I love Jimmy's. Great sandwiches. I'll be back just NOT to this one. Proprietor, if you care about your franchise you're probably reading these reviews, but judging by the unfavorable comments, I'm sure your too busy. The employees are subpar at best, in regards to customer service. Placed an order and it freakishly didn't ever freaking show up. Had to go get it and they gave me the sandwich they had made over an hour before. Ha! Jokers. A generous two stars because Jimmy Johns is typically pretty consistent. i love jimmy johns with my heart and soul. after a very stressful day of finals i wanted nothing more but to enjoy my jimmy johns sandwich. a #12 with no cucumbers. upon arriving to this location i noticed a small discrepancy and some negative energy coming from your employees 2 in particular. as they were arguing about who would be making the sandwiches and who would be taking the order, making a large commotion. after 5 minutes they finally stopped arguing and the bearded man came over to take my order, i walked up to the counter with some hesitation due to the energy radiating from behind the counter and was met with a snarky comment from your employee "are you going to order or just stand there laugh and talk about social media" i was flabbergasted, as was everyone else in the store. i began to walk to the exit without a second thought, however the door was locked. a safety hazard and a terrible experience. fix your customer service. read more

extremely shocked by the customer service... me and a few friends came in and immediately noticed an argument between two of the workers behind the counter which prevented anyone from taking our orders. we waited patiently for about 5 minutes for someone to take our order while they continued arguing and the restaurant filled with more waiting customers. some of the other customers ahead of us left the store after unsuccessfully trying to get the attention of the workers while they shouted at each other. when a worker finally came to take our order, my friend approached the counter and was rendered speechless when the worker aggressively asked, "are you going to order or are you just going to stand there and talk about social media all day?" Everyone in the line was stunned by his tone, especially as we had been extremely patient while he handled his personal argument extremely loudly. she had hardly opened her mouth to order when she was cut off in an unbelievably disrespectful manner. all of the customers in the store were just as shocked as we were and we left immediately, my friend on the verge of tears. disgusted by the lack of service and blatant disrespect. read more

Almost always is the bread fresh. I've eaten at this location since it first opened and only had one time where the bread was less than fresh. Other than that they are always prompt and eager to please. Thank you to he Jimmy Johns staff over there. Keep up the good work . read more

Miserrrrraaaable jimmy johns. Ordered delivery while I'm at work and it's 1 mile away took an hour to have it delivered. Obviously had been sitting out and just never delivered. Ordered a Vito and received it dry no Italian dressing it has, also forgot my chips, my lettuce was brown and parts of the cheese is hard...yuck. Too much money for crap sandwiches. They're so good to me, and the sandwiches are incredible! They treat their customers incredibly well and really show that they appreciate us! read more

The staff was so rude and unproffesional I walked in the door and they were to busy talking bad about there co workers to greet me. Finally I had to say hello to them to even get there attention. WOW...I have eaten at this location weekly for some time. Today I thought I would try something different than my regular sandwich and ordered a Italian Club. The web site says "try it with hot peppers...just ask". so I as for the sandwich with the peppers on the side just in case they are too hot. The manager tells me no. He cannot put them on the side. he can put them on the the lettuce so I can remove them. I tell him I want to try them but I want them on the side as not to ruin my whole sandwich if they are too hot. He says he cant. BECAUSE (get this!!!) corporate will not allow it. It slows down the process too much. AS IF ARGUING WITH ME FOR 5 MINUTES ABOUT HOW I WANT MY SANDWHICH DIDNT SLOW IT DOWN TOO MUCH!! I like their sandwiches but their delivery stinks. This is the second time It's taken over an hour to get my order. I placed it right when they opened and only live 1 mile from the place. When I called to find out about it, they told me both times that their delivery drivers didn't show up. If That's the case, hire some more reliable drivers. Another terrible experience with this Jimmy John's. It took over an hour to receive our 3 sandwich's and when we called to inquire (at the 40 minute mark), a young, extremely unprofessional gal answered the call. We quickly told her that we were checking on the status of our order that we had placed over 40 minutes ago....She immediately yelled loudly to the other workers to see if they knew where our sandwich's were. The answer she gave us was "Hey sorry man but we only have one driver so it's gonna take another 20 or 25 minutes." The guy that delivered the food was friendly enough but seemed under the influence of something and the food came soggy and missing the chips. Seriously? I've ordered from this location numerous times over the past 2 years as I work at bmw down the street and today I found a hair in my sandwich unfortunately that will now be the last time I order from them as well as all my coworkers that frequent there. Really, I can't remember any business (especially one that makes most of its money by delivery) refusing to deliver 1.5 miles from their store location. Last night I called this JJ location and was told that I was literally "right across the street from our cutoff point". The kid I was talking to told me to call the next location where I was told the same story and that the original store I called was to be my store. So, naturally being the lazy person I am, I called this location back to where the manager answered the phone. Oh my dear God was this guy demeaning! I am done with this particular location. I've never had an issue with any other JJ's, but this one is terrible. Their delivery wait times are awful. The location is just down the street, about 5-7 mins away but typically the wait is at least 30 mins, with 45 mins not unheard of and even an hour once. On top of that, they messed up my order often. I don't worry about little things like forgetting mustard or not cutting it in half or things like that. But four times they gave me ham instead of turkey. I can't eat ham, so I had to send it back and have a new one brought each time. The very last time, I got very upset at the manager. I wasn't inappropriate; I didn't cuss or call names, but I was clear that I was unhappy to be calling yet again for the same mistake. I got my new sandwich, ate half and put the rest in the fridge. About ten minutes later I was violently sick and my stomach was in pain through the next day. I'll still eat JJ's in other places, but this location is out of chances with me. read more

DISGUSTING! I sat and ate an Italian combo sandwich as I watched a guy on the front line stuff his mouth 3 times and not change his gloves, then proceed to make sandwiches. Gross! The sandwich I ate was probably the worst tasting I have ever had there and I couldn't finish it after seeing the hungry line guy. The tables were all dirty. The manager is very rude at this Jimmy Johns location. The last 2 times I have ordered from this place they have delivered to me - I work across the street from where their cut off deliver route is at so the "kids" answering the phones would just change to address to across the street so the computer would allow it and deliver to me. Well I tried to order from them for the third time and the manager must of been standing next to the kid that answered and said that he would not do that. I then asked for the manager to actually talk to me instead of yelling at the kid who was on the phone with me trying to take my order. The manager proceeded to tell him me would not do that and does not allow that (even though his employees are doing it behind his back). I said ok and gave him my order. He took my order with an attitude and was not very pleasant to deal with the rest of my ordering process. I would recommend not dealing with the manager if you don't have to. I love the food and love how all the other employees treat customers when that manager is not around. I have 20 employees that order food throughout the week, jimmy johns was the only one that would deliver to us so it became our go to place to eat lunch. Now that I know how rude the manager is I will not probably not want to order from this place ever again (too bad for them - 20 employees you think they order from Jimmy Johns once a week and they spend probably $10 a piece well that adds up to $200 at least a week - maybe more depending on how many times we order) Its not a problem to pick up our food since we are all used to it but it was convenient that they delivered. If I as a manager acted like that to my customers I promise you I would not have any customers in 6 months and I would be out of business. Glad to know Jimmy Johns hires rude managers to upset their customers. I will never go to jimmy johns again they are not worth the headache. read more
