This location lacks in customer service. Do not visit after 8pm; employees are rushing to get cleaned up before actual closing time and your order will suffer the consequences. Calling to rectify any mistakes in your order will disappoint you, if you're lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone. Phone goes unanswered close to closing time, and definitely not answered after the 9pm mark. Our order was haphazardly thrown together with the avocado seeping out on the packaging and in the bag, and a whole sandwhich was missing. Called next day to get refund and owner was unapologetic, and lacked sympathy for his employees lack of courtesy and customer service. read more

This location is super clean and fast and the sandwiches are good. I downloaded the app after the second time I went here and acquired a free sandwich for signing up. I usually order via the app for pick-up and it's literally done in five minutes. The employees are also nice here. Won't be back ! Ordered #4 Turkey Tom and a Lil John (kids Turkey sand) for my daughter. The cashier asks, "You want cheese on those?" Since when is cheese an add-on/up-charge for a sub sandwich?? Then, to add insult, I get home and my sandwich doesn't even contain any cheese that I'd paid for! Probably because the preparers aren't conditioned to make your sandwiches with cheese unless you agree to pay for it. My daughter likes her sandwiches plain: just turkey, cheese and bread, and you're gonna charge extra for cheese on her little sandwich which I ordered without spread or produce? Sad. Furthermore, I ordered my sandwich without mayo, as I usually opt for the deli mustard. "Oh, we've gotten rid of that, we have the little Dijon mustard packets we can give you." You guessed it, up-charge for that, too! What self-respecting sub sandwich shoppe doesn't offer to prepare a sub sandwich for you with deli mustard?? The 4 stars are based mostly on my boyfriend's opinion, I'd go 3 but that's because I'm not too excited about chain sandwich places. My BF frequents them more than I do so consider this review a combo (without the chips & soda). Ha! We went here for the first time & ordered the "for a limited time" Summer Wraps; Chicken Caesar & Beef Ranch. My BF really enjoyed them. They were cold & fresh. The lettuce crisp & each ingredient made for a nice balance of amount & flavors. They even had crunchy croutons. I like sandwiches more than wraps but these tasted good. I thought the prices were high looking at the menu board but that's not just Jimmy John's pricing, most sub sandwich places are along the same lines. The 2 wraps came to a few cents under $18. Ouch! If you plan to become a regular customer they offer something you can join so you can probably save a few $$. We'll come back again & give the sandwiches a try & if they still have the wraps I know what my BF will get. I may even go for the bread-less option & hope I don't feel too deprived. The place is clean & the manager (owner?) was helpful & friendly. It's a smallish place & depending on time of day parking can be a bit of a challenge, as it's next door to Starbuck's. Jimmy John's does have great commercial's with Brad Garrett who plays a guy who owns a sandwich chain. He's jealous of (what he yells out) "Jimmy's John's!!" while shaking his fists. I would highly recommend taking advantage of their delivery service, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. Freaky fast it is no more. I've been going to Jimmy John's for over five years and normally the experience up till last month was still the same. I decided to call in three sandwiches at 11:30 in the morning thinking I would go pick it up and it would be convenient. There was a coupon for Savon two which would've gave me one sandwich free but it didn't work on my app so when I got to the store the cashier said you'll need to call corporate about that of course when I called corporate they said you need to talk to the store about that. That wasn't the issue though. When I got to the store there was one person in front of me in line I got there 1130 my sandwiches have not been started and two other people ordered after me who got their sandwiches first. I left there at 11:50 waiting 20 minutes for sandwiches I ordered at 11o'clock. Definitely look at the reputation I think they're looking for but the staff seemed all new and everything look appeared not to be organized. I'm not sure if this is the right location be next to a Starbucks that has people coming and going parking is very limited who knows how long I would've waited for the sandwiches to be delivered. I called and it would be faster for me to come get it. When I finally got my food, even though it was for delivery no one said a word about the delivery fee or the tip I left for the driver. Go to Jersey Mikes down the road. At least they tell you how long it will take to get your order. I love Jimmy Johns but I did not have a good experience with this location. We had a phone order and was told pick up would be ready at noon. When i got their at noon they hadn't even started on the order. I was told it would be maybe another 10-15 mins. It was not ready until almost 1pm. They were very busy and people lined up.
