The Gravy: I grabbed this hoping for something similar to KFC's brown gravy or Dairy Queen's country white gravy. I wasn't a huge fan of it with the nuggets, it has a strong, savory flavor profile that seems like it would be great poured over rice, but it didn't quite work for me as a chicken dip. Service & Experience The Wait: The main downside was speed. I had to wait about 15 minutes after being asked to pull around from the drive-thru lane. It took long enough that I actually thought they might have forgotten about the order! Definitely a 4 star experience. The chicken and Sriracha Mayo are good enough to bring me back, I'll just make sure I'm not in a hurry next time!

Why? Why do you take my driver's license and COPY down my license number when buying a gift card with a credit card? I've been doing a slow burn on this. What a crock of horseshit. When queried, the young man said "In case there's a problem." What problem would that be? I can possibly understand verifying that I was indeed the cardholder, but not scribbling my license number onto a post-it note. I walked in along a worker who had taken valuable customer parking directly in front of the entrance door. I thought he was a customer as we both walked in at 10. He walked over to tge time clixk and was putting his hands down his pants tuxking his shirt in; pretty far down. Then he walked over and started filling up the lettuce bin. What business in MODERN DAY SOCIETY does not have utensils. So if some of the meat in my sandwich falls out then I have to use my fingers. I AM NOT AN ANIMAL I AM A HUMAN BEING. The manager essentially told us we "f***ed up," using that exact profanity to blame the customer rather than help solve a simple order error. To be spoken to that way by leadership in a place of business is disgusting. Using profanity toward a customer who is trying to address a medical dietary necessity is not just rude--it's a total failure of management. If this is how they treat their regulars, I'd suggest you take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other shops in Henderson that actually value their customers and understand basic human decency.

When it was my turn, I ordered a footlong BLT on herb cheese bread and a footlong meatball and pepperoni on Italian (their monthly special). "We ain't got no meatball" the man behind the counter said in a mumble. He had to repeat it a second time for me to understand him. I then ordered a cold cut combo and requested that both be toasted. The Mumbler put my bread in the toaster and then went on to the next customer. As he was preparing the sandwich of the customer behind me, he reached over the sandwich that his co-worker was preparing for the customer in front of me and literally put his armpit in her sandwich in spite of his co-worker's futile attempt to protect the sandwich. So the customer behind me paid and left and the customer in front of me had left and my bread had now been sitting in the toaster waiting, as was I, for the two people making sandwiches to finish with people BEHIND me. Now it was finally my turn. I had to explain the order again as The Mumbler had moved on to someone else. Did I want my bacon heated? As it looked almost raw, yes I did. Then I had to wait again. Why didn't The Mumbler put it in the toaster while the bread was toasting? Two more customers behind me paid and left the restaurant. The microwave dinged, but by now the woman behind the counter was helping The Mumbler as he seemed to be falling behind. The bacon sat ignored in the microwave for at least two minutes. The woman behind the counter had given me one of the sandwiches that must have belonged to one of the myriad of customers that got waited on before me even though they were behind me in line. The sandwich that my co-worker received was turkey and bacon. My thought from earlier was confirmed as she said that the bacon was, indeed, almost raw. My co-worker returned to the Subway in order to receive the correct sandwich. When she explained what happened, the woman behind the counter explained that the man who had accidentally received her sandwich had returned that one as well.
