There aren't a lot of choices in Port Angeles if you want food delivered without dealing with Door Dash. I got food delivered from Jimmy John's tonight for the first time in years, and the delivery was efficient and exactly what I asked for. The food is a little pricey for what you get, and the bread is kind of tough. The sandwiches are still good, though. I've had the pickles before, and thought they were good, but the pickle I got tonight was terrible. I took a few bites trying to convince myself it wasn't the bitterest grossest pickle I've ever tasted in my life, failed, and threw it away. The chips tasted better than I remember. Still not Lay's good, but pretty good. Getting exactly what I ordered exactly as I ordered it is great, but the food could be a bit better and makes me think maybe I should give in and try Door Dash. read more

Why did this jimmy johns get such a low review?? My family's experience here was awesome! We were visiting from california, and we needed a good sandwich To take to Olympic park. The worker was so nice and friendly. The food was so good. My daughter is 4 and super picky but she loved it. And so did my son and husband. I especially like how the sub fits rights right in your hand. Doesn't get all messy. They made the sandwich really nice and neat. Not too much sauce. We had a lovely meal. Oh, and the bathroom was really clean. So that's always a plus! Haha Wishing you guys the very best!! read more

I've always loved the Port Angeles Jimmy John's. But for the last couple weeks, the service has been absolutely horrible and taking wayyy too long to get my sandwich. The most recent time, I asked for a sprite and the JJ BLT. The sprite wasn't sprite, it honestly tasted like straight club soda and attached are the pictures of what I normally get vs what I got. I'll keep coming back but the service is really going down hill. read more

My wife and I ordered one of their sandwiches and we were given a dry sandwich with meat and bread no veggies no mayo no mustard. The day we were there they had a staff of maybe 12 to 15 people probably training. I think they had the wrong teacher.Do not recommend. read more

I was considered a regular at Jimmy John's for a long time. I loved it. And I dont know what happened, but these last couple of months, our food Is always late, the staff is always stressed out and walking on egg shells. And when I go in, I'm not greeted, and when I am its rude! There's been more than several occasions when I'd try to go there and the door to the lobby would be locked, in the middle of the afternoon. Who I believe is the manager is always snapping and yelling at the other employees. Infront of us customers. The same woman sometimes uses her bare hands on the food. It's not sanitary.. I'm really torn with Jimmy John's in Port Angeles. I love Jimmy John's. It's my favorite sandwich place by far. I like their protein-style "Unwich" sandwiches, and I love their bread when I'm not counting carbs. Their food is good. Their chips are good. They have Diet Coke. It checks everything... except in Port Angeles, WA I just feel they are overpriced. Me and my daughter went there this week and for two sandwiches it was around $22 without chips and just one drink. So yeah, I feel like they are great, but not that great. I think they are doing well, but sadly overpriced a bit. read more

The guy working was extremely rude, they purposely made the sandwich horrible just because they didn't want to do simple math (part of their job) and break a $100 bill. I have to break large bills all the time at my job and I don't throw a fit about it because it's what I signed up for. Have some professionalism. I normally love Jimmy johns. I went through drive through to get my beach club. I get home and start to eat it and get really confused as I can not find the guacamole. I call to say there isn't much so they are not paying attention. he goes on to tell me that people get confused by their portion size. Will go elsewhere on town. read more

The store is relatively new to Port Angeles and the staff is very friendly. I order delivery from them often while at work and it always arrives in a timely manner. There has been a few times where something has been forgotten on my order but they don't have any issue rectifying a mistake when something isn't correct with an in-store order or delivery. Their app is also user friendly and easy to use! read more

Tried a few times, like the convenience, but the food in general is ok. The Kk gargantuan is perfect for the money, plenty of meat. The blt is plain, not enough bacon and when asked to add avocado there was barely a slice of avocado smeared on the sandwich. I think if they beef up all the sandwiches then it would be worth the money. So this place is new ill still give it a few more times. We will see.....????? read more

I ordered for delivery. I got the turkey and ham sandwich with a dr pepper. The dr pepper was a root beer. Not a fan but I dealt with it. Didn't call back because it was 40 mins before closing so yeah. The sandwich was good. I loved the meat; nice and lean no fat or gristle. The bread is amazing!! The food is good, the customer service is great. The only complaints I had was there are no child high chair. I think this would negatively limit the target customer to people without young children. Secondly, the napkins are not readily available like they are in most resturaunts. If it weren't for these two thing, they would have gotten a 5 star review! read more
