Clean, quick friendly service, and most importantly a good sandwich. A lot better than any Subway I've ever been to.

It's so sad, now I have to this. This is the worst experience I had with this particular Jimmy Johns location. I absolutely love Jimmy Johns. I always ordered delivery from there never had a compliant. I'm a patient person this was unacceptable. I'm not sure if management change since June I guess so. So I tried ordering online okay notice that It wouldn't go through. I called in phone was out or they just cut phones on. Called again and was mention they see my order ask if I got charged twice and this was said "no your order is coming". Being that I'm sick with allergies possible flu I couldn't be outdoors. So okay waiting for a hour called again was told "order will be there" try to explain what happen earlier then was told "again were are backed up and it will be there." Waiting another hour and now I'm told you don't deliver to prince William parkway area. Wow now I'm starving read more

Quite a nice surprise. Delivery was amazingly fast and the food was delicious. The young lady that delivered our meal was quite friendly and personable. We ordered the #5- The Vito; they call it the original Italian sandwich, bags of their Jimmy John's chips and cokes. The entire meal was reasonably priced and very delicious. read more

I was very happy to have a Jimmy John's open here, a block from my house. My wife and daughter are not big sandwich fans but I love this place. Not much to really review here, it meets the standard set by your typical JJ's. Fast, friendly service with quality food at good prices. If you're a fan then this location will be as recognizable as any other JJ's. read more

The best thing about Jimmy John's is the bread. Or at least at most locations that is true. I have eaten at this location twice in the last two weeks and both times the bread was hard and difficult to chew. There is nothing special about their subs except the bread, so if the bread is bad there is no point in going back. read more

Rude service. Staff annoyed that I asked for the large sandwich to be cut in half, feel like that should've been asked to begin with.

The service was fast and the workers were nice but the food was absolutely terrible. The bread on all three of the sandwiches that I order was hard as a rock, the lettuce wasn't fresh and the meat taste old. And I'm not a picky person, pretty easy to please but this was the worst Jimmy John's that I've been to; and I've been to quite a few. read more

Not a very pleasant experience here due to a few unpleasantries adding up: 1. Asked them to put Dijon mustard on the sandwich, they replied that they can't put mustard directly on a sandwich; here are a couple mustard packets. That's a first for us to hear. 2. No bean sprouts, as the clerk laughingly told us they just didn't get them. 3. Clerk was sitting there behind the counter eating his sandwich.... Even sitting at one of their tables would've been better. 4. Same employee threw a nice big sneeze all over his hands, then immediately proceeded to make a sandwich without washing. Overall I'm a fan of Jimmy John's but this one will never get a penny from me. read more

I've been there 3 times and each time I was greeted with a "Hello, welcome to Jimmy John's" from several employees. Service was great, get my sandwich in less than a minute almost every time and enjoy it. The first time I had been there it was a little dirty, but management certainly stepped it up and it's been spotless ever since. Definitely recommend. read more

I am so over this Jimmy John's location. The Springfield one is much better. I've complained once a few months ago because they messed up my order and forgot something so I ended up paying extra for nothing. I was offered a credit under my name for a free sub by the store manager (the only one who cares). Yesterday, I called in to place my order and the customer service hasn't changed at all since they first opened. The guy taking my order didn't know what to say so he kept talking to someone next to him and making me wait. He never told me to hold or anything, just kept me waiting every other sentence. I asked him to use my credit for a free sub and he was super confused and didn't really do anything. It was an order for pick-up but he asked for my credit card info. I gave it to him because I ordered 2 subs and knew I had to pay for 1 of them. He never asked for my name and I wasn't in the mood to keep talking to him after a long day. We went to pick up my order and I ended up paying for both subs. He didn't even try to use my credit, what was the point of having it? The workers are all kids who never seem like they care. Every time I go in, they're just hanging around and putting half assed work into making the subs. I've given this location 3-4 chances. After this last time, I will never go to this location again and will be warning my friends to stay away. read more

I live less then 3 miles away from this Jimmy John's and am outside their delivery zone. Presto with is in the same shopping complex will delivery to my house. They need to stop advertising fast delivery if they will not delivery more then 2 miles away. read more

Does not deliver less than 1 mile away. Waste of time to call; if you want a sub but have to drive for it anyway, you might as well get subway since they have a bigger selection. read more

today I decided to make a yelp just because my service at this specific Jimmy Johns was so terrible and I hope no one in the future has to endure such torture of having their pickle not included in their pick up order. so, the torture begins with placing three orders online for delivery (we have had them deliver to the same address before) and them telling us we are too far away. We live 1.4 miles away. How DARE they make us leave the safety of our precious home. second of all, when my sister arrived to pick up the sandwiches they told her she had a pending balance of $0.01 she had to pay before she left!! ONE PENNY. A CENT. Also, my poor hardworking mother's sandwich had no avocado spread.and worst of all, again, no pickle. I love jimmy johns with a burning passion and I am so sad I will have to start going to a different location or just go to the subway next door to them which might be a little tastier and cheaper. read more
