My AC wasn't working so they told me they'd look for free. They told me it'd take 20 minutes or so (I'm patient so that's fine, but really, just to look and there aren't other cars before me?), but it really took about 45 or 50. No one updated me on the status, so I got up only to find they had moved my car out of the shop/into the parking lot, and told me it needed a service they couldn't provide. Which they should have advertised from the get-go: "Hey we'll look but we probably can't fix it anyway." A heads-up would've been nice, not to mention letting me know you already looked.... Skip this Jiffy Lube and head somewhere where the staff has customer service skills. read more

Took my mother's jeep here out of Convenience and it worked out well. Used the $15 coupon and paid 36.75 for a $50 oil change. Took a very short time and waited in the car while it was done. I no longer use Jiffy Lube for my Merc but I will trust my mother's car here! The people were nice as well! read more

I have been a Jiffy Lube Costumer for years, but I will never go back to this location! I came in first thing Sunday (1/5) morning to get my front headlight replaced. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes before they could change my light bulb. After waiting 40 minutes, I decided to ask the man how much longer until he could change my light bulb (something that I knew was a 5 min job ) He then told me he could do it now. So after popping my hood and looking at the light for a couple minutes, he walked away and got another gentleman to look at my lights, before both men walked away and left my car sitting with its hood up. Never saying a word. I sat for another 25 minutes before walking over to the man and asking when they were going to change my lightbulb, he then proceeded to tell me they didn't know how to change it. So let me get this right, you knew you couldn't change it, so how much more time were you going to have me sit there waiting for my lightbulb to be changed before you told me you didn't know how???! So rude!! I never even received an apology. What a waste of my time....never again!! read more

I was just here 15 minutes ago w my 2006 Chevy hhr w 54K miles and they refused to change my oil because according to him per a 2004 law Chevy will not allow oil changes w anything cheaper than their $90 oil. I love that I can drive in here whenever I have a few minutes and get good, quick service. The waiting room is clean (as is the bathroom) and has complementary coffee and tea. Vanessa at the cashiers desk is great and gets you set up so you can walk out as soon as your car is ready. The location right across from Ralph's is also great if you want to grab anything while you wait. All around, about as pleasant an experience as an oil change can be! read more

This place use to be the place to come to for an oil change. Today I came and just my luck I saw 5 guys working on my suv after 1:30 hrs of wait! I go up and none of them have communication skills to tell me something is wrong. BAD CUSTOMER SEVICE. specially from one that has been coming here for years. All workers just eating and laughing with no updates on how your car is doing. NEVER AGAIN. I came to Jiffy Lube to get a quick oil change and tire rotation. They had me in and out within 15-20 minutes. Oscar was extremely helpful and answered my questions and when they saw that my car needed one more thing they quickly notified me and then got to it right away. Stunningly terrible operation. First time I went there I had to go back two to three times for them to finally realize that they had put the wrong sized washer on, in the meantime with oil spilling all over my driveway and elsewhere. They comped me my next oil change and, stunningly, they made another mistake. Their "best guy" put the wrong sized gasket on, leading to the same oil leakage issues as before. Furthermore, I went back to that Jiffy Lube to have the problem looked at and now their "best man" could find nothing wrong. He hosed it off as a purported solution. Of course this solved nothing. I finally, days later, after stating that I would file a consumer complaint with the California State Attorney General if this matter was not resolved, was directed to Guillermo, someone who manages all of this company's Jiffy Lubes (Jiffy Lube is a franchise situation) who in turn had me visit the Sherman Oaks Jiffy Lube they own. Within ten seconds their "best man" diagnosed the wrong-sized gasket. I called Guillermo several days later to ask if he was aware of how the matter had resolved--assuming of course that he had followed up on it, but just trying to get the conversation going--and he said "No." I explained to him what these two blatant mistakes by this Jiffy Lube had cost me--easily four hours of time going back and forth to have the matter solved, as well as having to clean the driveway multiple times--and that I was seeking, at the minimum, to be comped one oil change for the hours of my life that had been wasted. Guillermo told me," We already gave you one free oil change," which, as an side, of course was the one that cost me another couple hours of my life. Guillermo said I could file a complaint with the "District Attorney." I told him that I said the California State Attorney General. He said, "District Attorney, Attorney General, they are both the same, you can do what you wish." I told him I would wait until Friday. It was a Tuesday. He told me "I am busy. I have a lot of things to do. I will not be getting back with you by Friday." read more

The oil pan on my Chrysler 200 needed to be replaced yesterday. Why? Because jiffy lube tightened the bolt so much during my oil change that the washer was crushed and the grooves stripped. The pan started to leak oil. The funny thing, when I took the car to my mechanic, his exact words were " you got this done at Jiffy Lube, didn't you? " Well, thanks to Jiffy Lube, I had to pay 150 for a new oil pan. This experience didn't just turn me away from Jiffy Lube; I will never go to a lube shop again. read more

I love this Jiffy Lube. I live in Lancaster and drive to Encino everyday. They always change my oil. I almost made a mistake last weekend and went to Lancaster's Jiffy Lube. I was in the area and required an oil change on my 2013 Toyota Camry. I hesitated to pull in because I was unfamiliar with the area and there are quite a few options. Don't do that!
