Legit nothing in veggie sub.. such a scam
    Hui-yu Y.

    - the veggie sub comes with nearly nothing - I thought i want to eat healthy but man, there is nearly nothing in the sub ! There is suppose to be avocado in there, but nope! A couple slices of cheese, cucumbee, and tomato costs $7??? Never again!

This is NOT what I got......

First off I was stupid and didn't take a picture of the wrap I got. That being said I got something that isn't even what I ordered and it took over an hour. What I did get was basically a bland Turkey wrap with nothing of what this add says it is. No chicken, no dressing. I'm honestly curious what it even was. I can no longer use JJs since it takes close to an hour and a half every time I order. The order gets processed fast, but the length of time it takes to deliver less than a miles is insane. I could just order door dash and have everything here in a reasonable amount of time. Who even runs this locations?! You're ruining the entire business model for all JJ locations. Not only that, but on one occasion the food was just left at a curb in front of our business.... Thank god an employee saw it happen and grabbed it. DO BETTER!

Sloppy and missing toppings (I cut in half myself again)
    Tiffany A.

This is the closest JJ to my office so I order delivered (that used to be free?) from time to time. I've worked at this location for about three years and the sandwiches have consistently gotten worse. Today, as with the last few times my sandwich wasn't cut in half as requested and was missing onions. The overall taste isn't that great either which is a bit unsettling. Probably won't order any time soon and hope they work out the kinks at this store.

    Unwich
    Kayla L.

They need to learn how to make unwiches. I barely had 1 peice of lettuce and could hardly eat it because the whole unwich fell apart. They also forgot to put hot peppers on my sandwich. This was one of my saddest experiences at Jimmy John's.

Very fast accurate service. The sandwich was great. Staff not real friendly but most importantly the sandwich was great.

Bread was hard and tasteless. Very expensive for a small sandwich. I've had much better elsewhere.

Very good and fast food. Ingredients are fresh and prepared well on the sandwich. Open seating most of the day, but at lunch it gets busy.

Food is good but don't expect a lot in terms of hygiene at this location. Hair nets are optional but hair is guaranteed in your sandwich :)

The menu is quite small with three cold sandwiches and three hot ones, each inspired by a different region of the globe with the South Pacific, South America and Mediterranean as a few examples. There were two salads listed as well. I've been here twice and both times, when I went to place my order on the iPad, the menu stated they were out of stock for the sandwich that I wanted. However, when I asked the employee, she said that was not correct. So if you see the same message when ordering, it's worth asking about it! During my first visit, I ordered the RENDANG ($14). This hot sandwich came packed with SO much meat! Very tender chunks of marinated beef tasted of coconut, curry and warm spices. The flavor had true depth and I could actually taste hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Thin spears of pickled cucumber and carrot added crunch and a perfect zing of acidity. They were refreshing and cut through the rich beef. A drizzle of Sambal Terasi (chili) aioli gave it another layer of flavor. Cilantro, mint and Thai basil were all fresh and vibrant. The bread was lightly toasted, being a little crinkly in texture without being harsh against my gums. If I could change something, I would include a couple extra slices of the cucumber to balance out the ratio of vegetables to meat, and add a bit more of the aioli. Other than that, this is a great sandwich influenced by flavors of the South Pacific. My companion got the STEAK sandwich ($15) and enjoyed it. The steak slices were thinly cut and tender as well. They do their beef right! On another occasion, I tried the PROSCIUTTO ($14), one of their cold sandwiches. The delicate layers of prosciutto were placed on top of sliced tomatoes, pickled onion and arugula, all between pressed focaccia bread. Truffle mustard was spread on both pieces of bread, which was WAY too much in my opinion. With this mustard having a stronger flavor, it overpowered the sandwich and made it too tangy, especially in combination with the pickled onions. The menu stated this should include pistachios, but I didn't notice any, and they were all out of provolone, so there was also an absence of cheese. For the prices, these sandwiches are pretty generous in size, so I consider them a good deal, especially for the Bellevue area. The ingredients are fresh and make for a fantastic lunch option. While I wasn't a huge fan of the Prosciutto sandwich, I'd definitely go back again for another Rendang!

The one that I like the most was the pork cutlets, even if it was cold it was good. The savory options were not too sweet which I liked. Not a huge fan on the salmon tho. The only issue I had was definitely the portion, it was small. It seems big in the photo and display but the one you get it small. When u open the sandwich the filling and bread ratio is kinda small, which was disappointing because it's kinda pricey. A nice place to try a lot of flavors, definitely recommend.

The bagels were delicious and toasted perfectly. It came with whipped butter and raspberry jam on the side. The pastrami omelet was very large and came with a generous serving of potatoes. ALso tried the pastrami and corned beef breakfast bagel, which was packed with almost like an omelet tucked inside a bagel. Also got a side of hand made chicken sausage which was okay. Tasted healthy. The one disappointment was the vanilla latte. It tasted more like it came from an automated coffee machine than a traditional espresso machine and lacked the flavor and quality I was expecting. Most things are self-serve here, including finding your own seating, grabbing silverware, getting water, and pouring drip coffee. As we were leaving, a live musician was getting set up to play, Which added a really welcoming atmosphere. The inside is nicely decorated and family friendly, with lots of children's books around to help keep little ones entertained. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but the portions are large.
