I live in Fallon and don't have access to a Jimmy John's and wanted to try their sub. This will be the last time I will eat at this franchise as the sandwiches we received were terrible and the staff were unwilling to help when we brought the issue to there attention. This location is 9 minutes away from where I work. The delivery took 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time it said "out for delivery" and the driver barely smiled or said anything. They forgot my sprouts that I added to my Beach Club and there was barely ANY avocado. My coworker's sandwich clearly didn't have extra mayo or Dijon mustard, in which he had ordered both. Overall a disappointing experience with jimmy johns because I've experienced good things with them in the past. The sandwich still tasted good of course (love the bread) but I order the beach club almost specially for the avocado - which was almost non-existent. Definitely will not consider this location for lunch anymore, too many complications. At least they got the size of the sandwiches right! read more

If I could give a - 5 stars I would. Ordered the Vito sandwich and was very disappointed. Very small with little meat and no flavor. All meats are pre sliced, only came with lettuce and tomato and could not taste the vinegar and oil. Staff was very rude and not helpful, and would not even put my sandwich in a bag to go even though I ordered it to go. Working at Saint Mary's no less than 50 feet from them, they royally F'd up the sandwiches for the order i precisely elaborated on the phone and in person when I went to pick up the sandwiches! They arnt kidding when they say "freaky fast"! We will order a delivery from this place, and a minute after we hang up, they are knocking in the door!!! It's insane!!! Sandwich gets 2 to 2.5 stars. service is fast and friendly. The "homemade" french bread sucked. I am sorry. I know that it is tough to bake quality bread in NV. because of the low humidity and altitude-I get it. But this tasted like white bread shaped into a sub shape with a dry crust on it. Not much meat on the #9 Italian either. It was supposed to have "double the meat". I would hate to see a single serving.. I've ordered from here multiple times from work and every time has been amazing! They deliver right to the department you work in and it arrives in less than 10 minutes! I am very disappointed with the Jimmy Johns in my area. I have been a loyal customer for years now. So I call Jimmy Johns on Longley and they won't deliver to me,I'm 2.5 miles away from this location. So they've made me order from the Wedge Pkwy location which is 3.3 miles away. Makes no sense. But who cares I've been getting my food delivered from Wedge for the last 3-4 years and once to twice a week. So I called today 12/29/17 to place an order just like I do every Friday, the girl on the phone says they don't deliver to me. Well you've been delivering to me for the past 3-4 years! So she says well we don't deliver to you sir. You can talk to the GM. So The GM gets on the phone and says they don't deliver to me. So I tell him the same thing and he says well who ever has been doing it shouldn't have done it. Well it's been 3-4 years and are just now saying this. He also said the Company can loose there License for coming out here. I have never heard that. Also the last 8-10 times I've ordered they won't put extra cucumbers or peppers. But i keep ordering because I like the food. This will be the last time I order from a Jimmy Johns. They don't appreciate or care about my business, I'm sure the Jersey Mike's that just opened across the street from me will. read more

Me and my family went in earlier today to grab a quick bite to eat. The sandwiches were delicious. BUT I must say the staff they had in there were not the friendliest by any means. This place is nothing special. More like an over priced Subway. The "slim" it just looks that, slim. 2 pieces of ham and provolone, that's it for $6. You can get a "giant" with 2 paper thin slices of tomato's and a hand full of chopped up iceberg lettuce, gross. The girl that took the drive thru order was nice enough but when we asked to have mayo added she said the slims done have any sauce and it cannot be added. Why you ask? Because they are premade and are just hanging out in their cooler all day. I asked for mayo packets to find none in the bag when we got home. The person at the window was Rude Rude Rude!! Skip their drive thru and go get fast food. At least you can have it made to order and it might at least be warm if not hot. I only gave the 2 stars because their bread is great and having a drive thru was convenient. read more

It's a shame that I have to write this review. I frequent Jimmy John's several times per year, both the E 9th Street and Wedge Parkway locations. The service used to be excellent, but over the last year I have seen a significant decline. The bread is still delicious, the sandwiches are still made "freaky fast", but more often they just get my order "freaky wrong". Ordering straight off the menu is usually safe, but any sort of substitution, addition, or subtraction seems to cause a problem. My order has been screwed up three times in the last six months. Usually I don't find out until after I've brought my order home or to the office. The 9th Street store did credit back the amount of my sandwich, but it is still an inconvenience and I really just wanted the right sandwich. I'd gladly sacrifice a couple of freaky fast minutes for some freaky quality customer service. read more

Normally I like Jimmy John's. This particular store and it's manager Hannah however... are obnoxious. We are at the hospital and we order all the time all week/month/year. We always get the sandwiches labeled, it's on the order form on the website, and being in a hospital... we don't want to open everyone's food and have to re wrap it just to find out whose food is what. I specifically wrote (please label) in the name section of the order form with the name, because they were identical sandwiches with one difference. A difference the other person really dislikes. We got them, and of course no label. I called and a girl answered. I told her I just got my order, I just placed it... which sandwich was which? They made sure to print K**** (please label) in bold on the receipt. But nothing on the sandwiches. She informed me that i can just unwrap them and check in a nasty tone of voice. I said yeah we work in the hospital, exactly why we use the order form and label the stuff. I asked her if the order form was just to screw with customers or what's the point. She put me on hold and then came back and flippantly told me that they "aren't required to label anything at all" that I was welcome to call another manager somewhere else and just unwrap all the food. I was floored but politely hung up after verifying her name and position. I did have to unwrap all the food. THE FLIPPING ORDER WASN'T EVEN RIGHT. I get this isn't five star quality food, but if you're going to be nasty, unprofessional and rude... GET THE DAMN ORDERS RIGHT AT LEAST. read more

We picked up an order and one of them was supposed to be a vegetarian, when bit into it had a lot of meat. Every sandwich had meat. We called to get a new one delivered and when they got here they said they needed the old sandwich back, we had already thrown it away and they said that we had to dig it out of the trash in order to give us the new, correct one. They made us wait due to a mistake that they made and then they made us dig the old one out of the trash. read more

Waited 30 minutes for my sandwich - my work is less than 5 miles away. Spoke to manager, he had reasons why they were behind (which were valid) but was a jerk about it and had no people skills.
