When I actually came in all the workers were quick and easy to talk to. They topped off all my fluids and took great care of my car. Andres and Oscar took care of me. I mentioned my car had problems starting and they checked the battery for me and noticed that the battery connector was completely loose and they fixed right away. Aside from the regular oil change they switched out a brake light. Great customer service! read more

I was told that the last place I went to get an oil change that possibly my plug was put in incorrectly and that if i continued to drive like that, it would of messed up my motor. So came in for a oil change and found out that I needed a filter change too. The mgr Rubin was really helpful in explaining what the filter functionality was and why I needed to replace it. I got there on a Wednesday afternoon when it was completely empty, so all said and done it took about 15 minutes. I had a gift card and a coupon, so I sprung for the Signature Service. I have been to this particular spot at least 6 times and without fail, the staff is efficient and friendly. I have had a Lexus, BMW and currently own a KIA. the people who work here take the time to explain the services they offer and what is best for you vehicle. Last week I stopped randomly because I was past my mileage for an oil change. Andrew one of the managers there was very friendly and really made sure that I was taken care of. By far the worst I've ever been to. I swear they have people who have never changed oil working there. I think my girlfriend to change the oil better. No courtesy whatsoever. Very rude short and you could tell they really didn't like working there.. After all the news reports from a couple of years back I was skeptic about pulling into any Jiffy Lube. But my mechanic was out of town and I needed an oil change. As soon as I drove up Yesenia greeted me. Andres took over for her and he was A-1. I informed him I needed to get to work soon. He said he'd get me back on the road quickly.
