I have been getting oil changes from this Jiffy Lube for the last 2 or 3 years. I admit that when I first started visiting this store, I was not impressed with certain things. I have noticed SIGNIFICANT improvements since last year, however, ever since they got this new manager named Paul. If an additional service is necessary, I am told about it...which is expected I suppose, but what I really like is that nobody tries to push anything on me if it isn't necessary. If all I need is an oil change, that's all I get and I'm out of there within 15 minutes without hassle. They don't mess anything up - there is no need to complain to anyone, because the service has improved so much (a previous review mentioned complaints - but now, I would actually be surprised if they get any complaints at all). Suffice it to say, before this Paul guy showed up at this store, I was suspicious - concerned that they might try to rip me off....I just had "bad vibes" but kept going anyway because my time is limited and figured I'd "take my chances." I don't have the attitude of "I'll take my chances" anymore, because I trust this Jiffy Lube COMPLETELY now. Actually, it isn't only the manager that has changed, it seems that they have a completely new staff altogether - a staff that is on top of their work. If anyone out there stopped visiting this place because of crap service they received a few years ago, you might consider giving them another chance and see the improvements yourself. Just to put it all in perspective - I now ENJOY going to this Jiffy Lube because I TRUST them. KUDOS to Jiffy Lube management (and those customers who complained) for being able to spot poorly performing workers. Thanks to them, those people are now gone, replaced by people with a lot more class. read more

I was coming home from the work so I thought I'll just take my car for an oil change. I had never been to this Jiffy Lupe for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised, the customer service and car service was excellent. I was waited on by Jennifer. She made sure I understood what was being done and why. As I was leaving I noticed that what I thought was the oil light and the reason for bringing in my car was still on, but Jennifer went out of her way and explained it wasn't my oil light, but in fact my engine light. She also went above and beyond and connected some gadget to my car and was able to tell me the code/reason why the engine light was on. I called my mechanic and told him what Jennifer said. He told me to bring the car in right away and was able to make the repair. Thanks to Jennifer's great service my car is running better than it has in a while. People are very quick to complain, but I would like to thank Jennifer and Jiffy Lupe for their great service. I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. read more

went for a oil change today after work around 5pm and the workers were so nice friendly and made sure to check my car everywhere very nice managers Kyle and joy assisted the other two workers Robert and Jacob they worked great as a team and made sure to inform me of everything they noticed about my car even tho it was getting late they still had welcoming smiles and did a great job recommend going especially if u are not sure what needs to be done with ur car they will let you know and answer any questions u have and explain things threw thanks again Kyle joy Robert and Jacob for doing a great job hope u guys have a great holiday and I will be coming back for my next oil change!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I have an older vehicle and the coolant light had been lighting up for a few days. I was driving near this place, but had about 25 miles more to drive, so I called them just before closing time to see if they'd look at it. Randall, Tim and Lloyd could not have been nicer! They refilled my radiator and anti-freeze and told me that my car was gonna need some work. I told them I was actually on my way to trade it in, but they advised me not to drive - to let the car rest and make the trip the next day. I went in today for an oil change and the guys were great... Micheal, Jay, and Brian made it so fast and easy. They had me in and out within 25 minutes.... Not only did they do a great job the store manager went out of his way as to help me out after my service.... I can say that I am genuinely pleased and impressed by this staff and will most certainly continue to get service here. The staff was friendly and they provided a service that I did need and didn't try to rip me off by providing a service that I did not need. My check oil light had come on.So I figured I probably need an oil change. They easily could have done that and I would have never known the difference. Both my brake lights were out and they were the only local place open after work (@5:30pm). Even though I showed up about 20 minutes before closing, the 4 men did not hesitate to get to work replacing them. They even checked the other lights to make sure they were ALL working.
