazing Team and great help on a SUNDAY! My car had some issues, which one of them wasnt me not abel turning of my car. The guys at Jiffy Lube took a look at it and after me telling them that Nissan told me to unhook the battery and rehook it again, it would reboot and it would solve the problem. However my car somehow wasnt having it, after the giys of Jiffy Lube helped me, one light turned of and another turned on. Oscar the Manager was very helpful and explained to me that the engine was ok however there must be a glitch with the sensors. One of the gentlemen reminded me that I still should have some warranty on my car. So for now its partially fixed, but 5 Stars for Oscar and his team. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here and have their car check out for minor problems. Oh and I got a great oil change as well. read more

Best oil change team I have experience thus far, they checked all my fluids, not just my oil cleaned my windshield , and put air in my tires as well as inspecting my lights! The price is just right and they always have everything in stock unlike other places. I go in there with my car falling apart and come out with it in near mint condition! After I didn't agree to it he lowered the price and tried to have me sign a high priced quote paper but before I gave my concent they drained my card oil. The service guy was very rude. This place is quite awful not to say the least! I came in for an oil change and My experience began with a man who was actually the manager yelling at me ( a new customer) telling me to move my car to the oil change entrance before greeting me! After leaving my car with him I was told in an angry tone for no apparent reason to go to the lobby. When I entered the lobby, I took my seat and the first thing I realized was an associate screaming with a customer. I believe the customer may have been angry about something but the associate did not do anything go calm him down but instead argued back as the customer said he would never return to that jiffy lube. The oil change I got had a free window cleaning and floor cleaning included with it which I thought was pretty cool! But when I finally was given my car back, my windows were left with the bubbly lines of a bad window wash, and the floors were even dirtier than they were when I left it because of the associate and his oily and muddy shoes. So my windows and windshields had bubbly looking lines all over and my floor mats were all brown and oily! To finish off the transaction, I asked for my keys back, and the associate had lost my keys, which had my car keys as well as house keys etc. Fortunately, I had my backup key with me, so this was not much of a problem but I did have to make new backups of every key on the chain. Overall, I should of known this was an awful place to go for an oil change when I first, saw the reviews, and secondly, saw the angry customer when I entered the lobby, but I still decided to give it a chance, never happening again. Go somewhere else guys, I'm not saying that jiffy lube is a bad oil change shop, but this one in particular, is absolutely awful. I have never recieved such awful service, this place was a shame! By the way, this is an overdue review. Believe me guys, you don't want to come here! I decided to give it a chance even after obvious signs of bad service, and I'm not making that mistake again. read more

I have used jiffy lube for years and on different cars that I've owned and have never been this poorly treated and had problems after than this location. THE WORST and they have a class action lawsuit coming bc there seems to be a trend of customers leaving with LEAKING OIL! I have had to waste my time coming back asking them to fix their mistake... meanwhile 40 min in I am still here and using my wait time to write this. The franchise owner needs to take responsibility and correct the issues with this business. I will NEVER come here again and will be seeking reimbursement. SHAME On YOU!!!!! They broke my oil plug. And now this time I am leaking oil once again and being brushed off and seems they do not know how to fix anything. read more
