I came to get air in my tires here because I was having some issues with the air machine at a gas station. Turned out that I had a nail in one of my tires on my rental. I had opted to get a new tire because they claimed the tire was too damaged to be patched. After speaking with the rental car rep they said it had to be the same exact make and model tire. I told the guys I'm sorry, but I can't get the tire and if they could help me put on the spare tire to get me back to LA. They charged me for a rotation for their troubles which I didn't mind at all. I was so thankful and felt so bad for the guys until I went to pep boys where the rental company had an account with and they ended up checking my tire and said it was absolutely patchable and that they lied to me at jiffy lube. God really works in mysterious ways because I felt so bad and was so grateful for the guys and turns out they were just trying to sell me a new tire I didn't need. Watch yourselves when you come to this location and ladies if you don't know about cars like me, definitely don't come here because these guys may seem honest, but they are far from it! If you enjoy prison yard oil changes, this is the place for you. It's been a year and a half since the manager tried to physically intimidate me into backing down after they broke a sensor in my engine during routine maintenance. I was calm, cool and collected during the entire interaction, just explained to him the car was new and that it wasn't broken when I came in. After the manager got in my face and raised his voice, borderline ready to throw a punch, I repeatedly asked for my keys so I could leave, all in my standard speaking voice. Finally, after five minutes of this, he sent someone to get my keys so I could leave. I contacted corporate about this and they deferred to the owner. After several times of me contacting Jiffy Lube I realized that this is how they want to run their business. read more

Compared to the Santa Barbara one that I used to go to, they did the task right (My car's still working so yay) and quickly. They were kind enough to let me know I was missing a bolt and helped me get the replacement quickly. Service for the oil change and filter was 20 minutes. Couldn't be more impressed. Not super stoked. Been coming here for years and never any real problems. Came here a couple weeks back to get an oil change and ended up getting my tires changed. Left and the tire light was on. Came back a couple weeks later to get that fixed and spend 2 hrs for them to realize there wasn't an issue other than a broken stem and that their scanner wasn't working properly. Left again, my radio isn't working now. So now, have to go back tomorrow for them to fix that issue. So so far 2 trips and still have to go back for more. Idk if it's negligence on their part or what but I'm super unhappy. After they fix the problem they created I don't plan on going back. read more

jiffy lube is a rip off who takes advantage of women. i got charged $800. for the wrong size tires, and services i didn't need, because of a lying salesman, and they refused to buy back the tires that were the wrong size for my car. they charged me $400. for "new" tires, that were actually used tires, and would not refund my money, or give me my original tires back! avoid this place like the plague! they advertise $39.99 oil change, and then charge you $60. for it. i am so disgusted that they would take advantage of a woman who trusted them. bad news. read more

Normally I have nothing bad to say about Jiffy Lube, until today. First off 2 stars might be a little harsh but my current mood and feeling about the issue justifies it. Today I went in for an Uber inspection. First off I was surprised at the end with a bill equal to an oil change. It literally took the guy 1 minute to complete the work. The surprise was was the price and the fact I wasn't told it costed me money. Icing on the cake while "testing" my wiper blades he destroyed my just cleaned windshield and left it for me to clean yet again. I will now take my car elsewhere for my oil changes. I've been coming here for years, but today I decided the dealership may be the better option. Their quotes were not accurate. Manager tagged on surprise labor fees at the end according to the attendant. The paperwork with quote was conveniently...... deceiving. This just goes to show that when you get greedy, you lose customers. Maybe for the future the manager should coordinate better with his service personnel. 0 Stars. They stripped my oil plug and tried to blame on someone else. Julio, the service manager, informed me of my damaged plug after they had changed my oil. If the plug was damaged, why would they continue to work on it?? Meanwhile, Julio disappeared. He refused to deal with the situation & hid!! After pointing out that I need a $500 replacement plug & the service manager is gone & I am left with a temporary plug and no explanation for the damage they caused. Now I have to keep checking plug to make sure I am not leaking & risking frying my engine! Thank Jiffy Lube and Julio should find another job that doesn't require customer service! Had my oil and transmission fluid changed the other day. The next morning I come out and there's a puddle of Trans fluid on my driveway. I checked the drain bolt to see if it was loose and discovered it was stripped. Called them, they said bring it in. Then they try to tell me it was already stripped when I brought it in. He pointed out on the final invoice that they noted the drain bolt was stripped. But this invoice is printed after they do the work. Funny that no one told me about a potential serious problem that could have left me stranded in the middle of nowhere with a blown transmission. , that's how they shirk responsibility. Repairs are now going to cost me several hundred dollars. Cannot recommend EDIT: After several phone calls and emails, it's clear to me that they do not intend to make this right. Came in at 425, no one in line. After a couple minutes the boss comes out and gets my info and what I want and helps me move forward to the bay I need to be in. After 40 minutes nothing has happened. A worker comes over and starts cleaning my windows, cool, until I realized they're so much worse now. Did a terrible job, asked him not to do the rest so he does an even worse job on the rest. Now it's been an hour still haven't even started my oil change. When I finally complain, both the workers give me attitude. I spoke to the manager and got a sorry. 100 is based on 5 quarts. Explained my whole detailed conversation. Got a sorry, here is 10 off and 20 off next oil change. Took my rental car to this Jiffy Lube because it was convenient location. Staff gave me the standard deal with the Yelp CheckIN offer reducing my total. Convenient location right next to Westminster Boulevard and the 405. Parking is adequate they have a few spots, and they want you to park in line to go into the garage for the oil change. Staff told me they would top off fluids, changed oil, among other things, wash the windows. When I left I noticed the exterior the windows were completely smeared by dirty rags so the promise of clean windows was totally unfilled. When desk approached I had to stop and we clean the windows myself because The smear was so bad I couldn't see adequately. As a Lyft driver this cut into my hours in which I could be earning money, instead of cleaning my windows. So if there's a promise that there's going to be clean windows, and there isn't clean windows, this is a problem for the business ...simple poor management. Not recommended, will not return. read more

Julio, the supervisor was indeed the best guy for the job and his fellow coworkers. I brought in my car at 6:25 PM. I called ahead and Julio told me as long I bring my car before 7 PM, he will service and fix my car. Like what other mechanics would do that, even if other shops close at 6 PM? This man has his word and his guaranteed business. He also told me he will vacuum inside the car, which provides me some satisfaction. I did a high-mileage synthetic-blend oil change. At the end, Buddy, I think its his name or nickname, but he pulled up my transaction and escorted me to my car and actually close my door. paid $41 after $16 off coupon for a standard oil change. expensive but my fluids are low and tires need air so I figure its worth it as they advertise they do these things. wrong! they didn't do anything on the check out list and actually lied. list states the air in my tires are 35lbs. complete lie - all of them are at 20lbs. list states they filled the wiper fluid - nope!. also the reservoir for the radiator fluid is empty, floors not vacuumed, windows not cleaned, and the housing for my air filter wasn't latched. so all they did was an oil change and that's not even right. oil level is almost a quart low!!!!! Really nice and great service. They weren't too pushy on things that needed to be done. Tried to help us out on the things that did need to be done. Unfortunately the last oil change was at a different jiffy lube and they created an issue that needed to be fixed this time. They were going to do it at no charge but since the previous service it was out of their franchise they had to charge a partial fee for it.
