DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. i'm not one to make reviews whatsoever but they completely messed up my brake system. Brought my car in with the slightest noise , they did some so called "adjustments" and whatever the hell they did made my car sooooo dang noisy when i brake. Its creaks sooo bad , i brought it back just for them to do the same thing and make it worse. They were supposed to clean and grease both my back drums and only did one. And now my car is complete crap, my brake system is not SAFE. Now i have to gather up any kind of money i have left to go to some other mechanic to find out what the heck they did to my brakes. Worst place ever, not only that this youngsters they had working there did not put any mat down on my seat and left the biggest black smudge circle and black grease stains everywhere. I was literally scrubbing it for 45 mins to get it out. The following day they knew they messed up because one of the guys immediately brought plastic to cover the seat. Super fast service and some of the kindest workers! I've brought my car here for oil changes just twice now while my main mechanic's been out for the time being, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I get from this location! The guys are always very thorough and explain everything I need to know about what they see in the inspections, and don't push me to buy anything extra I don't need or want right then. Great great location. They open at 7 and they run a tight ship. They communicate efficiently and try to be as quick as possible. The receptionist and worker were really nice to us when we arrived. Upon checking the car, they reported problems they found to us and asked if we would like to do it ourselves or they would take care. They listed the prices for all the services we questioned, which was absolutely nice! When my boyfriend asked about the parts, the receptionist explained what could happen and why we needed to change it asap. The price was high compare to all the competitive Asian car services around here, but with the coupon $21.99, we would rather come here for the same price with better service. Spent 2 hours in my car today and got two dents in the hood. Took way to long! But when we finally finished the hood latch wouldn't latch. So 3 dudes tried over and over. About 10-15 times. Then I was asked to go around and someone will come look at it. No I've never had a latch problem. So I called my brother-in-law(mechanic) about the problem and he told me what to do. When I got to my hood I saw the dents. I kept my cool even though I was beyond furious. Talked to the tech. He told me he'd get a tool to pull the dents out. 5 minutes later they let me know they don't have the tool on site but they'll get it in the next day or 2. So now I have to go back to a place I want nothing to do with. When it came to paying the guy didn't try to do anything for me for everything I dealt with. The only discount I got to was a $20 coupon I already had. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. read more

On Friday Aug 30th I had my oil changed and it took two hours. After an hour I was shown my cabin filter which still looked good as I paid for both the cabin and engine filter to be changed with my previous service at the same Jiffy Lube. Then 30 minutes later they informed me my cabin filter was missing and it means they didn't replace it last time I was there and they let me drive off with no engine filter. They tell me now not to worry as they would take care of it for free...ofcourse it wasn't free as I paid for it last time and didn't get it. I filled out the survey the company sent me and explained what happened and requested a call... two weeks later and no call or email leads me to believe they don't care. read more

This Jiffy Lube had helped me when I had tire pressure issues & I wanted to give them them my business w/ oil change. First they upsold me on synthetic oil, then told me both my air filter and cabin filter were very dirty and needed replacing. Then I was told my tranny fluid needed to be replaced & really verbally sold me on replacing fluid as "there are metal flakes in the oil etc" no duh? Now I'm pissed as it really feels like I am being taken advantage of. now instead of $40 for oil change, Jiffy Lube has the bill up to $150 I told them to continue with oil change but do nothing else for now. I then called my dealer who told me that all of the work they claimed needed doing was done 5 months ago. I am just too old for this bullshit. I wont give them any more of my business. I've used this Jiffy Lube several times and have had no complaints. Today's visit I leave after the courtesy window cleaning and vacuuming to find black grease hand prints on my new light tan leather, greasy boot mark from kicking the door panel and every window smeared so badly I had to turn on my wipers with fluid before I even left the lot. Was told by the manager (Amitesh is listed as csa on invoice) that my oil pan gasket was leaking. It's a fairly new car. Go see the dealer. Ok. Go to Honda. Turns out it's the head gasket and I am just in time to be covered under warranty! Strange the dealer didn't notice it when they did the last oil change? LOL The guy who helped me last time was there today so I got to thank him in person which was great. I went Saturday for an oil change. I was told my oil pan gasket was leaking and transmission was leaking as well. I went to my mechanic today and was informed they left the drain plug loose!!!! Tranny was fine, but obvious neglect. Oil pan gasket no leaks as well? I like the manager, but the whole brake fluid test strip was interesting. I had my brakes and fluid replaced 3 weeks ago yet already it's corroded? I get the sales pitch but mix in some ethics. I am done with this place. Jimmy, Anthony and Michael were working on my car today and oil was leaking right after my oil change so I went to a different jiffy lube and turns out the cap was loose, they didn't wash off the old oil and they did not top off any of my fluids. The fact that I had to go back after I was just there for an hour was ridiculous. I also asked them not to change the air filters and they did anyways so they had to go back and take them out when I refused to pay for it. Be careful and throughly look through what they are charging you at the end. Terrible experience over all. I have been going to jiffy lube for years and I have never had a terrible experience except for this one at Westminster. read more

I stopped in to have a headlight repaired but to my dismay the headlight for my car is a special-order bulb and they wouldn't be able to get the bulb in for twenty-four hours. But that didn't stop Gary from helping out and investigating how to get my bulb repaired that day because he knew with one headlight, my car was basically inoperable and just a magnet for a ticket or harassment by the police. So he pointed me in the right direction and asked if i knew how to replace the bulb. I replied, "No"... Because he knew my situation, me not wanting to be ticketed and all. He showed me how to replace the bulb because there was no way i could make it back to him considering the distance of the location i had to buy the bulb from. Teach a Man to fish... Oil change from Hell, Avoid like the plague. 1 Star is 1 to many. Terrible service, they striped my oil pan where the plug goes. I now drip oil on my driveway. To make things even worse they replaced my air filter with no air filter at all and charged me. They also didn't even clip down the air filter holder. While driving to work my car stalled twice almost causing me to be hit. That's when I decided to see if I even had an air filter at all. Which I didn't. I called to speak to the manager and He was not around. I asked for a return call from him and he had an employee call me back. I replaced my own air cleaner and returned to the jiffy lube to be reimbursed for the parts which they did. They still charged for the oil though. When I returned the manager was once again nowhere to be found. No wonder this jiffy lube is a mess, there's no one around to control the chaos. read more

The 5 stars is specifically for Johnnie! I came in because the plate under my car came loose and was hitting the street. I was on my way somewhere when I noticed it and pulled off the freeway to look at it. The first place I saw off the freeway that could maybe help me was Jiffy Lube. I just needed them to zip tie the plate on until I could get it fixed permanently. I drove to bay door and got in line there was 3 cars total in the whole place. I went inside to ask if they could even help me and the guy at the front desk was pretty short with me about it and said it would be at least 45 minutes until they could even look at my car. It really just seemed like he didn't want to bother with me. I decided to try somewhere else so I started backing out and then Johnnie flagged me down and ran up to my car to ask where I was going. I told him what I needed and then I said I'm sorry I just really can't wait 45 minutes for it. He seemed surprised that I was told 45 minutes and he said no no I will do it for you right now. It literally took him 2 minutes to get it done. He is such a kind, caring man and really seemed to take pride in the work he does. He definitely did not have to help me but he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. 10/10!! The other workers seemed very nice too. read more

This place is always changing teams. Sometimes it's good and fast other times it's super slow. Today unfortunately it was slow. I had one car in front of mine and she was having the kitchen sink done to her car and I was stuck in her bay line. It's pretty dependent on which line you're in. Idea: create one line and have the cars stacked until 1 of the 3 bays clears then drive up the next car to that bay. That way if someone is getting the full service, one doesn't have to wait behind that person. Today it took me an hour and I saw two people who came after me get finished before me.
