Every time I've been to this Jiffy Lube, I left with grease/oil on my steering wheel and leather interior, and gear shift of my car. The most recent visit, I mentioned this while checking in and they said there would be no grease/oil inside my car. I won't be going back, as it seems quite obvious that, even with a reminder as I pulled up, they were still unable to treat my car with a modicum of respect. When I choose your business, I expect people I'm paying to service my car, to do so with care. That doesn't happen at this Jiffy Lube. What does happen here is that they try to upsell you and tell you that your car needs things it doesn't. For example, I was asked if I'd like to pay to have my coolant topped. I asked if it was low, and they said it was right between the min and max. Hmmm. I'm no genius, but right between the min and max would seem to be an appropriate amount of coolant. As a person who doesn't know much about cars, but knows enough to sniff out some BS, I won't be going back to this Jiffy Lube. My experience was completely different than most others it seems. I had an amazing experience! Went here to use a groupon for an oil change. The person who greeted me was very nice, and the lady Jesse who was running the customer service side of things was absolutely amazing. As she went over all the options she did a good job of explaining the differences, what she would recommend and why. Then when she explained that I could use a tire rotation and I turned it down because of the added cost (even though it was only $10) and she offered to throw it in for free just to make sure I'm taken care of! They did happen to be out of my specific cabin air filter, but luckily there is an auto parts store on the same block so she offered that if I bought one there she would install it for free for the hassle of having to walk a few hundred feet. Sure it would have been nice if they had the part in stock, )only reason why I gave 4 stars not 5) but considering they didn't, it was very kind of her to install it for free. Lastly, inside waiting area was very clean, in and out in 45 min. Definitely will be back. read more

I will start by saying shame on me. I should have asked prior to handing over my keys how much an oil change cost but I did not. An hour and forty minutes later, even after I was told it would only take thirty five, I was hit with the $100 bill. All I got was an oil change, tire rotation, and an air filter. I went to this Jiffy Lube location this morning to get my oil changed thinking it would be a quick and easy process as it usually is with Jiffy Lube franchises. This on the other hand was quite the opposite experience. I arrived at this location at 8:45am, upon my arrival I was immediately greeted by one of their service workers, to whom I told right away that I needed to be out of there by 9:45am as I had to be at work by 10:00am about 12 minutes away. I was told that this would not be an issue and that the truck in front of me would be finished with service any moment now.... I talked to a couple other customers who were standing outside for a few minutes before heading into the waiting room to wait for my oil change, around 9:15am I notice that they have still not gotten my car into the service bay yet for my oil change, so I went to the service door and was told by one of the service workers that they would not be able to take my car for at least another 30 minutes. I then told them that I had mentioned I needed to have my car done and ready by 9:45am when I first arrived and that I was told this would not be an issue. This would not have bothered me so much if they had just told me right off the bat that they would not be able to do it in time for me to get to work, as there is a Grease Monkey location right across the street that may have been able to get my oil changed had I not waited at Jiffy lube for almost 40 minutes before being told that they would not be able to get the job done in time. Now I am driving my car around when it needs an oil change and I now have to waste my whole lunch break to get an oil change instead of eating because I work til 7pm and will not be able to get it done after work. I would highly suggest not using this location, they may do a good job with oil changes and service but I would not know as they could not accommodate me as they said they would be able to. If there is anything I hate in this world, it is poor customer service skills and dishonesty, I may have been able to get my oil changed elsewhere before work but now instead I have to starve myself until 7pm so I can get my oil changed when I should be eating lunch, read more

Wish I could give zero stars! Went for an oil change hoping they could also patch the slow leak on my front passenger tire. They told me upfront they were unable to patch the tire, which was disappointing since they boast about their tire services on their website. That was fine. They told me it would take 25 minutes to get my car into the bay. 2 hours later my car had not been touched. Again, I tried to be understanding as there were several other people waiting. They convinced me I needed a tire rotation, which I did, so finally after almost 3 hours my car was finished. I should have been suspicious when the guy at the register had to ask the mechanic three different times (as per my request) which position the leaky tire was now in. Six days later my tire pressure light comes on, and guess what!? It was the front passenger tire again! There's no chance they rotated my tires, even though I paid for it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION. I stopped in for an oil change thinking it'd be convenient since I live in the mountains and you typically have to schedule an oil change days in advance. Boy was I wrong. The oil service took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Several times the manager, Chris, came to tell me they were "almost done" only to be made to sit and wait and wait. After finally leaving the shop, a service message came up and when I checked the oil (electronically) it read that there was little oil left. I called immediately, spoke with Chris, and he said they just forgot to reset it. He asked if I could bring it back in but I was already 2 hours away. Not convenient. He was going to try to talk me through resetting it but I had an appointment and didn't have the time. I asked if it was something I could learn from the manual and he said yes. Not true. I later learned that if it doesn't register oil correctly, it can only be reset at a dealership. Additionally, an engine service light was on. I took it to my normal mechanic 6 days later only to learn my car was low 1 1/2 quarts oil and the oil was BLACK!!! I instructed my normal mechanic to go ahead and do a proper oil service. In the mean time I called Jiffy Lube. Chris, the manager, was not available so they weren't able to issue a refund or make accommodation since I was now paying for two oil services in less than a week. I asked that Chris call today when he returned to work. Of course, no phone call. I have called my bank to dispute the credit card charge. Absolutely unacceptable service. read more

Very disappointed in this Jiffy Lube for several reasons. First off though, I would like to say that the staff member my husband dealt with on this visit was friendly and noticed that the air filter on our car was dirty, and they changed it for us (at an additional cost of course).... so that's the good part. Now for the not so good.....my husband went in this morning for an oil change and a brake service, but when he got there they told him that the person who can do the brake service wasn't there. I understand that perhaps not everyone is qualified to perform a particular service, however, they shouldn't list that walk-ins are accepted if not everyone working is able to perform certain services. So no brake service...ok. So my husband decided to just do the oil change. He told the employee behind the counter that he wanted the "high mileage oil" and that he had a coupon for $15 off the service. The employee said that was fine and they took the car. Right off the bat, they told us the air filter was dirty, so that's an extra $20. Every Jiffy Lube I've ever been to will "notice" that the air filter is dirty, no matter how often it gets changed, however this time it was warranted (it's been awhile since it's been replaced). Once they were done, my husband gave the employee the coupon. The coupon was for $15 off an oil change, and it listed the different oil options. We opted for the high mileage because we're going on a road trip. The coupon listed the service as $50 with $15 off....so $35, not a bad deal! When he gave the employee the coupon, the employee said that it would be a total of $70. What?! It should have been $35 for the oil change (with the coupon) and then $20 for the air filter, so $55ish total plus tax. No, the $50 listed on the coupon is how much the service is AFTER taking the coupon into consideration, the actual service is $75! Extremely misleading! I know this is really a general Jiffy Lube problem, as the company itself sends out the coupons, however, the employee behind the counter should have warned my husband about how much it would be, especially since he claimed that he's gotten numerous complaints about the coupon from other customers! All in all, friendly staff, horrible customer service. I understand a business is in to make money, but try thinking of your customers every now and again. read more

I gave two stars because I had never had bad service until the last time I went in, but it was a huge disappointment. I had this location change out my brake pads and rotors on September 2, 2015 because I was already there for an oil change, and constantly used them for service work on my car. I thought everything went well and paid the $300+ charge even after the tech had informed be it was going to be about $260. A couple of weeks ago I started hearing some weird noises like something was loose and pounding hard when I hit a bump. As I drove home from work, I heard a loud "boom" sound so pulled over into a parking lot and heard what seemed to be dragging/scraping from my front driver's side tire. When I was able to get the wheel off, the caliper was completely loose and missing an entire bolt. The movement caused the metal to cut into my car's rim. I replaced the bolt and tightened everything. I checked the other side just to be sure, and what do you know I can tighten and loosen the bolts holding the caliper with my fingers, and the lug nuts were very loose and definitely not torqued as they should have been. I'm very lucky I didn't lose a tire while driving, or my rim was not damaged even more so. I went back for a partial refund of their shoddy work and was told the best they could do was give me one or two free oil changes; what a joke. I had my Kia Sorrento serviced here and they found a nail in one of my tires and pulled the nail and plugged it. I wish they would have told me about the nail before they pulled it so I had the chance to tell them to just leave it alone. After I left I picked up my girlfriend and went to a movie which after it was over we came out to a totally flat tire just guess which one ? Right the one they plugged. We were stuck there for just under 3 hours waiting for AAA to come fix it. When I called them to tell them about it they were extremely rude and blamed it on another nail or something they were not responsible for and after an argument I was told to get a lawyer and sue them after me mentioning I could do that. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespected in my life not even willing to look at the tire. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I know they should FIRE one very rude employee immediately if not sooner. read more

The manager on the weekends was rude, disrespectful, and demeaning. I went to the Westminster Co location for an oil change. The employees were working on my car. In about ten minutes my car was moved to the back of the line. I asked what happened, the manager blamed employees for mistake. In the meantime he could tell I was upset and confused as to what happened. He said comments such as "Maybe a ride on the back of my motorcycle would make things better" and "people like you will bring in more customers" . As he was helping other customers, he would try to make conversations with me. I was upset and uncomfortable. I asked for my keys to leave. He sped up the process to get my car taken care of. I was there for more than two hours. I said if I knew it would take this long I would have done the oil change myself. He looked at me with a smirk and said "you wouldn't be able to change your own oil". Yes I am a woman and know how to do a damn oil change. Took my Honda Accord to jiffy lube for a regular oil change. First they try to sell me a better quality oil for $69.99 then they tell me I have headlights out, a license plate light out, dirty air filter, dirty cabin filter and then to top it off they offer to clean the sun damage on the headlights. These people lost there god damn mind. Let me tell you the problems here. My car has HID lights so when you turn them on you have to wait a second. Not at this jokey lube. They continuously turn the lights off and on until I went into the garage to tell them to stop and now one of my hid ballasts are burned out, then they test my brake fluid and tell me there are 2 different types of brake fluid in the car and that it can mess up my engine. Yea, I'm Donald trump. Try again. They lied and said my license plate light was out and I literally checked it as soon as I went outside and sure enough it wasn't out. These vultures are just trying to take people for a ride. Ladies if you don't know cars well stay away from this place. Beware ! Not a good place to go for an oil change. Do not go here! Continuing my review as jiffy stated they would resolve the issues I had. Today's date is 7/17/17. The only phone I have received from jiffy lube was a survey call. Issue still has not been resolved. I have been a loyal customer of the Jiffy Lube on 73rd and Sheridan in Arvada for at least a year. In the past I have done business with other Jiffy Lube's. Today I went in to get my oil checked because a service light came on. I was particularly concerned about the oil plug since the employee who performed the work under the car apologized about the time it took to service my vehicle. He told me ,"The last guy here (at Jiffy Lube) really screwed up your oil plug opening." The time he is referring to is the previous oil change when they put the oil plug back on after draining the old oil they apparently used the air ratchet to tighten the oil plug. Even I know this is not ever a good idea. Because of this the threads on the oil plug hole disintegrated and they had to drill and Heliacoil the hole so that the threads from the oil plug would have something to grip onto. In entering the driveway a young man with lots of arm tats asked what he could help me with. I told him that I wanted my oil level checked because damage was caused to the oil plug by one of the techs there, His attitude seemed to change.He referred me with an abrupt tone to the waiting room where I waited until a young lady came in and spoke briefly to me. I explained the situation to here in more detail than I had to the tatted guy. He then came in and with a large chip on his shoulder told me that there was no issue with the oil plug. I told him he didn't need to get in my face. Another young man named Ian came over to try to deescalate the situation. I was not acting well by this time. I cussed several times. He and his cohorts were referring to me as "Tough Guy". I used several more unflattering names for Mr. Tatt as I drove my car out of the shop. I have to say that I was not very professional, but it is upon them to not start a problem with a customer. Based on the other reviews I have read about this shop I will never go there again. I will once again change my own oil and do my minor maintenance. DON'T GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR MONEY-THEY DON'T DESERVE IT. employee took money for service that was never completed. flush and replaced a thermostat....never gave me a receipt and charged $70 cash which he said he was going to pocket. next day car overheated so badly different mechanic company said it needed a new radiator. turns out jiffy lube employee lives on porperty in an RV and when speaking to management they said he has done this before even after being told no to. had a meeting with store manager that he didnt bother to show up for, and after calling customer service got the run around and told i didnt have a leg to stand on..... look at the reviews! read more

This is by far the worst place I have ever been to. Customer service sucks here! I paid for a full service routine oil change and air filter, with vacuum service and cleaning the windows. ALL THEY DID WAS REPLACE THE OIL! They didn't clean or vacuum anything after they told me it was a 45 minute wait and it turned into 2 hours. When I told the workers I was upset that I paid for work that wasn't done they didn't offer anything to better the solution! They were also supposed to walk me out to my vehicle and show me under the hood (company policy) and they never did. So they left the hood open on my car. Didn't tell me anything. I drove away from this company and the hood flew up on me a block a way as I just reached 45 MPH, smacks the windshield and damages my car $1700 worth. Almost lost control of the car in the middle of Sheridan Blvd. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. They also promised a free brake inspection with ANY purchase. I requested for the service and I never received it.
