I checked on google maps to see the hours of operation and showed this specific location closed at 6pm, but as i pulled up at 4:55pm the guys informed me they actually closed at 5pm due to Covid-19. You'd think your car was falling apart after talking with one of Jiffy Lube's Salesmen for 5 minutes. They will attempt to sell you everything in the world. They will prey on you, and they will get you to agree to some sort of upgrade. They are expert salesmen, and they are relentless. They will belittle you and make you feel like a car idiot for saying no to the "x" service. What's worst, I had just replaced my air filter two months ago and the salesman was trying to tell me I needed a new one! You should've seen the look on his face when I told him I had just replaced it and he was caught in his lie! Even if you turn down everything, you head inside and think it's all over... 5 minutes later you will be called out to your car and shown fluid after fluid. "this one is too brown, this one is too green, this one smells too much, this one is too low, this one..." I would happily pay twice as much for an oil change to not have to be subjected to this kind of upsell torture. Jiffy Lube is around because they are known for their customer service. They'll open doors for you, pour you coffee, say please and thank you, but it's all for the sale. Don't be blind to it like the rest of these reviewers. read more

This location is nice! I appreciate that they are straight to the point with things. I don't feel they are trying to upsale me or rip me off when helping me. They inform me with any extra work needed with my car but do not make me feel pressured into spending more which is nice. They are also quick ! Service was done quickly.. what they said was wrong with my car I wasn't sure about.. but I did everything they suggested. Synthetic oil change, radiator service, brake oil service, transmission fluid service, clutch oil, and they vacuumed a bit.. they should me with their diagnostic machine what number my car was at.. say 60 out of 100 for the radiator.. after they said they did everything they refused to run the same diagnostics which first sold me on all of these services.. I just wanted to see what the computer was going to rate all the services I had paid for now that they were complete. I didn't have a lot of confidence when I left this jiffy lube.. read more

I will start with positives. Quick, attentive staff. Well kept waiting area with complimentary coffee. Now the cons. Overly pushy staff, almost passively aggressive up-sell tactics (bringing in dirty air filter for you to look at, showing you "recommended" service/replacement schedules for random parts, pushing synthetic oil for a higher rate. They throw one thing after another at you in the hopes that they can tack on another 20, 30, or 40 bucks to your otherwise cheap oil change. What the dealer will do for 30-50 bucks, Jiffy Lube will try to do for 100+. So, 3 stars because they are proficient and quick, but I don't enjoy the overly pushy atmosphere--so I won't be returning. read more

Outstanding service. I had my oil changed on 07/16/2016 and was thoroughly impressed with their excellent customer service. Great price and friendly service. They vacuumed my car and cleaned my windows and even opened our car door for us. Kudos to James for providing a pleasant experience getting my oil changed. *UPDATE Below* I have always gotten my oil changes from this Jiffy Lube because they had an amazing team. The service ran solid and the transitions from pulling up to going over the services to paying was a fairly straight flow which was awesome up until today October 15th, 2019. Not having been to this location for a while I noticed there was a change in staff. Almost a complete change in staff. Upon completing the regular oil service there was a recommendation to changing the wipers, which were relatively new, second observation made was to having the radiator flushed (a little history on this vehicle: it was purchased relatively new and had necessary work done on it before purchase), the oil filter cap was on fairly tight and they had trouble removing it (from my view I thought they were going to break my car trying to get it off while they were shaking the whole vehicle to remove it). It wasn't until after getting ready to leave that I noticed the floor board had not even been touched (vacuumed). When I asked if they vacuumed the cars anymore they quickly offered to vacuum the vehicle. As I watched one of the workers had said, "I didn't vacuum it because it looked clean." One of the coworkers then asked, "Did you get the passenger side?" The reply was, "I didn't vacuum the passenger side." The person then only vacuumed the driver's side floorboard and completely neglected to vacuum the rest of the vehicle. I'm sorry but if I'm paying upwards of $70.00 for an oil change not to mention if I would have purchased any other services that were not needed, I think a person should at least get there car vacuumed, whether it "looks" clean or not. From the guy who signed me up to the people who worked on my car,everyone was very knowledgable and polite. They even went above and beyond to repair a chip on my windshield without charging me despite my insurance company's computer on the fritz. They even took the liberty to vacuum my vehicle! I am a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for years. The first time I used this locatioin...I will NEVER go back. I purchase high grade oil and change it always when suggested. I drive 100 miles a day. Every store I have ever used from Gresham to all over the Portland area, I get free top offs and good service 9+ times out of 10. This place charged me for a top off, did not check all my fluids until asked. They will never be used by me again. read more

OK - I don't often get taken as far as cars go but I did from these guys. I had told them that I didn't need my radiator flushed cause I had run out of coolant and had to have it totally filled at another quick lube place. They still talked me into having it flushed....DUMB, DUMB, DUMB! It also seems like every time I go in there they tell me I need lights replaced...funny...I just replaced about a month ago the same ones they tell me are out. I go home and have my roommate check and sure enough...they're ok! I knew they were or the cop behind me would have told me. I get really tired of these people so next time Im going to Ron's Automotive on Fourth Plain. They're pretty good (still talk down to me some "little lady") but I don't feel they're trying to rip me off. read more

My engine overheated on the freeway, and I got to their shop quickly. They tested it for me while Page the human recourses manager showed me her extremely cute puppy. They didn't even know where the engine was in my car. Asked me to pop the hood when I got there, but my engine is in the back. Told me they filled my wiper fluid but they straight up didn't. Also put air in my tires since my tire pressure light was on, but the light came back on after I left so I took my car to les schwab and they said that 2 of my tires were still quite low and the other 2 were OVER filled. They tried to upsell me on things. They also said over the phone before I went in that i could do part synthetic which would be $50, but when I got there they said that I could only do full synthetic which was $80 instead. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. They know absolutely nothing about smart cars. I will NEVER go here again. Wow, just moved here and wanted to find a long term place for my auto service. Pulled up and met by a nice guy. Asked if they took the Jiffy Lube coupon I received by email was told "will have to check on that." Waited about 10 min for my turn, no problem. Had not had a chance to discuss what I wanted or the price. They pulled my car into service bay and started inspection. I nicely said, "hey guys, I haven't even discussed what and if we are doing anything yet." No one is in the office. A guy in the pit started removing the skid plate screws and three guys start the "inspection." I again, nicely said I would like to discuss the price and what we are doing first before they start working on my car. One of the three got a major attitude and said that it was only an inspection and that's what they do. I mentioned that parts are coming off my car and I wasn't even sure if I wanted a service until we discussed what I was getting and about the coupon, the one guy with the attitude said basically he was done with me and I could leave. This all happened within 5 min. That was good because I'd all ready decided to leave anyway. Truly, I was very polite and was pretty shocked at the - we know what we are doing so just be quiet and don't question us attitude. I'm 58 and have been around the auto service industry since I was 15. Never seen this. I'm a happy go lucky guy. Sad they just lost my business and that of my extended family too. read more
