Jimmy is one of the best business owners I have ever had any experience with. Under a very tight schedule he fixed my taillight and rear bumper at a fair price. That's what you hope to expect from any business but he went above and beyond. He checked out the rest of the car and did work on the front of the car from a past accident just because he's a great guy. All of the work was done in a timely and professional manner. I wasn't charged a penny over the estimate and was even turned down when offering to leave a tip for the excellent service. Update: After I got my car fixed, I noticed there was condensation on the front right headlight. I called Jimmy and he spoke with the appraiser/insurance company to get a factory headlight installed. Looks perfect now. Within a week, my '08 Altima was hit by another driver and a deer. After researching other auto body shops, I decided to take my car here. Jimmy was very helpful throughout the process. He answered all of my questions, called me with updates and explained them thoroughly. He even explained certain parts of my insurance policy to help me better understand why I was getting a specific part from one distributor over another. I had to replace my front bumper, right front headlight, right front fender, and most of the parts underneath them. He blended the paint in very well and I can't even tell the car was in an accident. I haven't had much experience with auto body shops (thankfully) but they made everything so easy for me and the work was great! When I first took it to them so they could asses what needed to be done, it was right around the holidays. I was going to have to rent a car because my passenger door wouldn't open. Jimmy was able to do a quick fix so that I could use my car on vacation! I did have to rent a car while he was working on it, but he said it would take a week and it took a week! Sad to say I have had to use Jimmy a couple different times in the past few years! Jimmy is a stand up guy with a no bullshit way of communicating and wanting what is best for the customer and their repair needs. It's rare to fine a trust worthy gentlemen who take priced in his work and genuinely cares about the finished product and putting a smile on his customers faces. I grew up with his young goofy brother down North Waltham and it's not hard to see that the apple fell way off the tree with the youngest one. All kidding aside, the family comes from a bunch of hard nose business men with a can do attitude and roll up their sleeves to get the job done properly.
