Take your business down the street to jersey mikes, not here. Went there for the first time with my boyfriend and had let the two people working know that. It was dead no one came in during our entire time ordering and getting the sandwich but they still acted like we were taking up their time. They barely greeted us and didn't explain anything on how they take the order or make the sandwiches. We said our orders but noticed they didn't ask for any toppings so I asked if I tell them the toppings now but the older gentleman said that I was suppose to say before I ordered and they continued to make the sandwiches. I ordered their biggest size mind you so I asked for the veggies on the side since they closed the sandwich up. They gave me only small cups for the veggies I wanted, it wasn't even enough to cover one half of the sandwich. Bad service , bad sandwich, and bad price for the sandwiches. This was a last minute stop, grab and go. I ordered the regular "Vito" and boy howdy did it hit the spot I was hoping for. It took less then 5 minutes from when I ordered and paind for the sandwich to sandwich in hand and out the door. Had to also have been the best visit so far. Usually the day shift is slow as molasses but this was different. This was a good visit and keeps me wanting to go back. If I could give zero stars I would, this location is very poorly run and managed. I placed an order at 9am and scheduled it for delivery between 12:45 - 1 pm and at 1:10 my order had still not gone out for delivery so I called and was told that it hadn't even gotten made yet. I was placed on hold to speak to a manager, which took another 5 minutes and after speaking with the manager and asking where my order was, he had nothing but excuses to give. At 1:20 my order still had gone out and the manager was "unsure" as to when it would be go out for delivery. I am a teacher, so I had to go without lunch today as I only get 30 minutes. read more

We ordered our TWO sandwiches on the app at 2:48 and they did not get to our house until 3:55. I called the store at 3:45 to find out what was going on and the customer service was non existent. Not sure what all the negativity is about with people's posts on here. We ordered this on a Sunday night around 6:00 p.m. which I'm sure is a very slow time for them normally. Everyone in there seemed very enthusiastic and ready to help us get our food. Of course the inside smelled delicious and looked very clean which is expected when the day/time is slower but not every restaurant adheres to that thought process LOL It actually never been to one of these before so it was very refreshing to see and smell everything. I ordered the Italian combo which was a footlong with him salami and other Italian meats. Everything looks very fresh and tasted the same way as well. The bread was really good and taste like it was made that day. It had a soft press with a little bit of pull to it when you bite in. The only real complaint is there is quite a bit of mayonnaise/sauce on there so it got all over the place when I started biting into it. It also is slightly pricey for a sandwich. However I guess that's comparing it to a semi gross fast food chain of Subway LOL definitely going to go back and give the rating a second thought. read more

Love that we have a Jimmy Johns so close. My order is always correct and fresh. I get the wrap and turn it into a salad. Yes I still get the jalapeño chips. Veggies and meat always top notch. The delivery drivers are always polite. Although I ask to leave at the front door and ring bell, I make sure to keep an eye eye for them to personally say "thank you". I don't know if it's just this Jimmy John's but the Cubano sandwich I got today was beyond disappointing. Look, I got that this is "fast food" and the actual product isn't going to look exactly like the picture but there should be some semblance. The sandwich I received wasn't even close. Not to mention was made incorrectly to begin with and I had to drive down to the location to correct the error. Btw I ordered the sandwich as is, no modifications...it came with only half what was "supposed to be" in the sandwich. I think the pictures say it all. This sandwich is a piss poor excuse for what's advertised. Like I said, I know it's not going to be a mirror image of the advertisement picture but come on! This looks like two pieces of bread with barely noticeable bits of cheese and meat peeking out (see images). I don't know if this is a store issue or a corporate issue but this is unacceptable. In this day and age, lackluster fast food such as this shouldn't exist; with so many options at customers disposal, the quality needs to be much better. If the sandwich I received is in fact what the standard is, Jimmy John's needs to address the wrong advertised representation or they need to improve their stores' SOPs to more closely match costumer expectations. Worst location in the franchise. Nothing fast about the service. Overheard manager telling employee that it doesn't matter what the customer says, only what's on the receipt. Every time I come here I wait more than 20 minutes for my 2 sandwiches. And usually I'm the only customer. I guess they prioritize online orders. I still come because it's close to where I live, but if I can help it, I try to go to the Sonterra location, way better service and lightning fast there. I was really disappointed tonight. I often order the Pepe but tonight I thought I would try the #8 with ham and roast beef. I took it to go as it was late and I wanted to get home. I'm a big jimmy johns fan, but this location is an absolute embarrassment. It's easily the worst of the dozen or so I've been to. I stopped in yesterday to pick up a sandwich I preorder on the app about 15 minutes earlier. There was no one in line, and about half the seats were full, so I would by no means call it busy. I waited at the register unattended for Over five minutes. Watching two employees look up at me and keep working, while a third just meandered around the back with no purpose. When they finally acknowledged me and helped me, they said it wasn't ready and it would be a few more minutes. So I sat down to wait. After about 10 minutes the worker says "actually it is done, it's right here." Avoid this location if your looking for "freaky fast." I will not be back to this location and would advise looking elsewhere for a quick bite to eat. read more

A usual Jimmy john's. Gets the job done. I went to the Fedex next door to pick up a poster and it was lunch time and this place was close by. I hadn't had a JJ sandwich in a while so I decided to check it out. Luckily it wasn't crowded when I went in and I was able to order right away. I got the #5 Italian with mayo and guac with jalapeño chips. I wish they were more generous with the guac but overall. it hit the spot. If you are really hungry, you can try the #9 Big Italian. The little girl at the register stood there with her arms crossed and didn't even recognize I was standing in front of her for 30 seconds.
