These guys are AWESOME!! I was in a total bind and had to feed 100 teenagers in a matter of 45 minutes. I was frantic and didn't know what I was going to do. I walked up to the register, explained my dilemma and they were so kind! They were also freaky fast :) They really took care of me and had me out of there in great time. Ouch... 'freaky fast'?!?! I live less than 5 minutes and took an hour to get my food. Yeah, I should have just driven there to get the order. Never again will I order delivery from you again. If you can't staff an appropriate amount of drivers for the amount of requests you are getting, don't offer delivery. read more

I ordered a #2, a classic. When I asked to substitute the mayo with mustard they said they don't do that and that they only have mustard packets? Weird for a sandwich place... The overall sandwich was very good and the employees were very nice, but kinda weird they won't put mustard on a sandwich. read more

Truly ordinary. Positive... FAST! They were incredibly fast. Negative... I could make it at home for less. Nothing special about this place. I'd rather wait an extra minute for a sub from Gandolfos, Quiznos, Grinders, or any other quality place. read more

AMAZING! The nicest employees I've ever seen at any fast food place, they fixed an error on my order that was 100% my fault without batting an eye. Fast sandwiches made on a soft french roll. I usually order turkey and avocado which is balanced and has a good ratio of fillings.

Less than two miles away and they can't deliver to my house. Pretty sad. At least the girl on the phone was nice and apologetic.

Disappointing to say the least. Delivery is a joke. You're telling me it takes over an hour to deliver two sandwiches to a house only 1/4 of a mile from your location? After 45 minutes I finally called and was told the driver left 25 minutes prior and our stop was supposedly first on his list... so what was your employee doing all that time if not dropping off orders? On to the food. The fact that I would actually prefer subway sandwiches over the food at this place should tell you everything you need to know. The bread is rubbery and flavorless, veggies and toppings were sparse. You would think that ordering a veggie sandwich you would actually receive some veggies, but nope, not at this place. I got maybe 2 tomato slices and 3 cucumber slices and the avocado spread was no where to be seen. What a let down. First and last time I'll ever be getting food from this place. read more

I have been to Jimmy John's several times in the past and have always been impressed with their speed and the quality of the food. You get a great sandwich for a good price faster than you can get a meal anywhere else. This particular visit I was especially impressed with the staff there. I was in on a Saturday at lunch time. It was particularly busy but there was a bit of a rush when I came in. I watched as everyone else who ordered received their sandwich and then as the crew started to clean and catch their breath for the next rush. I asked if perhaps my sandwich had fallen through the cracks somewhere and without hesitation they started making one for me. I don't know if it got forgotten or picked up by someone else or what happened but they didn't care, they just dealt with it, fast. Perhaps the most impressive and meaningful part of the whole business was that every single person behind that counter apologized to me personally. I'm not kidding, every one of them. The shift manager offered me a cookie for the inconvenience which I declined. I was delighted that everyone was so friendly and eager to correct the mistake to ensure I was taken care of. Even with the mix-up, I was still in and out of there faster than I would have been anywhere else. I was very impressed with the crew here and the service they provided. This particular location is a bit out of my way but I will be sure to make a point to return to this location again. read more

Just an average sandwich place. Very very fast delivery service. If you decide to order something make sure you try the Salt and Vinegar chips or Jalapeno chips. OMG yummy but very salty so drink lots of water. As far as the sandwiches themselves, they are very average but it is better than most fast food like service. IMO. read more

Kyle and Jimmy John Team at Fort Union Blvd were the nicest and most considerate when we had a last minute lunch disaster at our work and needed to place a large order on the fly. Always a 5, except for this time. After a long day, I stop for 2, always awesome BLT's. I go home, get comfortable, open the bag, one BLT, one Tuna, I hate Tuna. I'm out of Delivery range, so the only way to fix this is to drive back to the store. I didn't feel like getting dressed again, just gave mom my sandwich, made myself Hot Dogs. Someone expecting a Tuna sandwich delivered, got a BLT w/ double bacon. This is the 1st time my order was wrong after always being correct and tasty, everyone messes up once in awhile. Still love this store and the people that work there are super friendly, but I hate Tuna Fish!!! read more

Like Laura says.... They are one of the best sandwich shops in Utah. The place is fairly clean. I've been here so many times I can't even begin to count. Their sandwich's are addictive and delicious! The bread is unforgettable. It's cooked to perfection. It's a little hard but soft enough you can actually chew it. My favorite sandwich is the Gargantuan. It's got everything on it and it's a nice meal for under $10. read more

There drivers are jerks. I see them driving wreck less all the time. Reminds me of Dominos Pizza when they had the 30 minute or less policy and their drivers were getting into a lot of accidents. Hopefully no one will have to die before Jimmy Johns slows their drivers down. read more

Very good significantly better than standard quality sandwiches, IMO much better quality than subway(which itself is not terrible), & as you know by now Jake likes to eat. Made with fresh ingredients, & the convenience of delivery for a nominal $2? I think it was, yes that's worth it for me, because if ole Jake is too busy at work, & needs a good quick reasonably priced lunch. Also staff at any of their stores have ways been lightning fast, & courteous, friendly & helpful ( if you need a menu item explained etc). Keep up good work, good business model! read more

They have been great to me and their delivery option is life saver, not to mention the cute delivery guys...definitely an added bonus!

Today I went in thinking I'd probably grab a sandwich and a drink, the craving just barely edged out a volcano nachos & baja blast from taco bell; I was greeted with a special treatment by the manager who told all his staff they needed to remember who I was because he sees me come in almost every day he works. He called me their best customer (not "you're our best customer" but to the staff after pointing out I usually go for 2 sandwiches: "this is your best customer.") I hadn't been in for a while due to being very busy, so being remembered from my prior frequent patronage was unexpected. I viewed it as mainly a management strategy to reinforce their customer focused ideals. He said my sandwiches would be on him today. This showed me that it wasn't one specific manager driving their ship with this outward focus but a core part of the Jimmy John's recipe. I have to say I wasn't surprised all in all by this treatment. I was already a loyal JJs enthusiast for the reasons driving this event. There's no bigger mistake a business can make than missing the opportunity to over-acknowledge & appreciate a very loyal customer. read more

Pathetic. I'm a mile and a half away and they refused to deliver my sandwiches AFTER confirming my order over the phone and charging my card. I get a phone call a couple of minutes later questioning my address and am told that it's fine and we hang up, and then another call a couple of minutes after that telling me they decided it's "out of their delivery range" and I'm out of luck. Seriously? Is your delivery area 2 blocks? Thanks for going above and beyond. read more

Better at other locations... I don't know what happened but this location is having problems with consistency. I have ordered a couple different sandwiches and each had something wrong with them, not a mistake but the overall taste was different than other jimmy johns I have been to.
