I love Jimmy Johns! I like their quality and how there isnt too much bread. Their meats and veggies also taste so fresh. This place is located across the street from Costco and near an ATT store, and other small food places. I came in and was helped right away. The lady was very friendly and asked about things I didnt even think about like if I wanted cheese. Now, while I love Jimmy Johns, I dont go out and eat often so I didnt even think adding certain things was an option. I had the sandwiches a couple hours later for a picnic and it was still delicious when we had it. The pickles are nice and crunchy too. My only minus half a star is that since we didnt eat right away, the pickle juice seeped into the paper and made my bag wet. Perhaps they should use something besides paper or something that would keep the pickles from leaking. Other than that, I know Ill keep coming back. read more

Cold sandwiches that you can't really customize like you can with a Subway sub, but much more expensive and way less satisfying. I just paid $10.10 for a lettuce wrap with cold turkey, sliced cheese and tomatoes with mustard and mayo. I had to pay extra for bacon and they forgot my avocado (presumably the reason why my unwich was more expensive than the other 2 sandwiches my family got with bread. I come here when I bring my car in for maintenance, which mean not very often. Each time I've come here with kids, and every visit to this place has been great as the kids love their sandwiches. What makes it easy are the two sweet ladies behind the counter helping me out. They always put a smile on for the kids. The sandwiches have been of near-deli quality... if not then deli quality. The bread is delicious, and the meats have been mated to tasty veggies whose flavors are fresh and satisfying. I'm not huge on fountain beverages, so I opt for water. The place has been very clean with each visit, but there's an interesting aroma of fresh cheeses and foods in the air. Some may object to it, but we don't mind at all. There aren't blinds or shades on the windows, so we usually find a spot away from harsh sunlight. Chairs are of acceptable comfort, even though they're metal. With the quality and care put into this location I will keep coming back every time I maintain my car. I visited this location today with my girlfriend and had a really terrible experience. We waiting about 5 minutes before the staff workers, who saw us walk in, said anything to us. I finally call out "are we able to order?" One of the only 2 people working snaps at me "we're short staffed and have too many orders, you're going to have to wait 20-30 minutes for your food." We needed to run to target nearby so I say ok we'll order and then come back to collect it. They say ok. We then wait 15 minutes, trying to be understanding that they were busting their tails back there. Finally the other worker who we hadn't spoken to yet comes to take our order, and we pay. We then say "ok we'll be back" and the other guy says "it'll be 45 minutes until it's ready." I'm like what? You just said 20-30 like we have somewhere to be... he says "I told you we're short staffed, if you don't like it I can give your money back." We go back and forth a bit, he was insanely rude and when giving me a refund never gave me a receipt or anything and my card was charged. I honestly think he was trying to keep any more people from ordering, which I understand but he was SO rude. He could have simply said "we're not accepting any more orders right now, I apologize" and we would have happily left. Instead we wasted a chunk of time simply because he doesn't have a shred of customer service skills. It's a no for me dog... Last note I wanna make, I've worked restaurants and retail my whole life and the franchise owner or any management should have been there helping their staff instead of leaving them to the wolves like that. A few things to have in mind. *Ordering = quick and simple. *Service = the staff is helpful and friendly. *Delivery = The food is always on time, labeled and they can provide with the extras on the side. I worked in a Potbelly sandwich shop for three years in my youth, so I feel justified in my claim of sandwich knowledge. I think this Jimmy John's, and all Jimmy John's, are 5-star establishments based on 2 items - the wheat bread and the unwich. So many sandwich locations have poor offerings for those trying to low-carb it, but Jimmy John's delivers (literally and figuratively). The unwich is your favorite sandwich ingredients wrapped in a lettuce burrito. Far superior to meat dumped on top of shredded lettuce (I'm looking at you, Jersey Mike's). The wheat bread is really the only way to eat their sandwiches. Baked fresh and dense with lots of grain, the wheat bread makes an ideal book end to hold together your sandwich goodies. I'm not into the white bread. The staff here are super accommodating, courteous, and obviously (I believe) they make great sandwiches. Item of note - Many gourmet/specialty sandwich shops focus on certain ingredients and have a smaller menu. Hence what makes their food a unique, special experience. People complaining they don't make hot sandwiches or have American cheese are the same kind of people who go to a seafood restaurant and order a burger. read more

Unfortunately I like Sandwiches and Jimmy John's, since I work in Aerospace local it allows me to go during lunch, however I have two complaints for staff, recently at times they are not very welcoming or happy to be there and today when I walked in I immediately was told that there was a 20 minute wait because they were doing a catering order, since when does catering shutdown a business for 20 minutes when someone is on a timed lunch. I'm not sure why management allows this or better yet have better training on how to Greet customers, all in all it worked out for me. I placed an order ahead of time for pick up and, granted, I was early, but the cashier looked at the order receipt when I got there as it hadn't even been received or started.
