First off I was stupid and didn't take a picture of the wrap I got. That being said I got something that isn't even what I ordered and it took over an hour. What I did get was basically a bland Turkey wrap with nothing of what this add says it is. No chicken, no dressing. I'm honestly curious what it even was. I can no longer use JJs since it takes close to an hour and a half every time I order. The order gets processed fast, but the length of time it takes to deliver less than a miles is insane. I could just order door dash and have everything here in a reasonable amount of time. Who even runs this locations?! You're ruining the entire business model for all JJ locations. This is the closest JJ to my office so I order delivered (that used to be free?) from time to time. I've worked at this location for about three years and the sandwiches have consistently gotten worse. Today, as with the last few times my sandwich wasn't cut in half as requested and was missing onions. The overall taste isn't that great either which is a bit unsettling. I want to give big props to the employees of this location! I ran in for a quick sandwich and parked right out front I didn't see any signs that stated no parking. While waiting for my sandwich one of the employees seen the parking enforcement pointing at my car. She asked if that was anyone's car and I quickly ran outside. There was a sigh that said "no parking" however it was covered by a large tree. He instructed me to move inside to their parking lot (which I didn't know was there). After I had made a loop around for a spot; one of the employees came out with my sandwich. So I didn't have to park again and go inside. Hello, The delivery driver delivered this to an Urgent Care Facility. There is no issue with delivering this item to the front desk, the person it was for actually works in urgent care. PLEASE DO NOT CUT THE LINE AND DROP IT OFF AT THE CHECK-IN DESK WHEN THERE IS AN ACTUAL SICK PATIENT CHECKING IN. That is extremely unsanitary for the person who is receiving the food. That is extremely inappropriate for the patient, who is checking-in & food is thrown next to them, while seeking medical attention. I am sure that this would be no issue if the patient was picking-up take out. However, DO NOT JUMP THE LINE & INTERRUPT A PATIENT AS THEY ARE SEEKING MEDICAL ATTENTION. Also, no words were exchanged. The delivery person just dropped it off, it was not even known what was dropped off until much later. You also just threw food on a place where multiple sick people are sitting, leaning, bleeding coughing on. I've fallen prey to the fastness of delivery they offer. Too bad their sandwiches aren't as good as their delivery. I've ordered enough times to realize that this location consistently has a problem with their over done bread. Why? Why I ask? Is it too difficult to not over bale your bread when you're a sandwich shop? The first time I called and complained, the second I let it slip and the third I have to write a review. Maybe I just get them on an off day? I don't know. The key to a return customer is consistency of product. I'll definitely remember this the net time I'm hungry and need some lunch. My usual is #9 the Italian- cost $8.00 I add chips for $1.75. The sandwich is a decent size for the price as my only item to fix would be the bread. I would avoid this Jimmy John's location at all cost. I order from this shop almost daily. I work in an office complex that they've delivered to, most of the time successfully. However there are times where the delivery service is horrendous. Today is one of those days. Not only did they not deliver to my office they delivered to a neighboring building. I didn't notice until I called the store to inquire on an order that was taking over three hours. The gentleman who picked up was not only rude but pretty much told me to go try to find it on my own. Completely unacceptable! I will purposely take my business to another retailers and not Jimmy John's. Big mistake! read more

Incredibly rude employee. I'll never darken the door of this place again. Don't know her name, but she was blond, female, VERY millennial, and had a mouth like a drunken sailor. I made the mistake of asking her for a bag for my to go order. She turned and walked away from me. When she returned to the counter, I asked her again for a bag. She pointed down to the counter next to her (a lower level than the service counter) and said loudly, "You're SUPPOSED to do it yourself. The bags are right there." The pile of bags had a large stapler on top of it, and was actually stashed half under the counter. I only noticed it when she pointed it out. Apparently you bag your own food at Jimmy John's. No problem. I put my food in the bag and walked out without a word. As I passed the front window, I looked in and saw her and her co-worker staring at me and shaking their heads as they talked, like I was some sort of idiot. I walked back in, put the food on the counter and told them to keep it; I'd contact customer service about it later. As I walked back out the front door, the blonde yelled "f*** you!". Even if I'd been the typical rude, entitled customer, or had gotten loud, that sort of behavior is just not acceptable. Especially when a Panera store and a Subway store are literally less than 100 feet from this location. Good riddance, and I hope this young woman gets used to a life putting lunch meat between onto pieces of bread behind a counter with that attitude. read more

Very good and fast food. Ingredients are fresh and prepared well on the sandwich. Open seating most of the day, but at lunch it gets busy.

I order online and mark everything the way I want it, unfortunately not once, not twice but the last 3 times the order has been wrong missing multiple customizations, I even use the reorder button check it twice and submit. The incompetent workers with 1 job to make a sandwich, just can't seem to figure out how to add onions and oregano to a sandwich. This location refused to serve me the other day. When I came in to order a sandwich, they asked if I had a mask. I apologized and told them that I didn't. Haven't worn one in that shop for the past year and they've never said anything (I go there at least once a week for lunch). They then called over the manager who was pretty rude about it. Told me I wasn't allowed in without a mask. I literally don't even own one. Already had covid, not afraid of it + have natural immunity, don't need one anymore. I would have happily put one on for the 1 minute I would have been waiting however they didn't offer one either, just turned me away. The silly thing is that I couldn't even hear them talking. 1.5 hour wait on a mobile order that I ended up calling and cancelling when the employee that answered told me it would be at least another 20 minutes, if not more. Employee obviously did not give a rip about finding a solution. Management never bothered to follow up with a phone call after Customer Care promised they would connect with me on the experience. If management doesn't care, neither will the employees and the customer loses. From other reviews on this store I can see that I am not the only one having this type of low-quality experience with this store that is clearly not typical of other Jimmy John's location. The sandwiches are delivered nearly missing their contents - just bread and a few shreds of lettuce - very disappointing. Worst of all, they are only 2 blocks from me, but I've been waiting over 45 minutes for my sandwich... Really? Food is consistently good. When I have ordered from other locations, delivery was prompt. This place is awful if you need anything on time. It's been 50 minutes and they still aren't here. This is not the first time. I'm at work and this is my lunch break. If they want to communicate it will take forever I would be less frustrated. But because most locations provide speedy service, I was taken by surprise. Perhaps there is a different location nearby that does a better job. I found the service was acceptable although I found it funny a guy wearing a bicycle helmet and racing gear took my order. The sandwich came quickly and tasted pretty good. I wasn't given the option to toast my sandwich and they didn't ask for type of bread. I guess you're stuck with whatever bread they have.
